Hostal San Francisco in Cala d'Or

A good-quality, simple hostel with reasonable prices given the excellent location, and clean, bright rooms. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. Thank you for the hospitality and professionalism.

Currently on day 4 of our stay here and nothing bad to say for a 1 star hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day (sheets and towels changed) and the kind lady and sir at the reception even let us borrow beach towels and parasol. Very good location and price.

Great if you looking for a cheap room for the night. Close to all the shops bars and restaurants.

The accommodation was nice and clean. Check in was later than expected, but the host is polite. Street can be noisy at night since it is in the centre. Was comfortable and easy for 2 nights.

This was a very basic hotel, but it served us well for what we needed. The room was clean and came with towels and hand soap, though no other toiletries or a hairdryer were provided. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. The location was great—right on a street with plenty of restaurants and cafés, and just a short walk to the beach. It was also easy to get to from Palma airport, which was a big plus. Overall, it is clean, convenient, and well-located. Ideal if you're looking for a simple base near the beach.

We stayed at Hostal San Francisco in Cala d’Or for 3 nights at the end of May and beginning of June, and it was a really positive experience.

The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful – she even told us they could provide beach towels if we needed them, which was a nice touch.

The rooms are very basic and essential, but perfectly fine if you’re not too demanding. Everything was clean, the room was tidied up every day, and towels were changed daily, which we appreciated.

We had a room facing the inner courtyard, and it was a quiet and peaceful stay. The air conditioning worked well and was definitely a plus.

The location is top – you’re close to everything: services, restaurants, and beautiful beaches that you can easily reach on foot!

Good location! Nice rooms! Aircon in the room and fresh towels and room cleaned daily. There were a few stains on the bed and towels.. but other than that no faults. Good value place to stay in cala d’ or. 😃👍
