Hotel Suret in Cala d'Or

Bedbugs bites on whole body like a bonus, never more!! Seems like a good hotel on photo but isnt.

This was without a doubt one of the worst places I've ever stayed. Just when we thought it couldn't get any worse, it got even more terrible.
To begin with, the space does not match the photographs. The bathroom is minimal, we don't even have space to wash our face. Also the bathroom had boxes of shampoo from previous guests in the shower. Not to mention the shower is horrible.
The bed is super bad. Very hard and they only give us a normal pillow, otherwise we have very uncomfortable big pillows. The room has an optional cover in case you get cold that doesn't have a cover, so it's just the duvet without a cover.
The floor of the room is only cleaned with a mop, no broom is passed and therefore it is full of sand.
There is no wardrobe to store clothes, everything is outside.
But this is not the worst.
Breakfast is terrible, the offer is little. The fruit is canned and the hotel does not have any other type of fruit. Most days the only bread options were just ham with no cheese. You can see that there is no effective management of that kitchen.
But worst of all, we chose half-board.
I have never eaten such bad food until today. The food was made in three strokes and it was clear that they did not want to spend a lot on food for the guests. But worst of all was the rotten egg that my boyfriend ate, he spent the night throwing up and locked up in his room all day with food poisoning.
The staff are friendly and the view from our room was really nice (the only good thing about the hotel). The pool wasn't bad either.
But without a doubt, I will never return to this hotel or any other managed by SOM SURET.
And I advise you to take a good look at your chances because we paid around €500 with half board and we had to end up having dinner out every day for fear of catching another poisoning. So if you have other options choose them over this hotel! Seriously!
This doesn't even deserve a star. TERRIBLE.

Very bad and uncomfortable mattress and pillows that do not help to rest. The rooms need maintenance (painting, cleaning). The water at breakfast tasted salty.
During the entire stay (7 nights) they never replenished our soap.
The pool closes at 6:00 p.m., making it difficult to use when returning from the beach.
There are hostels with better rooms and services. Poor value for money.
Good location close to restaurants and easy to park in the area.

Charming hotel, good room and good location.
Acceptable breakfast, but half board a deception.
I spent 4 nights and the dinners seemed like food that you have to take out anyway, little variety and everything without grace or flavor.
They advertise a terrace with good views, correct, they are beautiful, but the bar that they have on it turns out that they did not open it this summer, strange for being high season.
On excessively European schedules. Dinners from 19 to 21 that of the half board, but good for what they offer if I don't know or contract it. And the pool from 10 am to 6 pm, how can a pool be closed at 6 pm, if that's the time I want to go to take a dip after the beach, they force you to get into the pool at 10 pm :30. If you could at least have a drink on the terrace, I can, you have to go down to the restaurant, pay for it and go up yourself, great service.
In short, a hotel for Finns or Norwegians who dine early, Spaniards refrain from going, especially if they want to enjoy a vacation.
