Came here with my boyfriend for a quick 4 days away. Hotel is very basic but considering the price, we’ve had a pretty pleasant experience. Staff are friendly and we’ve had our rooms cleaned everyday. Entertainment was fairly decent. Room is spacious for just the two of us and was clean when we arrived. Notably, we haven’t eaten here though. All in all would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere...

We had a great family stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and great housekeeping team. Fresh towels daily . The food was very good and plenty of choice for everyone. The kids loved the chocolate fountain night . The pool is nice and clean. The sauna and hot tubs were well used! Would recommend 🙂

Staff were friendly and helpful ,rooms were very basic you had to pay for hairdryers fridge safe. Food was not fantastic and room was not cleaned every day was half board so breakfast and dinner had drinks with breakfast but had to pay for drinks with dinner wasn't even water available unless you payed.

Great location, close to the beach and the restaurants/shops, but noisy because of the disco nearby and drunk/adolescent people shouting by midnight. The property is a little dated and my room was very basic, but it was very clean and any requests were dealt with very politely and quickly.

Property needs a re-vamp, but it was clean throughout, the gentleman who booked us in was great, friendly and polite. The room was clean, crisp white bed linen, toilet and shower also very clean, the price we paid for one night was very competitive too. Only one restaurant nearby so that was disappointing.

Brilliant, friendly service from the staff. Apartment was clean and the breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice, and the food was good too. Family trip. Incredible pool. It's seawater and right next to the ocean. When the tide comes in, the waves crash into the pool. The apartment is large and well-equipped. There's a supermarket next to the hotel.

Very nice stay, apartments are perfect for 2 people and have everything you need on site. 2 swimming pools, supermarket, gym, etc. They could potentially add a cover for outdoor seating for each apartment

We stayed at Hyde Park for 7nights as a large family group and could not fault it! All rooms were clean and towels and bedding changed every other day. What can I say, another wonderful stay at the Santa Maria. All the staff offer first class service and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Rooms, food and drink are all above the standard of what you'd expect from a 3 star Spanish hotel. Location is where you'd want to be with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, it's also only a 5 minute walk from La Pinta beach.

Good standard according to the room price, good food, especially the hotel's well-prepared Christmas dinner. Absolutely loved it. Not far from the beach and local shops. Nice swimming pools, but unfortunately the heated one had the same temperature as the others. The town itself is a bit dirty, but I believe that's not the local people's fault. The hotel is clean, rooms are also clean and modern. Pools are good but in the winter months only one pool is heated which is not the one where the main bar is and sunbeds are limited. Having an awesome week here. Rooms are very clean. Food is above excellent,very fresh and a good selection which changes daily including forest salmon,king prawns,muscles and roast chicken. The hotel is well organised, staff is very attentative. Decent breakfast, beds ok. We arrived very early, but were able to enter a room before actual checkin time. The sea view room was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend staying here. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was under maintenance for both days of my stay, and the air it blew out had an unpleasant odor. However, everything else was superb! Had our first family holiday abroad at this fantastic hotel. We all absolutely loved it. Brilliant location with an easy walk to the beach and to the old town. I am staying in the hotel right now as I write this there only a couple of issues the Lifts there two in main reception and one around the side used by cleaners or service. The lifts are not in order of merit if your on second floor you press lift to come it doesn't come to your floor even if no one used the lift there a issue with them i think your waiting ages for them. Disappointing Room was not especially clean, in fact it looked like someone had sat on the bed before we arrived and we also had to clean the bathroom prior to using as there. Was wee on the toilet seat - not something that you really want to do after walking 28km on the Camino.

Extreme water noises in the bedroom coming from other bedrooms, must be WC flushing. And other door slamming noises and voices. Couldn't sleep good.

Great hotel with the right location for business or visiting. Anyhow, hotels are more and more expensive every year thanks to the booking sharks.

We had 4 beds, but only 3 of them had proper duvets, and one of the beds on the bunk bed is on the floor. All the channels on the TV are in spainish and you can't connect your phone.

I had read really bad reviews about this hotel and was a bit worried about our stay. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and tidy. We didn't really have much interaction with the staff, just trying to talk to someone on the front desk, who was always busy.

Stayed here in August. Rooms were great we had a 2 bedroom self catering apartment. Plenty of room, beds were fairly comfortable a little on the hard side for me but I preferred a softer bed. My stay at Monte Feliz was absolutely amazing! I went there with my football team, for a week of activities, sports and fun, but also for leisure and relaxation.. Very good food with a lot a choice. This, for the breakfast and diner. The crew is pleasant and professional. But this hotel is very noisy. Really no sound isolation. Very difficult to sleep.
