Lovely hotel, great for kids. About a 20 min walk to main bit with shops/restaurants and main beach.
Great family hotel
Hotel is amazing, great value.
Overall good, there's parking outside, four swimming pools, and plenty of sun loungers, and they don't take reservations.
The food was good, just a minor complaint about the live cooking...otherwise, it was like any other hotel.
The all-inclusive package was very good, with no queues and generous portions.
The staff were very professional and friendly. (10)
Overall, very good.
disappointed
not impressed with the food, often cold not a great selection or variation, we went out to eat alot. room ok but not very big, not enough pillows, coat hangers or storage for a family reception /staff lovely as were room cleaners . i believe entertainment went on a bit too late. wouldn’t go back sorry
In general I must say, that the hotel meets more or less the expectations. The property is old, so there are multiple things people might notice, it is missing a fridge in the rooms and good internet connection.
But on the positive side: the staff is friendly, the food is tasty, they give you a gratis crib for the baby, the area is made family friendly, has ramps, aqua park, umbrellas, baby food chairs...
I like that the breakfast was served until 12:00 and they had a snack from 21:30 till 23:00 which was brilliant. Cleaning was done everyday which you dont find in some 5* hotels. I did not like some of the staff being rude and the area you are a bit isolate, and they can improve the transfer to the beach with a bigger car.

Easy check in and out with friendly reception staff.
Travelled with friends and we were given the top 2 rooms which had amazing views and large balconies with sun loungers.
Bathroom was spacious with an excellent hot shower.
Large comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe space/storage.
Modern TV and safe.
No kettle or cups but we had our own so not a problem.
Some noise during the night, especially from...
Location good staff excellent food average Noise levels horrendous & unacceptable in the entertainment room with the quiet room available to Staff only the canteen is also very noisy. On windy days of which we've had many the doors to balcony vibrate & open so security is poor. This hotel badly needs refurbishment
Everything was perfect
Great breakfast also
The Hotel is ideally situated, with the seafront just across the road. A lovely walk along the front to the vibrant town centre.
The apartment was very spacious, with a large bedroom and very nice bathroom complete with a bath as well as a shower. A large kitchen and living area complete with a second tv.
We were staying full board with wine and water included, There was a good choice of food each...
Great stay but food in restaurant wasn’t hot enough. I was on half board and I was worried about the holding temperatures for the hot food. The variety of the food was good though
Excellent hotel. Excellent value for money. Delicious and varied breakfasts and dinners. Beautiful views from the balcony. Large rooms. I recommend it to everyone.

The good :
-Very good location. It also felt very safe inside the locked gates.
-Dogs are welcome. And some greenery around suitable for a quick morning walk.
-The swimming pool.
-Great view of the sea and Gibraltar from the balcony.
-Washing machines and dryers on site.
The bad:
-Upon entering the room, there was a stuffy, unpleasant smell. On the dinner table, there was a broken door and its...
Arrived very late - found it difficult to find entrance in the dark but once I did Receptionist let me in and was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Quiet due to time of year. Staff friendly. Pools looked great but didn't get to have a swim as only available from 10am and I was up and out early. Poolside bar and restaurant available at set times- didn't use this. Parking on site was 5 euros a night but...
Lovely break
Had a wonderful break here. Reading reviews about ants I bought spray on my first shop so it wasn't too bad a problem despite being ground floor. Lovely pool and lifeguard makes sure that people don't reserve and dont return so you can always get a chair whatever time of day. Spacious apartment with a modern look - had everything we needed. Lots of kids entertainment in evenings but it...
You need a car if you stay in this hotel. It's located in a steep hill away shops and restaurants. From the map, the beach looks like a few minutes walk from the hotel, but because it's on a hill, the road is snaky and the walk back is a serious hike. We didn't know this so we had to use Uber every day which costed us a fortune.
Apart from that, the apartment was good enough. Don't expect daily cleaning...
Everything is fine, except for a high deposit (€200) and an extra €5 per night for parking inside.
Superb hotel with magnificent views of Gibraltar. Well-equipped apartment, spacious and clean. Holiday village with swimming pools suitable for all ages. Very satisfying stay

Location was ideal. Pool and evening entertainment was perfect for the kids and for the most part very enjoyable. Rooms where a good size and kept very clean. Evening meals not so much but definitely worth having. Local bars/restaurant do...
Tatiana on reception is one of the most impressive professionals I’ve encountered in all the hotels I’ve stayed in all over Europe. Her attention to details , response times to queries and able to extend my stays even though the hotel was full to capacity. The staff in general are top class in this hotel and loved the pool area also.
It's been a few years since I stayed here and it was perfectly close to restaurants and bars with the Irish centre across the road and the yumbo only a short walk or taxi trip, the reception staff were very nice and welcoming breakfast had a good choice for everyone also no problem at any time of the day getting a sunbed at the pool it was a credit to the cleaning lady's who done my room everyday room...
After revisiting this hotel for at least our 10th time, heres our review On check-in, the receptionist Orlando didn't even acknowledge we'd visited many times before . How was your journey? The hotel has made many improvements over the years, and the pool area has been done really well Rooms are basic but comfortable Bar staff...
2nd stay here and just going to book again for next year, location is fab, we go B&B and there’s a huge choice at breakfast. Rooms are a great size, no issues with sunbeds, staff were all friendly and very accommodating getting us a room in our preferred location in hotel, can’t fault it all, only disappointment was in having to leave to come home!
Good hotel . Clean ,nice pool + area. Shame all inclusive snacks aren't available at pool bar but ice cream + drinks are. Busy surrounding area but don't hear noise from rooms. Food was nice ,especially the Chinese day. Entertainment very good. Dining room in basement so a bit depressing, You can get snacks here all day though. Being picky + vegetarian , food was good . The "adults only" experience was quite nice during the day when there was a DJ playing at the swimming pool and no kids running around, but it's gets worse by night. Young people coming back front the parties on the middle of the night and waking you up isn't something desirable. The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of savory and sweet choices. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming.
We stayed mid-week only in August and found that the start of the week is more relaxed and quiet. There was some fun party events towards the end of the week and a saxophone player (who was great!) on the Thursday/Friday which brought a great vibe to the place.
The rooms were clean and well looked after by the cleaning staff. They could do some with some updates due to the age of the building but...
Really good hotel for the price in a good location!
- modern industrial interior style
- big pool area
- good breakfast
- friendly staff
- rooms are clean but nothing special (hair conditioner would be nice to have)
The hotel it self is great and the breakfast is amazing, rooms are great. I just wasn’t a fan of the pillows, or the thin bed sheet and I didn’t really have a good sleep during my stay. Also not enough lighting in the room. Make sure you’re okay with the location of the hotel, very German touristy area
I went with a group of girls all aged around 24. It was in a perfect location, rooms were clean, food was 10/10. The area is very German but that didn’t bother us. The staff were lovely. It was also a great concept having money on your wristband.
One of the best hotels I Have ever stayed in❤️
The Food is amazing, dishes look and taste like in a 5 star hotel, much better than in restaurants in the city, it is really worth to have dinner here. The prices are also really good.
Staff is super friendly, the hotel room is clean all the time.
One of the best things here are the parties. The music and the show is so cool, you can really feel the mallorcan...

Nice and clean. Good size rooms.
Breakfast was lacking in options.
But a good central place.

Located inside of Zaragoza rail station ,super nice to access to another places as a connected transportation.I selected a suit room and enjoyed spacious lounge.very suitable for business travelers who rush to move.but the hotel is being built along the station building, super long horizontally ,hard to walk from elevator ,my room was quite far from elevator even if it was in the middle of building...
The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel is right by the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. The facilities are relatively basic, but I guess most European hotels are similar. What really stands out is the excellent location, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.
It is nice that I suspect they upgraded my room to a suite however there were some issues. The phone did not work and there was no internet. The big plus of this hotel is that it is located with a very beautiful view. The big minus is that the air conditioners do not work correctly, the 24-hour temperature that is automatically maintained is 25-26 degrees, it is very warm, you can't do less, apparently the hotel saves on electricity this way, at night I woke up in a sweat. We stayed here for a week in June , at first I was worried because there was work going on , but it was okay me and my husband enjoyed watching the trucks coming and going to the site we especially enjoyed catching the bus to the old and new town of benidorm , we found the room lovely and clean , the cleaners worked really hard , the reception staff were very professional and we were checked in quickly...
Comfy rooms, helpful staff, delicious food. Location could be better - uphill walks required. Go for a frontal sea view room if you can!
Really nice hotel we stayed for 4 days. Food was really good with a great selection especially at breakfast 😋 and the pool outside was excellent 👌. Only downside is the lack of English at reception, some didn't understand anything i said which made life difficult & the beach is a long trek not great in 30+ degrees and a long walk uphill to the hotel. Overall a lovely hotel!
Really enjoyed our time here. This hotel is 3 stars and fulfils that and more!
Had everything we needed, good food, lovely pool, ample sunbeds, great drinks at the bar, clean, friendly service and helpful team all around! Only point taken away is the location is slightly out the way and located on a steep hill. But this is all easily fixed with taxis/bus service. Burned some extra calories doing some...
It was really good and decent 👌 👏 👍 we had a nice relaxing room with a view on 11th floor 👍👍👍
Some of the beds are not soft most of them

Great timing maybe as this lovely hotel received an annual refit over this winter. Absolutely spotless everywhere with super friendly staff, super outside pool area and fantastic breakfast food. We haven't yet eaten here for dinner but do look forward to that. Beyond the pool is a easy access to the sandy beach, looks great but it was windy from that direction so we didn't really use the beach. Quiet...
Just spent an incredible week at Sarena de Muro, and we’ll definitely be back! The hotel is set right on one of the most stunning beaches in the world. Waking up to those breathtaking sunrises was unforgettable. Our suite was sleek and modern, and we spent most of our time between the beach and the pool club, which had amazing food and a lively, relaxed atmosphere. The staff were exceptional - friendly...
Quite location and nicely renovated hotel. Great beach and nice pool area. Unfortunately the rooms are poorly soundproofed and you can hear everything from your neighbours rooms.
We booked this hotel last minute for a group of 6. I was a little nervous based on some of the reviews, but I am so grateful we booked. The service has been amazing, from the front desk check-in to the pool service. They had booked us all close together without us even asking and when we asked if any upgrades were available, they gladly did the same. The front desk went out of their way to help with...
What a beautiful hotel! I traveled to Majorca after attending at wedding in Germany. I was so pleasantly surprised at this beach resort. It is physically beautiful. Rooms are comfortable; well equipped. There is food service at the pool ... the food and drinks are ok. A frozen drink should be frozen, not "liquidy". There were quite a few kids so if you want a quiet experience, you may want to...
Hotel has just opened and I cannot fault it! As someone who has worked in events for over 30 years and also a travel agent I can be very picky! Firstly, every single member of staff is fantastic, so helpful, genuine and friendly. The bedrooms/bathrooms are great, we had a side sea view which was lovely (only a few rooms have full sea view). It is located right on the beach, and the water was so clear...

I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. I cannot for the life of me work out why it is only 3 star. The staff were wonderful, helpful and happy. The place was immaculate and the location was perfect. I saved for a long time for this holiday and my daughters and I had the most perfect time. I would recommend Hotel Floresta to anyone. Thank you
Our family really enjoyed our week at the Floresta. A big shout out to Johan and the animation team for keeping our kids occupied with activities during our stay. Staff was friendly and entire resort was kept sporless. Keep up the great work!
Dinner choices were fire with lukewarm offerings - lots of fish and pork, not much chicken.
Clean and comfortable rooms and helpful staff, especially the lovely reception team
Staff are lovely. We arrived late evening after the restaurant had closed. They had plated up some cold meats cheeses fruit and bread for us to have once we were settled in our rooms. Pool is lovely but I must say it is full of salt water. Rooms are spacious and clean.
We stayed recently absolutely loved the hotel its self, rooms are huge and clean, food is very disappointing im not picky eater but I really struggled, also evening entertainment wasn't the best would like to see the holiday reps have more on for kids and adults throughout the day, music on speakers after the entertainment would be really ideal, would love to return but only if the food changed and...
Just got back from a 10-night family stay at Hotel Floresta and we had a great time! Check-in was easy ,we arrived on an early flight so our room wasn’t ready until late afternoon, but we were able to store our cases in the luggage room and enjoy the day around the pool, which worked out really well.
The hotel was very clean, and our 2-bedroom apartment was spotless thanks to daily cleaning. It also...
