This was a second time. Everything was perfect. Again, excellent service from Osvaldo at the dinner. This guy delivers every time. He should get a bonus or something. We've been to this hotel many times and we enjoy its no-frills value for money accommodations, high quality food, and the friendly and efficient staff. Bar prices are reasonable, too. The room was not clean when we arrived, long black hair everywhere, disgusting toilet lavatory, they forgot to give us cold dinner which was confirmed earlier, lack of sound proof, loud music down the hotel every night. On the day of departure they let us almost beg for our cold lunch and gave us pork sandwiches knowing that we are a Muslim family.

The hotel is very large, which means that when it's busy, as was the case during the San Isidro holiday weekend, there are often long queues, especially during dinner and when using the elevators. The service is good, and the staff tries their best. The food quality is what you'd expect from a three-star hotel.

Hotel almost at the end of the coast, but it has its advantages - close to wild beaches, more activity to walk to the center and more peace in the area. The hotel is very clean, we could see how the ladies clean even the inside of the wardrobe in the room. I would change the bedspreads. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort overall is older and a bit tired. It could use an update. There is plenty of food offered for each meal. I am staying in the hotel right now as I write this there only a couple of issues the Lifts there two in main reception and one around the side used by cleaners or service. The lifts are not in order of merit if your on second floor you press lift to come it doesn't come to your floor even if no one used the lift there a issue with them i think your waiting ages for them. Works well if you just need a bed. The rooms are dated and the food is bad. The curtains in the sleeping room are translucent. Therefore it is impossible to sleep until the floodlights of the tennis court (which directly are pointed at the sleeping room window) get turned of. This usually happens between 10 and 11 pm. The bars only a few property's down are open all night and make the BEST pizza. The lobby bar has 24h espressos and everyone speaks English (as well French, Spanish and German). The room was basic, but the ocean view is beautiful and work it. The included breakfast was also basic but great that it was open till 130pm on days we slept in.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Eugenia Victoria & Spa. The facilities are excellent, especially the spa and pool areas, which are perfect for relaxing. I've read reviews on here, saying its not that good. Well I have had a lovely stay here, staff were fantastic, always were happy to help, breakfast also very good a great selection to choose from, room cleaned everyday clean towels everyday. The only thing I would say is rooms could do with being decorated.

The hotel is located right by the promenade. You can rent bikes and have a nice evening. The only thing is, we rented electric bikes and they didn't work. We couldn't figure out what was wrong with them, so in the end, we took a regular bike but paid the electric bike price :) Make sure to check them with the staff. As for the room, breakfast, and service, no complaints at all, only gratitude.

The room was small but perfectly fine. It had a little balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the pool area, which made it feel cozier. Ana, the pool entertainer, was super friendly from the start. The front desk staff were also very kind—we were even allowed to check in two hours early. Julio at the bar was also a lovely person. The only downside: if you're looking to rest and get some sleep...

Nice hotel.... perfectly clean. Friendly staff. There were many children's groups on excursions. Breakfast from 8.00-10.00 more than plentiful))))) The rooms are renovated. Thank you, blessings!

Booked this hotel through booking.com and was a little skeptical about how the rooms looked on the photos however this hotel is beautiful and the photos booking.com have do not do this place justice whatsoever they really need to get someone to take new photos. The hotel is lovely and clean, room are good in size. Staff are friendly but have limited English so brush on your Spanish it would be helpful. The entertainment team are great, one doesn't speak English but the rest do. The live entertainment was good other than a singer one night who only addresses the Spanish guests and sing Spanish songs. The food really let it down, I'm not fussy but struggled...

i went with a few friends they said the food was the best, 30 minuets from the airport (pov: its only up the road from the nearest lidl :p .) the service was 11/10 noise was quite quiet it was the cleanest room thought the hotel. Value= the best rooms got a balcony aswell the pool is amising, restraunt is realy nice i might aswell go back!

Just had a week over half term, 2 adults and 7 year old. Can not fault anything. We booked an apartment which was great, the extra was worth spending for all the rooms we had, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and lounge/dining kitchen. Plus a bigger balcony than a standard room. Transfer time was about 45 minutes, a lot of the coach got off so check in queue was long but 5 staff on duty. My Spanish is poor...

We stayed here last summer for our first family holiday with our 5 and 2 year old and had a really great experience. Some of the reviews mentioning lots of children surprised me as the hotel has a swimming pool specifically designed for young kids, so it’s naturally popular with families and there is the expected level of lively, happy noise that comes with that.
