A hotel with potential, but the staff are completely unaccommodating and seem to have little understanding of guests’ needs. This is particularly disappointing for families travelling with children.

Despite making our requests well in advance, the hotel could not even provide a basic breakfast for the children — even though we had already paid for breakfast. To make matters worse, they completely failed to respond to the emails we had sent beforehand.

The lack of flexibility, communication and customer service was extremely disappointing and fell far short of what we would expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

We are staying here just second day, and already we are very disappointed with the housekeeping service.

For the second day in a row, the trash has not been removed from our room. The beds are left exactly as we left them, without being properly made. The floor and the shower have clearly not been cleaned or even wiped down. The balcony is also neglected — there was seagull droppings when we arrived, and they are still there.

Although the towels are being replaced, the new ones are already dirty and have visible stains on them.

This level of cleanliness and service is unacceptable for a hotel. We expected much better standards and hope the management will address these issues immediately.

Yesterday, we informed the reception about the poor housekeeping and specifically asked for our room to be cleaned the next day. The staff apologized and assured us that everything would be taken care of.

However, when the next day came, the room was in an even worse condition than before. The trash was still not removed, the room was not properly cleaned, and the overall housekeeping service showed no improvement despite the promises made by the hotel staff.

It is extremely disappointing to receive assurances from the reception and then see no action taken. This experience has fallen far below the standards we expected.

Honestly, this hotel was awful. We were treated arrogantly at reception, and our rooms weren’t ready at the promised check-in time of 3. Our rooms weren’t even next to each other. We had to pay the tourist tax twice, once per room, which made no sense. One room’s toilet had urine stains, the other had hair (and PUBIC hair!!!!!!!!) and dust everywhere, just filthy. After complaining, staff came, but initially tried to say stains wouldn’t come off. After cleaning, one staff member left and, behind the door, gave the middle finger to another staff member, still right in front of us guests. The bed is very hard and not nice to sleep on. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anybody. Stay away of this terrible place.

Smelly, the bathroom was incredibly stinky and had no ventilation. The 'sea view' was blocked by so many buildings and a road. I was completely misled by the photos. There's no soundproofing; I could hear people chatting in the hallway and walking upstairs crystal clear, making it impossible to sleep. I couldn't stand it after two nights and checked out a day early, even though I didn't get a refund for the last night. I just couldn't take it anymore. The king-size bed I booked was actually two single beds pushed together. The free mini-bar was a pleasant surprise at first, but when I opened the fridge in the room, there were only two items. If you're driving, you have to park in the hotel's adjacent parking lot for 19 euros a day, or pay to park on the blue-lined streets by the hour. You can download the Mowiz app to pay, or find a meter. Alternatively, if you don't mind walking a bit further, there's free parking on the white-lined streets. The only good thing is that, for a hotel in Europe, they had a good breakfast selection. The staff were also very friendly; it's just that the room was genuinely too smelly and noisy.
