BQ Delfín Azul Hotel in Alcudia

Great hotel with 24h open desk. You can put your luggage in a safe locked room if you arrive earlier. Staffs are very friendly and help on every scenario. Breakfast buffet is open until 10:45, which was great cause we could sleep enough. Only thing which could be better is their central air conditions for the room. It takes hours to cool down the room. But it has a nice sea view. If you have kids, there is a lot going on for them to be entertained. Morning time pool activists with music. They also have a pool bar. Other evening events and snooker boards are available. Also offers action and fun sports activities by another operator but right from the hotel lobby. Recommended.

This hotel was amazing, me and my family absolutely loved staying here! The beds in the room were very comfortable and the bunk beds sturdy and there was a lovely view from our balcony.

I also love where the hotel has been placed it is right near the beach only a 5 minute walk which is great if the weather is hot. The pool and splash play area very clean and enjoyable and there is a bar next to the pool.

We found the meals to be delicious and lots of choice in food, the staff were very polite. Gracias

The cleaners are fabulous, we went down to breakfast and when we got back our room was already cleaned so Thankyou so much for that!

Lastly, we loved the entertainment, and it starts early so children can still watch it!

Overall we loved this hotel Thankyou so much would definitely recommend!

Superb place. Only stayed 7 days B&B but I was very impressed with how this well oiled machine ran.

Breakfast was lovely. Organised chaos, Organised from the staff, chaotic from the tourists.

Lots of sunloungers, decent entertainment (went out every day but caught an abba tribute) not many people join in, tbh, nobody did 😄
Staff on desk and around are very friendly.

Bus stop 100metres away to airport, old town and more. Very close to beach and port, not too far from strip

Second time I've stayed here and it was great value for the price. Hotel was very clean and staff were very polite and helpful. There was an excellent choice at breakfast and the food especially the omelettes were delicious. The bar and pool areas were again very clean and staff were again very nice and polite. The location of the hotel is great and there are is a bus stop, shops, bars and restaurants very close by. The beach is just a short walk away. I would have no hesitation in staying here again due to the cleanliness, location and the excellent value for money the hotel offers.

We had a great 6 day stay at the end of March into the Easter weekend. The hotel was great, with the staff being attentive and welcoming. The hotel, room and pool area was very clean. The room started off a little cold (it was March) but it did warm up with the heating option of the air conditioning. The TV was programmed with some useful UK channels (which makes a change), the bathroom was excellent, modern which a decent shower and associated shower gel and shampoo. We had the half board option, with plenty of food options, catering for Spanish and German tastes, the breakfast was very good and was open from 7:45 to 10:45. The location was great for walking, and the port was only about 1km away. Muchas gracias.

Good but not 4 star
Perfectly adequate hotel in a good position for the main beach and harbour. Nice pool area and plenty of sunbeds; guests weren't reserving beds and not using them. We booked a pool view and asked for a top floor room but were given one on the 5th floor. We didn't complain about it. Breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of choice for all tastes. The cooked food let it down a little. Some days there were English pork sausages but not every day, mostly bratwurst or chorizo sausages. Bacon was always undercooked, not crispy enough and the scrambled egg overcooked. The omelettes were a bit hit and miss, depending who was cooking them. Some strange items like battered broccoli which I didn't see anyone touch! Check out is not until 11am and there were facilities for storing luggage and also use of a shower which was welcome. I would not call this hotel a 4 star. I don't expect to have to pay 19 Euros to access the room safe or pay for pool towels.

Fresh hotel, close to everything. Juan in the reception made the stay 11/10, very very nice man! :)

Easy to get to on the bus. Near shops and the beach.
Friendly and polite staff.
