Hotel Ibersol Siurell in Sa Coma

One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

We stayed at Ibersol Siurell in Sa Coma for 10 days, paid €1,400 for two people, and left completely frustrated and disappointed. This place is absolutely NOT what it claims to be. Calling this a 4-star hotel is honestly laughable.
• The moment we arrived, we were charged a €100 deposit and an extra €60 city tax — never clearly mentioned on Booking.com. Just taken without proper explanation. First red flag.
• The room? Disgusting. Stains on the walls and curtains, hair all over the bed, sheets clearly not changed, a leaking sink, a toilet covered in yellow stains, and a flush button so stiff you could break your finger trying to use it.
And the best part? I contacted them 10 days before our arrival asking to make sure the room was properly cleaned and ready. Clearly, they didn’t care at all.
• The air conditioning didn’t work, and when we asked for help, someone came, pressed a button, pretended everything was fixed, and left. Of course, it still didn’t work. We had to ask again — and only then did they actually do something.
• Not a single basic essential in the room. No toothpaste, no proper shampoo or body wash — just a cheap all-in-one gel in a mounted bottle. That’s what you get at a “4-star” hotel?
• The reception staff were hit or miss. Some were helpful, but others were plain rude and unprofessional. We asked to reserve pool beds for the next day, and the response was, “Tomorrow is tomorrow.” Zero effort, zero respect.
• The breakfast staff — aside from the cooks who were kind and always smiled — acted like they wanted us to eat and leave as fast as possible. No hospitality, no friendliness.
• And the pool area? One side of the pool had bird or animal droppings that nobody bothered to clean for days. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic.

This hotel is a joke. The price we paid was outrageous for the kind of service and conditions we got.
Dirty rooms, broken facilities, rude staff, hidden fees, and a complete lack of care or professionalism.

If you’re thinking of staying here — don’t. Save yourself the frustration and book literally anywhere else.
We will never come back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This WAS a nice place, as "paraiso"...now overcrowded and commercialised, and relation between cost and offering is down as everywhere in Majorca...
