The reception staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. Although our bathroom had a loose shower screen, we reported it and nothing was done, so the bathroom kept flooding. The elevators are very slow and can't keep up, and the one on the left on the second floor makes a terrible noise. The room insulation is poor; you can hear all the noise from other rooms, the street, the elevator, etc...

First of all, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired: there was a blood stain on the sheets, and they were never changed during the four days. The bed was barely made daily, and the towels weren't replaced either. Basic maintenance was simply not up to scratch. The bathroom posed a real danger, with the shower temperature going from scalding hot to freezing cold in a matter of seconds...

Hotel staff was very friendly. Snacks seemed to be leftover from breakfast which was a bit unusual as I thought it would be actual snacks. If that could be improved that would be great. We were apprehensive about staying here based on previous reviews however, we found this hotel to be sufficient for our needs. The staff were extremely hard working happy and friendly. The rooms, although a little worn were fine for a three star hotel. They were large enough with a balcony and sea view. Had a lovely stay at blue sea. We stayed for 5 nights and loved it. After seeing some harsh reviews we were initially worried. Rooms were clean, some TLC needed on walls and bathroom. Pool area spotless and cleaned everyday. Sun beds slightly uncomfortable however. All inclusive had a variety of drinks, you pay €1 for the cup which you can get back at the end of your holiday when you return the cup...

Location was fantastic less than 10 min walk to beach. Room large and clean. Food there was a limited selection but of good quality and different every night. Drinks available were great and most of the staff were great. Would stay again.

Blue sea hotel was ideally situated . Clean and friendly . Food good . The only negative i would give is the lack of sun beds . There is a terrace by the pool with table and chairs which no one used . Would be better to fit more sun beds here . We were in block 3 and if the pool bar was closed we had to go to block 1 for drinks . Not a real issue though . Would i stay there again . Yes most definite

Lovely hotel. Very near the beach, promenade with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Delicately food. Would definitely recommend. For the price you pay you get great value.

This isn’t a hotel, it’s part of an old building. if you get a room and balcony it’s very nice but others you could be looking at a wall. 10-15 minutes walk to the cathedral, lots of bars and restaurants on route.
