Not the best of locations in Lanzarote, and with limited parking just outside the hotel, nevertheless everything else about Aparthotel I union was excellent - the room, the meals, the grounds, and the friendliness of the staff. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is nearest the most touristic and historic points and also from restaurants and shops. They have a very good breakfast, with many options. The service is very good, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very good, weel maintained, illuminated and wit good climate control. Excellent service by Bryan he was very attentive, polite and extremely helpful in the restaurant. All the staff are very friendly and not do enough for you, making you feel relaxed. It was nice, clean, and situated in a fantastic location right in the heart of Granada’s old town. Being steps away from everything made the stay incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It’s a great choice if you want a spotless spot in a prime, central neighborhood.

The location is very perfect, everything is here. The service is good, but the amenities should be improved. Overall, I still recommend staying here if u travel in Granada. Tips: Abraham is a must. The sea view room was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend staying here. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was under maintenance for both days of my stay, and the air it blew out had an unpleasant odor. However, everything else was superb! What can I say... the service was extremely unfriendly, we had dirty towels covered in other people's hair and a floor that hadn't been cleaned much. Lovely hotel in a quiet location. We were a party of 12 ladies reuniting. The team were helpful, Josema spent 20 minutes of his time, helping you find the perfect restaurant for our final night and arranging transport. The food was lovely at breakfast. Would definitely return

The hotel holiday house, the check-in hall and the holiday house are a little far. The room facilities are a little old, but they are all complete. It is very suitable for a long-term seaside vacation, and the kitchen equipment is very complete.
