The facilities and services are all great. Parking is a bit tricky, but everything else is amazing. I recommend the buffet, as it has a lot of variety, and jazz in the mornings!
This was our second time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Great location you are 20 mins from Palma but also 20-30 mins from other popular areas. It’s not in the loud Magaluf area. The breakfast is great. My only con is the parking. The hotel parking is limited so they may not have a spot for you to park and the public parking outside of the hotel is always packed as this is a busy area.
Don’t trust courtesy room booking.
Claudia at the front desk was extremely helpful with rooms for families to be on the small floor and everything else we asked her.
