Lovely place for small family would defo get all exclusive. Town centre is a bit far and too hot to walk with small children. Place had a lovely pool and food was outstanding. Staff were very nice and worked to accommodate you.

Accomidation is perfect place to stay with family.Apartment was cleaned everyday. It's has 2 pools for adult and kids. A gym, playground for the kids .Restaurant which offer all day food to mention shopping mall just across the street.Great place to enjoy your holiday.

The Bali is a very friendly hotel in a good location. It isn't the Ritz and doesn't pretend to be but everyone seems to be having fun. My 10 year old son really enjoyed the children's activities and had the best time. We've stayed here several times before and would not hesitate to return.

We had a lovely 4 night stay, TUI transfer from airport was smooth, dropped to port and boat over, bus picked us up and dropped at resort. You need a car if you stay in this hotel. It's located in a steep hill away shops and restaurants. From the map, the beach looks like a few minutes walk from the hotel, but because it's on a hill, the road is snaky and the walk back is a serious hike. Only there for a few days, but was clean, as were rooms, never ate in the hotel and never used the pool either, but liked the location n staff were helpful.

This hotel was superb for a three star I couldn’t really fault it . The only downside is it’s at the top of a very steep hill. So if mobility issues might not be the one for you unless you can afford taxis. Overall a very good three star and would recommend.

A great hotel, rooms are an adequate size with a nice balcony. The shower is amazing. Food is nice enough for a buffet style, we are half board but we can switch our evening meal out for lunch. An apart-hotel for unpretentious tourists. Even in the renovated rooms, the furniture, plumbing and kitchen utensils have seen a lot in their time. But that's not important. The room was not cleaned upon check-in, and there were constant problems with cleaning later. We contacted the reception a couple of times to ask them to take action - to no avail. This hotel is ok, the rooms are dated. But we didn't spend our trip in the room. The staff are friendly and the food is ok, you wouldn't starve. We paid extra for premium drinks, which I'm glad we did. Overall we had a good long weekend in Benidorm.

Nice place to stay, near shops,near plenty restaurants and walking distance to the beach, lovely hotel, good breakfast and love the vegetable paella...

Went the week before Easter 26 for 9 days. Was approx £1K for 2 (incl. flights/transfers) for All Incl. hotel. Just a getaway at the end of winter, so had no unreasonable (or particularly high) expectations. I think we struck lucky with the Gala. An unassuming hotel 100 metres from busy area but very clean, well-run, good layout in rooms. Room cards work, rooms cleaned every day if required, instant...

Really clean and friendly hotel, good choice of food and drinks on all inclusive. Great location a few minutes walk from the strip, only downside is the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything and I mean everything that is going on around you. Spotless and nothing too much trouble

Food I was sooo pleasantly surprised. Came not expecting much but enjoyed it. Staff were so nice. Vanessa behind the downstairs bar makes the BEST pina colada and was lovely. Walls are thin and someone kept being such each night waking us up so sleep wasn’t great but obviously not hotels fault. All in all. It’s a great location, good value for money. Be aware the transfers won’t drop u/pick up outside...
