Nice holidays, nice hotel, good food, family friendly...close to two beatches....I can recommend!

It's a nice hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would not rate the hotel above a 3 star the facilities and food is not the best. You have the opportunity to have a waiter service meal outside one evening. Although it was nice to be day outside the food was just a heat up service. I had a pizza looked like bought from a supermarket and put in the oven, not impressed. To reiterate the service was good and again very friendly staff.

I am just back from a lovely family holiday in this hotel. As it was my second-time here it was a fantastic holiday. The staff were all amazing I am severely allergic to eggs and the food hall managers Azbino, Toni and Azvaro had two egg free cakes made for me (picture included) that tasted amazing. I was blown away by how accommodating everyone was. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I am looking forward to going back next year.

Food was absolutely fabulous it was the end of season at the end of October but the service was still first class. The staff were very friendky and the hotel was very clean i would defo recommend

Hotel was spotless, rooms had lovely comfortable beds, amazing food everyday, staff can't do enough for you absolutely loved staying here would definitely return and any one with children the entertainment was brilliant

Lovely hotel. And family friendly. Plenty of staff on to keep the children happy with activities. Meals are good and very clean hotel.

A very nice hotel but have to trek up a hill to get to it however a 5 min walk to a beach makes up for that with Magaluf on the left and Palma Nova on the right. The entertainment team was superb and a special mention to Jacob (the Scottish elf) who always had something to smile about everyday and always made us laugh. The food was satisfactory however they could have more Spanish food rather than veering closer to English. Overall a very pleasing stay I would definitely visit again.

Only reason for 4 stars is the entertainment wasn't the greatest.
Food was good, facilities were good, room was slightly small but we didn't need much, all but one member of staff were great and location was pretty good. Beach is 5 minute walk down a pretty steep hill but wasn't a problem for us and we had a 6 month old baby in pram. Loads to do for the kids and adults in the area.
