Globales Santa Lucia Hotel Adults Only +18 in Palma Nova

Can't fault this hotel, rooms are nice and comfortable, plenty of sunbeds around the pool and not far from the nightlife. The food is excellent with lots of choice, and they even cater brilliantly for gluten free - massive bonus for us. After a hard night out dancing you can relax by the pool to recover and get ready to do it all again. Angie made our holiday unforgettable with conversations and activities. 5 stars aren't enough, she made it 10/10.

The hotel belongs to our absolute favorite hotels on Mallorca. Great service. Best location and view. Wonderful atmosphere and a very attentive team that always takes care of all concerns. The breakfast is excellent. A special thank you to Angie, who with her great manner created super atmosphere and perfectly organized the morning activities.

Great hotel and friendly staff Food is good Great Seaviews from every room and rooms are cleaned every day My only problem was some of the buffet food was not labelled and as much as I like trying different food it would be nice to know what it is.

A fantastic four-star hotel in the heart of Palma Nova, perfectly positioned for the beach, bars and restaurants, yet noticeably quieter than nearby Magaluf. The staff were the real highlight: consistently attentive, warm and friendly throughout our stay. A special mention to Angie on the entertainment team, who was absolutely brilliant and brought real energy to the evenings. The all-inclusive package delivered well, the food and drink were good quality with plenty of variety. The one gap was decent fresh juices; a wider selection would be a welcome alternative to the usual beers and fizzy drinks. Entertainment was well-organised and varied, keeping guests of all ages engaged. Rooms were clean with great views. On the downside, a few things worth knowing before you go: there are hidden charges for towel deposits, the safe and the iron- small amounts, but annoying when unexpected. The hotel also advertises a second pool and spa, but access is restricted to superior room guests only; this isn't made clear at the time of booking and feels misleading. The cocktail bar was also closed for all of our stay, which was disappointing. That said, the overall experience was genuinely very good; excellent value for money, an ideal location and staff who made you feel welcome from start to finish. Would recommend.

Great hotel, ideally situated, fabulous views. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Excellent choice for breakfast, lunch at the pool bar was good. Superior rooms were clean and spacious, the infinity pool area was amazing. A couple of negatives air con not on yet, therefore the rooms were extremely hot at night. Also the safe was not included and is an additional cost. Would definitely recommend this hotel a great place to holiday.

We stayed at Globales Santa Lucia for a week all inclusive. The location was great with 2 beaches on either side of the hotel, and another only a 5 minute walk away. The atmosphere within the hotel was quite chilled, staff were friendly especially Angie and Alex from animation team who would ask for people to join in with day time activities and bingo of a night time. The bedroom is a good enough size, however we did not like that the beds were 2 single beds pushed together. However, each room has a sea view balcony and there are some lovely views of sunrise / sunset. Very clean and the house keepers would have the beds cleaned and changed quickly within the day. The only issue we had unfortunately was around the food. Each night there is a different cuisine and the first night was Indian. On this night I had awful food poisoning and when talking to other guests, their experience with the food within the restaurant was also not great. The food was either lukewarm or bland. Nothing seemed hot or fresh. However, the snack bar had lovely food during the day such as nachos, wraps, burgers and chips which were delicious.

This is a lovely hotel, in a lovely place, but we found the rooms a bit small. The food was good but by the end of the week went down in my opinion as it was end of season. There wasn't any cornflakes for breakfast for at least 4 days.
The staff could be a bit friendlier as most of them don't even look at you when you order a drink. Then you get other staff that are really nice.
I would recommend the hotel because it was clean and in a great place.

Just back from a week at this hotel. Great location all rooms have a sea view and very clean.I think they need more hooks in the bathroom as there is only one by the toilet and if you are taking clothes in to change there's not enough space to hang them up. Plenty of food but not much variety and also definitely needed to be hotter. Entertainment was non existent apart from bingo, karaoke and quiz night. I know it was the last week but they could have made an effort. I have to say that Violetta who did the entertainment was brilliant though and definitely made it more enjoyable than it would have been. I would recommend the hotel but maybe don't go on the last week !!
