We've been coming here for a decade and everything has been great. We haven't stopped recommending this establishment. Until today, I ended up having an unnecessary argument with the receptionist and an employee (I think they're new this season). It was a very unpleasant situation. At this point, with the unprofessional practices I've seen, I don't think I'd come back again.

We were very pleased with our hotel stay for the week we visited Llorotte de Mar. It is well centerised beside everything. Staff are always very friendly & helpful. Food was nice. Bar was lively in the evenings. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean but very small. I made the mistake of taking a single room. I do recommend for an extra fee of 9 $ get de double room. They offer buffet breakfast. Cheaper to have it in the closer bars. Price is better in its website.

It about 2k from the bach front. No shops near and an hard uphill walk. A car is definitely a plus although the parking in the garages is a challenge with a medium size car.

We stayed here regularly for years but we decided to revisit after a 10 year break. It is out of town and there is no public transport so you need to rent a car or find an alternative way. The views from here are stunning. The pools are lovely but they seem a little neglected and quiet now. I was looking for a long term rental for use as a pernanent home. The house I viewed was a little on the small side for me personally although it was more than adequate for a couple rather than a family for use as permanent home. Very friendly staff Very good breakfast ! Underground parking, 12 € per day. It is on level -3, so not easy to drive into for unexperienced drivers. I was in a suite on floor 11. Airco was off, so very hot in the room. Also sometimes noice from some machines on the roof, I had to use earplugs to be able to sleep. But the room was very nice and clean.

The reception staff were indifferent. The room didn’t have the size of bed I requested. Reception didn’t pick up the phone when I called. When I was moved to another room (eventually), it too had the wrong type of bed.

Close your door from inside During the afternoon, when I come back from the city I saw a two grups of poeple making check in. I went to my room and I close with security. While I was there there were some people trying to open my room, I go and open the door and said there is some one I think you were wrong with your room number, but they have the same room number as me, but they key doesn't work....

As a visually impaired individual, I found this venue to be exceptionally accessible. The staff were not only friendly but also very understanding of my needs. Service was efficient—our dishes were promptly cleared after we finished our meal, and the overall customer service was outstanding. My family and I will definitely be returning, either later this year or in the next. Highly recommended.

Like most people reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous about my stay here. But honestly couldn’t have had a better time. The staff were lovely and so helpful from the beginning. We had an issue with our luggage at the airport and the staff were super helpful with translating and helping us retrieve it. We arrived just before lunch was finishing and the staff made no issue of us eating that close...
