Everything was great. Friendly and helpful staff, food and drinks were good. Can recommend staying here
The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort overall is older and a bit tired. It could use an update. There is plenty of food offered for each meal. None of it is exceptional, but it is sufficient. None of the hot tubs were turned on when I was there which was disappointing. The room is fine but the bed is a bit hard.
Awesome stay. It's a 3star hotel, if you want 5star, book a 5star. This hotel does what it needs. Staff are great, animation team are awesome. They try their best... but if you want 5star entertainment... book a 5star hotel. Very child friendly... good selection of food. If you want premium drinks then upgrade... if not thrn you will be fine with what's on offer.. would i come back? Yes, but I want...
We're here now and are very happy with the hotel.
The room is nice and kept clean and tidy and the animation team do a great job of keeping everyone entertained.
I do think the entertainment needs to go on for longer.
The food is nice with quite a bit of choice but it can have days were the choice isn't as good.
We upgraded to the premium drinks which worked out cheaper than doing with jet2.
The cocktails...
Just returned from a weeks stay here with my partner and we have no complaints.
We had a deluxe double room with sea view which was plenty big enough, had a fridge, coffee machine, robes and slippers. Beautiful view over to the sea with a nice quiet location
Everywhere was always clean and fresh
All of the staff at the hotel were friendly, smiling and helpful if we needed them.
We can’t comment on...
Great location, 5 minutes from beach and the main bus station, so you can get anywhere. Not a huge hotel, so more relaxed than many. The pools are not over crowded and the animation team do not harass you to join in constantly. Wonderful staff, we have been going here annually for 8 years with a big group of transgender people, and have had nothing but kindness and acceptance there. My husband and...

Awesome, just a walk away from the theme park, nice spa and buffet. The pool was in the sun and warmed up for the kids in the afternoon, there were a few water slides around the pool.
Enjoyable for us all.
The evening events were great, the people that organise the activities are happy and loads of fun.
Bedrooms were comfortable and clean.
The room was snug. 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 kids, ok for 8 and 11 year old. Not much extra space, but what do you need space for when on holiday?!
Bathroom decent, shower was good. Little balcony was fine.
The staff were amazing with the kids, very entertaining and engaging, fun games etc through the day and evening entertainment kept them amused. Crazy and Raul were great fun (there was a...
this is a 3 star hotel rooms are clean, and well kept we had a room overlooking the pool staff are friendly we hired a kettle for the room only 9euro and you get it back when you return it. 25. euro for the safe. the food is excellent and a great choice to choose from. entertainment was good firstly children's, then adult. i would definitely recommend this hotel we booked at the last minute just to...
We had a lovely stay at Ohtels Belvedere. Huge shout-out to Danny and the animation team, they’re absolute stars. From poolside games to evening shows, they kept the energy up and made everyone feel included without being pushy.
Rooms are on the small side, with limited storage and no bath, but the bed was comfortable and everything was kept clean. For us, that trade-off was fine since we spent most...
The hotel offers a very good variety of food.
Standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel are excellent.
Bar prices are fair and reasonable.
The children’s entertainment is enjoyable, with a disco provided each evening.
Areas That Could Be Improved:
Breakfast queues can become congested, as the same line is used for fried eggs, toast, and pancakes. A clearer system might make this smoother for...
This wasn't our choice of hotel as jet 2 mixed up our original hotel. We should of been all inclusive at our other hotel. But only got offered half board here.
The rooms are clean , some staff are polite. Entertainment could of been better.
The food! There wasn't really much option for children at all so we ended up eating out everyday. I wouldn't come back here just down too the food, which really...

Our stay was very comfortable. Ther food was very good and the entertainment was fun. My wife and I enjoyed the water aerobics class, the beach, and we did the Adult Sauna daily. We mostly enjoyed to time (at 1815) when the person did the scented oils on the heat and used a towel and a huge fan to move the air around the sauna. Very refreshing. We let our bodies absorb the fragrances after. We truly...
We are coming since several years and unfortunately they quality of the food is going down every year. This year, for our entire stay the machine for fresh orange juice was out of order, during main season. Instead the staff had the mix boxed juice with fresh smoothies... This can be done better.
Apart of mosquito killers and on screen cover band killing evening entertainment, perfect stay! Sorry but after dinner tonight I can't give you less!
We cannot count any more how many times we have been here. It is always like coming home for us. We love this place and enjoyed an exceptional Easter holiday. Everything was outstanding. Great food, great entertainment for all age groups, great sports activities. It is always hard to leave this paradise like place.
The Robinson Club is nice, but unfortunately, the watersports offerings have deteriorated. The head of the base is unfriendly and lazy. Ultimately, his focus is on preserving his equipment and selling courses to the guests. He doesn’t let guests who know how to handle the equipment go out on the water as soon as there’s a bit of wind. For us, this was a dealbreaker. Even complaining to the club management...
This was the second time we’ve been to a Robinson resort and this didn’t disappoint. The setting was fantastic as were the facilities. The site is on a hill above a very nice sandy beach (probably the best that I’ve seen in the canaries). There were some mixed reviews on rooms but we found them to be very clean and pretty modern - Probably not as good as some 5* resorts but far better than we expected...

Read the previous reviews and was a little apprehensive. No need to be. Hotel exceeded expectation. Good value for money. In a lovely location which is walkable between the neighbouring resorts (Los Gigantes and Playa de la Arena) . Although it is very hilly. All staff pleasant. Huge room. Free safe (10euro deposit but get this back at the end) Very clean. Good facilities (tennis courts, pool...
Well where do I start. Firstly don't read the reviews. Come here and have a fabulous holiday. Would I come here again/recommend this hotel. 100%. I really don't know what people expect. The hotel is lovely, staff friendly and welcoming. Including Charlie the TUI rep. I have mobility issues (I use a wheelchair) and our room was on the 5th floor. No issues with the lift. Lots of ramps for easy access...
Great hotel, very friendly staff especially the entertainment team, The hotel is very clean, bright and fresh, our room (273) was spotless throughout, the housekeepers did an excellent job during our stay, the restaurant was clean with a great selection of fresh food at every meal time every day, the on site Italian restaurant was an absolute treat, it was included in our all inclusive but you have...
Absolutely fantastic stay. Was dubiant due to the hit and miss reviews and pleasantly surprised. Absolutely spotlessly clean! Nothing too much trouble. We have enjoyed a lovely week here, after reading very mixed reviews before travelling, we were a little apprehensie. Value for money is great this was a cheap holiday for 2 of us for a litte sun and relaxation. Our room wasnt ready on arribal but we did get ther around noon and check in is from 1400hrs. Our overall impression was… well, okay. It really depends on what you’re used to, but we definitely had to lower our expectations a bit. Everything felt a little mediocre.. the food, the service, the drink selection, the room, the entertainment. Not terrible, just not great either.

Okay,just.
Hotel is extremely busy with teenage summer camps. Breakfast was good but very busy. Some staff nice but some are very abrupt,we struggled to get any boiled water for babies bottles, it proved very difficult and staff were not very accommodating.
I stayed at this hotel with our dogs and had a pleasant experience. The best part was that they warmly welcome pets, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. The location was okay, but still convenient enough for getting around. Overall, I really appreciated how pet-friendly the place was, and I’d definitely consider staying again because of that. Thank you Samba staff!
Hiba was truly the best animator! She always has a beautiful smile that instantly makes everyone feel comfortable. She is incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to help. Thanks to her enthusiasm and positive energy, every activity was even more enjoyable. She makes everyone feel welcome and goes above and beyond. An absolute star who brightens up the whole team and the guests!
I had an absolute blast playing bingo and ended up winning three times – all thanks to the incredible energy and vibe Miguel brought to the table! Stayed here in July with my partner room was spotless, staff were amazing food was great and the swimming pool with the big slides were amazing if you want to spend 2 weeks at a great hotel where the staff can’t do anymore for you this is the place to go
Nice park, basic bungalows with airco. Lovely Pools (not heated though). Close to the center. Good price.
Works well if you just need a bed.
The rooms are dated and the food is bad.
The curtains in the sleeping room are translucent. Therefore it is impossible to sleep until the floodlights of the tennis court (which directly are pointed at the sleeping room window) get turned of. This usually happens between 10 and 11 pm.
Beds are comfortable though and the staff is nice.
The rooms were very clean and the staff very kind and helpful. We did not have a single issue during our 1-week stay. The rooms are a little bit old, but taking into consideration the price we paid, is totally fine. I had a very nice stay.

We've been to this hotel many times and we enjoy its no-frills value for money accommodations, high quality food, and the friendly and efficient staff. Bar prices are reasonable, too. For those who expect to see filet mignon, sirloin or entrecote steaks, or a plateful of prawns on offer at mealtimes, you will be disappointed but, considering the very competitive prices, the food on offer is of a high...
The room was not clean when we arrived, long black hair everywhere, disgusting toilet lavatory, they forgot to give us cold dinner which was confirmed earlier, lack of sound proof, loud music down the hotel every night. On the day of departure they let us almost beg for our cold lunch and gave us pork sandwiches knowing that we are a Muslim family.
The hotel is very large, which means that when it's busy, as was the case during the San Isidro holiday weekend, there are often long queues, especially during dinner and when using the elevators. The service is good, and the staff tries their best. The food quality is what you'd expect from a three-star hotel.
Hotel almost at the end of the coast, but it has its advantages - close to wild beaches, more activity to walk to the center and more peace in the area.
The hotel is very clean, we could see how the ladies clean even the inside of the wardrobe in the room.
I would change the bedspreads.
Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea (we had such a room
booked).
Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment...
Pretty weak. It's saved by the location. Service, cleanliness, and facilities are all average.

Location is right on the beach, rooms are good and food is nice. However it's absolutely destroyed by the evening entertainment that you cannot escape (even in your room). The hotel is located right by the promenade. You can rent bikes and have a nice evening. The only thing is, we rented electric bikes and they didn't work. Great location! The hotel is near a metro station, making the city center accessible in just 10 minutes. It's also right next to the beach. The staff are attentive and helpful. The room is spacious and well-equipped. I recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, great for kids. About a 20 min walk to main bit with shops/restaurants and main beach.
Great family hotel
Hotel is amazing, great value.
Overall good, there's parking outside, four swimming pools, and plenty of sun loungers, and they don't take reservations.
The food was good, just a minor complaint about the live cooking...otherwise, it was like any other hotel.
The all-inclusive package was very good, with no queues and generous portions.
The staff were very professional and friendly. (10)
Overall, very good.
disappointed
not impressed with the food, often cold not a great selection or variation, we went out to eat alot. room ok but not very big, not enough pillows, coat hangers or storage for a family reception /staff lovely as were room cleaners . i believe entertainment went on a bit too late. wouldn’t go back sorry
In general I must say, that the hotel meets more or less the expectations. The property is old, so there are multiple things people might notice, it is missing a fridge in the rooms and good internet connection.
But on the positive side: the staff is friendly, the food is tasty, they give you a gratis crib for the baby, the area is made family friendly, has ramps, aqua park, umbrellas, baby food chairs...
I like that the breakfast was served until 12:00 and they had a snack from 21:30 till 23:00 which was brilliant. Cleaning was done everyday which you dont find in some 5* hotels. I did not like some of the staff being rude and the area you are a bit isolate, and they can improve the transfer to the beach with a bigger car.

Location was ideal. Pool and evening entertainment was perfect for the kids and for the most part very enjoyable. Rooms where a good size and kept very clean. Noise levels were good, few guest coming home about 4am being slightly loud but not hotels fault. All inclusive was good value, breakfast and snack bar are good. Evening meals not so much but definitely worth having. Local bars/restaurant do...
Tatiana on reception is one of the most impressive professionals I’ve encountered in all the hotels I’ve stayed in all over Europe. Her attention to details , response times to queries and able to extend my stays even though the hotel was full to capacity. The staff in general are top class in this hotel and loved the pool area also.
It's been a few years since I stayed here and it was perfectly close to restaurants and bars with the Irish centre across the road and the yumbo only a short walk or taxi trip, the reception staff were very nice and welcoming breakfast had a good choice for everyone also no problem at any time of the day getting a sunbed at the pool it was a credit to the cleaning lady's who done my room everyday room...
After revisiting this hotel for at least our 10th time, heres our review On check-in, the receptionist Orlando didn't even acknowledge we'd visited many times before . How was your journey? Welcome back. I don't believe the booking system doesn't recognise this. The hotel has made many improvements over the years, and the pool area has been done really well Rooms are basic but comfortable Bar staff...
2nd stay here and just going to book again for next year, location is fab, we go B&B and there’s a huge choice at breakfast. Rooms are a great size, no issues with sunbeds, staff were all friendly and very accommodating getting us a room in our preferred location in hotel, can’t fault it all, only disappointment was in having to leave to come home!
Good hotel . Clean ,nice pool + area. Shame all inclusive snacks aren't available at pool bar but ice cream + drinks are. Busy surrounding area but don't hear noise from rooms. Food was nice ,especially the Chinese day. Entertainment very good. Dining room in basement so a bit depressing, You can get snacks here all day though. Being picky + vegetarian , food was good . Deserts were quite poor quality...

The "adults only" experience was quite nice during the day when there was a DJ playing at the swimming pool and no kids running around, but it's gets worse by night. Young people coming back front the parties on the middle of the night and waking you up isn't something desirable. The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of savory and sweet choices. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming.
We stayed mid-week only in August and found that the start of the week is more relaxed and quiet. There was some fun party events towards the end of the week and a saxophone player (who was great!) on the Thursday/Friday which brought a great vibe to the place.
The rooms were clean and well looked after by the cleaning staff. They could do some with some updates due to the age of the building but...
Really good hotel for the price in a good location!
- modern industrial interior style
- big pool area
- good breakfast
- friendly staff
- rooms are clean but nothing special (hair conditioner would be nice to have)
The hotel it self is great and the breakfast is amazing, rooms are great. I just wasn’t a fan of the pillows, or the thin bed sheet and I didn’t really have a good sleep during my stay. Also not enough lighting in the room. Make sure you’re okay with the location of the hotel, very German touristy area
I went with a group of girls all aged around 24. It was in a perfect location, rooms were clean, food was 10/10. The area is very German but that didn’t bother us. The staff were lovely. It was also a great concept having money on your wristband.
One of the best hotels I Have ever stayed in❤️
The Food is amazing, dishes look and taste like in a 5 star hotel, much better than in restaurants in the city, it is really worth to have dinner here. The prices are also really good.
Staff is super friendly, the hotel room is clean all the time.
One of the best things here are the parties. The music and the show is so cool, you can really feel the mallorcan...

James Taylor When we first got to the hotel we got our room straight away but put us on the 9th floor when we had 2 young children witch was unideal but manageable but then when we got to the pool there was no signage of were the deep end of the pool was so my youngest Nearly drowns and then was told to buy floats for her as we did and then they have a no floats in the pool policy witch is prothetic...
We have recently returned from a 1 week stay at the Magic Tropical Splash. We are a family of 6 (child ages 17, 13, 12 & 6) and stayed in a 3 bed apartment on an AI basis. Our room was on floor 19 in tower 1, and getting to and from the room was the worst part of the holiday. With only 2 lifts and 1 being out of order, it was a constant battle. Our room was clean and very spacious, with a stocked fridge...
Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides. The food was plentiful, lots of options for us all! We hired towels and cups which was very handy. The icecream, waffles and drinks were great. Would definitely go back!
Very clean hotel.all people in service areas work hard but with smile.especial thanks to ladies Viorica-Wixipieza-Zoma
Great holiday. Facilities were brilliant. Food nice and plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff Member Viorica-Lixieza-Zaxa was so friendly and helpful!! Thank you :-)
We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . Her mum, dad and younger sister are coming with us next may. Staff were very helpful. Entertainment was really good. The pool was cold but that was our only gripe. Looking forward to going back there.

This was my first stay at this Novotel and I must say that I had an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly, thank you Elisa for all your booking help, and the rest of the team working at reception (Monica, and everyone else). Also, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were super comfortable. I will come back again very soon.
The hotel is located near a large shopping complex filled with various restaurants and stores. There is a metro station just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and for those who enjoy walking, the city center is about 25–30 minutes away on flat ground.
The hotel itself has 12 floors, with a pleasant rooftop pool overlooking the city, as well as a nice bar that appears to be open to non guests as well...
Lovely stay with a great breakfast spread – especially the fresh fruits and good variety. The top-floor view is a real highlight! Very well connected to public transport and close to malls and restaurants. Comfortable, clean and convenient.
Novotel Valencia Llevant delivers an excellent stay marked by genuinely warm and professional service. Check-in was impressively smooth — the staff were patient, welcoming, and went out of their way to offer helpful tourist suggestions that made exploring Valencia easier. The location is another strong point: walkable to many of the city’s main attractions and just three metro stops from Joaquín Sorolla...
I had a pleasant stay at Novotel València. The room was modern, very clean, and housekeeping kept it spotless throughout my visit. I had requested months in advance to be placed on a higher floor, but I was given a first-floor room without a view. This was understandable since I arrived early and was still kindly allowed to check in ahead of time, which I really appreciated. Checkout at 12 pm was also...
Great location, close to the metro and bus. Rooms are quiet and good beds and airco. The swimming on the roof top is small but nice to have. Roof top bar is expensive, you pay 5,50 euro for a cappuccino, 5,00 euro for a tea, glass of wine or glass of beer.
