Love this hotel and the room fantastic sea view great location nice beach just behind the hotel and Freddie’s bar just fab ! But the staff at this hotel by the time you enter reception breakfast staff room cleaners all happy very pleasant! Great team and definitely would go Back ! Great breakfast choice fresh poached eggs ( we asked for ) not a problem for the cook ! Pool towels provided and drinks very reasonable priced ! Just returned from a great week in this lovely hotel. Had a room on the 4th floor with a view to the sea from the balcony. Room fairly small but nice and modern and very clean. Bathroom is definitely small and only small shelf under the sink to put toiletries on but not an issue. Room could do with more storage space but again not a big issue. The water in the fridge is free on your 1st night and you can refill bottles at breakfast time from the machine in the restaurant. Balcony has a slope to it, mainly because the hotel is on a hill. Sun was on our balcony from around 2pm for the rest of the day. As it was very hot while we were there we tended to sit on the balcony before the sun hit it, which suited us. As someone mentioned previously, there are very few umbrellas around the pool and think they do need to provide a lot more of them as they don't have any shaded areas with sunbeds. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Ate at the bar/restaurant a few times, fairly small menu but everything we had was good. All the staff that we came in contact with were lovely. Reception, breakfast staff, bar staff, cleaners etc were so friendly and helpful. Special mention of Maryna (hope I spelt it correctly! ) who never stopped smiling when serving food and drinks, despite being run off her feet and still took time to speak to the guests, an absolute star! We had our usual issue with pillows (1 too low, 2 too high 😂) and wanted the quilt taken away as didn't need it. Reception and housekeeping staff went out of their way to try and get things right for us, so well done them! Not many people around later in the evening and the bar closes at 10pm so not the hotel for you if you like to party until the wee small hours! 😂 Hotel is on a hill but less than 5 minute walk to the bus stop for Palma or cross over the road for the stop to Palma Nova. Palma bus is every 45/50 minutes and takes about 25 minutes and run until around 11pm. So easy and much cheaper to use a card on the bus. Tap your currency card on the machine beside the driver once for each person (you can use the same card for up to 5 people) and then tap it only once on the way off the bus. Within the next couple of days the money will come off your card. Portals Nous is hilly but there are quite a few restaurants on the road that the bus stops are. The rest are down at the marina which is 25 minutes walk from the hotel approximately. We did the walk down a few times but got a taxi back (approximately 6 euros including a tip).

Beautiful property set in a residential area close to a beautiful beach with Freddy’s beach bar . Bus stop close for visiting palma and easy to get to using bus from airport..Hotel very clean , friendly staff and nice pool area . Looking to hook again for next year , perfect short break

We had a lovely stay at the hotel EXE. We were able to check in right away which is a bonus. Room was comfortable and large enough for us (room 414) with a small but perfectly adequate balcony with a side sea view. Bathroom very nice with a large shower and useful shelf under the sink for all your toiletries. There is ample room in the reset next to mini bar to store 2 x large cases and plenty of hangers for our clothes. Breakfast was great, machine coffee not so good. You can buy food throughout the day but we tended to eat out. Can recommend Chamelis, turn left out of hotel, to end of road then left at main road and you will find lots of cafes and bars and restaurants as well as a large supermarket within a 5 minute walk uphill. Beach quite small, if you like the beach get the bus/taxi to the Port where there is a much larger beach. Marina worth a visit but we found it quite pricey. It is very hilly so be aware of this if you are not going to use buses and taxis. It was very hot when we were here and only a few umbrellas around the pool which were usually reserved with towels very early in the day. Finally special mention of Sandra who was a wonderful staff member, always with the smile.

Just back from a wonderful stay at the Exe hotel in Portals Nous. Great location close to beautiful beach with lovely sea views. Staff exceptionally friendly and professional in their assistance to us at all times. In particular Rania, Suk, Desra, Mawa, Sandra, Mariana , Marcos were particularly helpful and kind. Nothing appeared to be any problem. Looking forward to staying at this hotel on our next trip to Majorca.

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was great. Especially the staff, super friendly and made everything possible. The beach down the street (5 min) is beautiful.

Back again on our little mother and daughter trip. Stayed in room 111. Well we absolutely loved it and staff absolutely wonderful. The cleaners are splendid and very professional. Reception staff absolutely excellent and restaurant and bar staff wonderful. Pool staff funny and helpful. Staff all in all a credit to the organisation. Yes steep walks to beach but we love walking and exploring so didn’t bother us at all. Pool always loungers available and no chair hogs if you like to reserve a sun lounger it’s not the place for you and would be frowned upon. Good bus service to Palma but try and be mindful of locals at peak time and stick to off peak times. So all in all a brilliant hotel for explorers of the area who love a safe friendly space. This is not a hotel for those who love a boom boom and constantly entertained, around a plastic pool. X
