Large apartment with everything you need: a large living room with a dining room, kitchen, and a large bedroom with a superb view of the beach. A large balcony with, for us, the same view and/or a view of the pool.
Bathroom adequate.
Apartment is aging but more than adequate for a stay.
Breakfast is passable. There's plenty, but the quality is average. Powdered egg is very average, fruit juice so-so. But the quantity is very good. All-you-can-eat buffet.
Warning: if you're picky, this isn't for you!!!

I stayed here again in September and again, would recommend if you're on a budget, you don't mind no air con and you want a good central base for your trip. It's not luxury but it does the job. Was very busy so I'm not the only one who thinks this.

The best part was when we left.
I've been booking with ********** all over the world for over 10 years, and I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that this is the WORST hotel (hostel, hostel, rat trap, whatever you want to call it) I've ever encountered. It's indecent to charge €100 a night for a DIRTY, run-down place with not the slightest investment in renovation: loose tiles about to fall off the wall, doors severely damaged by moisture and dents, furniture taken from trash bins, rickety beds, rooms without air conditioning... a nightmare. As if the overall poor condition of the hotel weren't enough, the reception service is there to make it worse.

A nightmare that should NOT be part of the ********** catalog and where absolutely NO ONE should stay.

Basic, a bit dated (furniture wise) but clean with decent amenities and great location. Cheap and cheerful. Would stay again.

I had read the bad reviews and was slightly worried but I was expecting the worst. I have to say, you get what you pay for. It's not 4 star, but you're not paying for that. It's one of the cheapest accommodations on the whole island, so I was very happy with what I got. My room was on the third floor, looking out over the street and my view was uninterrupted, with a view of mountains in the distance. Below was the Playa Blanca Bar, which played music each night, was noisy but if you closed your balcony door, you don't hear it. Room was basic but clean with bed made every day, bin changed and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was a choice of hot food (bacon, egg, sausage, beans) and always fresh croissants, bread, fruit etc. It's basic but kept us fed! Pool area is a bit grubby but was lovely and quiet with plenty of space and beds. I was in the pool everyday. I would stay again as completely acceptable for the price you pay.

It's actually quite okay, but you can't close the balcony door properly because there's no lock, just a chain. The breakfast is more bad than good. I booked with Juan and ended up staying at a different hotel anyway, Playa Blanca. For €152 for four nights, it's awful, but the security is pretty low. You can't close the balcony properly, and there's a safe, but no key.

The hotel is a mere 100 m away from the sea and a few minutes' walk from a great number of bars and restaurants. The town itself can be reached by the direct airport bus, which you can't say about everywhere in Mallorca, especially not on the East coast of the island. Our breakfast was in the nearby Playa Blanca Hotel and we had a view of the pool. We had car parking for free in and around the disused mini golf course in the back. It was very reasonably priced rates for mid July high season, including breakfast. The only downside was the check-in process - we did NOT know that we were meant to go to the nearby Playa Blanca hotel to check in, so when you arrive at 2.30am (our flight was nearly 3 hours late) you could be a bit puzzled as to what to do and where to go. You live, you learn.

The hotel was meh. I read a lot of the reviews about the hotel before I booked it and they were mostly negative, however for the price I’d say it probably lives up to it, maybe a tad expensive. This is not a luxury hotel but it doesn’t advertise being one either so I don’t know what you expect. If all you need is a bed to sleep and a shower this will do fine, however sleeping was a nightmare due to the heat. We had a fan in the room that did next to nothing, so we had some sleepless nights because of that. There’s also ALOT of noise, there was a bar right under us across the street, and in the morning there was heavy traffic and just constant noise. I believe there’s several hotels in this chain so you have to check in at the “main” hotel and get the key and then you can go to your building. Breakfast was nothing fancy, usual stuff, egg, bacon, croissants, baguettes, ham, cheese and some fruit. We ended up eating out for breakfast a few times because it’s very mediocre. Location was nice, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and also 5 minutes to a second beach in Sa Coma, a lot of great restaurants nearby. It’s also easy access to buss if you want to travel to nearby towns, the bus stop is almost right next to the hotel. Overall I probably won’t stay here again solely because there’s no air conditioning making it impossible to sleep, but again, if all you need is a bed to sleep and a shower it works fine.
