In full conformity with its name, "St Regis" almost meaning "kingly priesthood" surprises you with nothing. Great service is expected and actually is great, kind careful personnel is expected and people are really kind and willing to help. Fantastic food, great suits . You are truly kingly priesthood in this hotel.
What a great place! We were the wedding planner there. There's no private parking, only city parking. So it's best to warn your guests about this. Our agency, SKY AND STARS, thanks the banquet service; the event was a blast!
Good hotel. But the AC is centralized which means there is no controller in the room. Also theres a bad smell in the corridors. I wished the furniture was more modern.
I highly recommend the lobby for business meetings. Spacious and quiet. Good coffee and service. The tea is so-so, at least not Assam. The aroma marketing is a bit intrusive, but if you don't have allergies, it's tolerable.
A very beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. There are several restaurants and a lobby bar. Delicious! It's always busy, making it popular. Pets are also welcome.

Five points, but only for the view from the windows. Everything else for the price could have been done much better, much better. But the view from the windows and the impression that "it is somewhere nearby" is priceless, so five points.

Excellent location, well renovated with a friendly and supportive staff. Very much enjoyed the Shalyapin bar which we frequently visited for cooked ravioli with chicken for my daughter. Cocktails were superb, so was ambience. It was best value for money and a very enjoyable stay.

Location, size of bedroom , very clean hotel
1-No isolation at all 2-Cleaning so bad 3-For the reception staff at the hotel, they were very bad and unprofessional. They even mocked the customers. I asked to speak to the manager, but they brought one of their friends instead.

Excellent location very near to the center and many land marks around for example: GUM mall. The food was delicious as we ordered breakfast and dinner and the service also was good.

The hotel location, rooms, services is excellent. Staff were friendly helpful and speaks English and some of the Arabic. Activities were booked and arranged by the hotel. The lounge was cosy and nicely decorated. The room and cleaning services were great. Definitely if I come again my stay will be in St Regis.
