Absolutely unacceptable!
We had to change rooms three times in one week due to a massive ant infestation. Staff admitted the building section shouldn’t have been occupied at all. No real compensation, just a voucher for another stay – after this experience? Never again. Totally disappointing.

Accommodation was perfect and onmain bus route near to Funchal and Lido. Staff friendly and helpful.

the location was great with a car, so we could travel the island. the hotel was more than we expected. the service was perfect. the room is big, excelent view, great souna and pool. very recommanded

The hotel is well located, right opposite a forum where you can do your shopping as well as eat.
The staff are very friendly, super pleasant, the breakfast is quite expensive, €15 per person but very good, the landscape is just extraordinary

From previous posts thought this was something special. Walked from Funchal to enjoy the magic but is was not worth it. Basics on offer and no view.
