Rooms a bit cramped and i should have asked for an accessible one as i struggled getting in and out of bath to get a shower
I recently (April 2025)stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. Initially, we were assigned a room in the main building, which faced the party street. The noise was unbearable, making it very difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. After several requests, we were able to move to the annex building (Caribe) the next day, but we had to pay an additional ten euros per night per person for a sea view room.
The sea view was indeed beautiful, and we enjoyed our time on the terrace, but that was where the positives ended. The air conditioning in our new room was not functioning properly. Despite the technician’s visit, the unit heated the room continuously to 36°C, making our nights quite uncomfortable.
Additionally, the mattresses were extremely worn out, which contributed to a less than restful sleep. As for the dining options, the breakfast buffet did not meet our expectations, and we decided against trying the dinner buffet altogether.
Overall, while the location and sea view were lovely, the numerous issues we faced during our stay overshadowed the positives. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects for future guests.
Food is ok more like school dinners rather than a 4 Star hotel. Swimming pool is small given the amount of folk staying, however the sea is a 2 minute walk.At the quieter end of Magaluf almost at Torrenova so much quieter at night. The hotel has an entirely different view of All Inclusive than any other hotel we have stayed in. A bus stop is 10 mins away with buses to Palma every 30 mins.
