Novotel Singapore on Kitchener in Singapore

Excellent location with Indian Restaurants around. Novotel is very decent and with very good food options.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite a mall, which has direct subway access, making public transport very accessible. We had lunch at the Chinese restaurant on the third floor, and it was decent. When I tried to check in at 1 PM, I was told rooms wouldn't be ready until around 3 PM, so don't expect an early check-in. The room itself was good and clean, quite nice for Singapore standards. The only downside was the slightly old elevator that closed a bit too quickly. Breakfast was crowded with limited options, mostly Indian cuisine, and the taste was just average. There are plenty of small restaurants nearby. The bedding was a bit too soft for my liking. Overall, it was an okay stay, and the price of 1300 per night is on the higher side of mid-range.

One of my choices whenever we are in singapore but currently their cleanliness is worsen. Very dusty in the room. Hope they will improve in this..

The hotel feels a little bit dated, but is well maintained. Near to mrt and just in front of a shopping mall. At the back is the mustafa center. Had a nice stay, overall.

I booked a king-size bed room, which was quite spacious. However, I was given a low-floor room, while I noticed that Indian guests, of whom there were many since the hotel is on Indian Street, were given much higher floors. The facilities are a bit old, but it's close to the subway station and places for shopping and dining. I would stay again, but I hope to get a higher floor next time.

The hotel has just been renovated. Highly recommended. There's a food court nearby, which is very convenient for meals. It's close to the National University and the subway station. The hotel also has a garden and a huge swimming pool. Very nice.

The hotel is right across from Exit I of Farrer Park MRT station. You can only check in around 3 PM; if you arrive early, the front desk is very accommodating. There's a large lounge area to the right of the lobby where you can charge your devices and relax. The front desk also offers luggage storage. Overall, the service is excellent. Although you need to transfer one stop, the location is still convenient, as Singapore isn't that big. Downstairs, there's a local food court with Chinese food. If you walk out and turn right, there's a San Long Street Hainanese Chicken Rice stall where you can get a meal for 5-6 SGD, which is great value for money. Directly opposite, there's a large mall with Decathlon, a supermarket, a food court, and a small children's clinic – it's incredibly convenient for daily needs. Little India Street is behind the hotel. Regarding breakfast, I don't think it's necessary to eat breakfast here in Singapore. While it's not bad and the setup is fine, I'd recommend saving that money to try local Singaporean breakfast instead. The beds are very comfortable, and the soundproofing is decent – you can't hear any noise from other rooms. The shower has fantastic water pressure, probably around 5 kg. The toilet also has direct drinking water, so you don't need to buy bottled water, which is expensive in Singapore. The only downside is the high staircase on the ground floor, but there's an old but very convenient automatic lift next to it. It's about a 30-minute subway ride to the airport.

Extremely nice and big room....I love their pillow....I don't mind staying here again....opposite is shopping centre and a lots of foods around....
