The room was nice, but the heating was inadequate. In sub-zero temperatures, even wearing thick clothes, I was stuck in the room. I made countless phone calls, but the problem remained unresolved. It was a long story.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ararat Grand Hyatt Moscow. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to many main attractions. The service is top-notch, and the staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Everything was well-organized and comfortable throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Moscow.

Excellent service, and all the staff speak English. The location is super convenient for shopping. Red Square, the State Historical Museum, GUM, and the Kremlin are all within walking distance.

Good value for money, convenient travel around, Red Square is nearby, the surrounding area is very convenient, the environment is quiet, you pay for peace and quiet, but the person who checks in is a bit rigid, and you can't check in in advance.

At breakfast all the tables were occupied. There were a lot of people. I was asked to wait 15 minutes. I asked the staff if they could call me to my room when a free table appeared. 30 minutes passed, no one called, I went up, breakfast was completely over and everything was cleaned up. The hotel location, rooms, services is excellent. Staff were friendly helpful and speaks English and some of the Arabic. Activities were booked and arranged by the hotel. The room is clean, everything you need is there. The only downside is the poor soundproofing. You can hear everything that happens in neighboring rooms.
