Granada, C. Navas, 5, Centro 🧭 Map
The location is really great and the room heats up well. The bed was comfortable, which I appreciated. The only thing that really bothered me was the shower head—it was moldy, and I’m quite picky about little hygiene details like that.
Breakfast was okay for me, I didn’t have high expectations, and it filled me up. The only downside was the coffee, which was unfortunately quite bad.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent stay! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The breakfast was nice as well, but what really stood out was the staff: incredibly helpful, polite, and genuinely welcoming.
We lost our power adapters, and they immediately offered us a couple to use. When we weren’t entirely sure about the room we had booked, they kindly showed us another option without hesitation...
I booked this hotel for a one-night stay to see the Alhambra, and the location is great. Despite being a three-star hotel, it's incredibly clean. I highly recommend it.
Hotel was at center of Granada and all the attractions are accessible within 30 minutes walk. Staff was really helpful and guided us briefly.
Location was great and room looks like the photo. The main issue of this hotel is the breakfast. I paid extra to get breakfast but they only start the breakfast from 8am so I couldn't get them in both days. Alhambra opens at 8.30am so there are tourists need to leave hotel earlier. I have travelled a lot but haven't seen any hotels offering breakfast only after 8am. This was a big waste of money.
Very happy about our stay. #1 the location was spot on! It was a quick and easy walk to centro but was not loud at all from the street noise. AC in the room was cranking so that was very nice to be able to comfortably sleep! Staff was super friendly and for the price the rooms were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Bilbao, Rodriguez Arias K., 66, 48013 Bilbao, Strana Baskov, Ispaniya 🧭 Map
Everything was perfect, especially considering it was one of the cheapest options available. The hotel offered great value for money, with clean rooms and good service. It is located a little distance from the city centre, bus station, and train station, but it was still manageable and worth it for the price. Overall, a very good stay and I would recommend it for budget travelers. ⭐👍
Great location, nearby to SanMames stadium, and different streets full of bars with tapas
Professional and very friendly service.
Excellent location in the center of Bilbao and very close to public transport.
I highly recommend this hotel.
We were there for one night. The reception lady was not at all friendly. The cards they gave for the room didn’t work and I had to keep going to the reception to change the cards. The room size was good but views were not. Bathroom was very small. Would not recommend for a long stay.
We booked a Double Room but were given a Standard Room with a bed far too small for two people. The room and bathroom clearly didn’t match the advertised category. The difference was noticeable in comfort and layout. This is misleading and disappointing. We’ve requested a refund for the price difference but have yet to receive a fair resolution. Would not recommend booking here unless the hotel improves...
Good location, you can get main sites by walk. Room is quite and clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast is average. Omelette was cold and too salted. We ordered fried eggs, but it was full of oil. But if you don’t eat eggs- you will enjoy this breakfast.

Nice room, lots of great training and padel sessions.
Stayed here in August. Rooms were great we had a 2 bedroom self catering apartment. Plenty of room, beds were fairly comfortable a little on the hard side for me but I preferred a softer bed. Kitchen was small, simple but adequate. Bathroom was a good size, shower was large and always had hot water and good pressure. The hotel had nice food at a reasonable price. There was a small spa shop that sold...
My stay at Monte Feliz was absolutely amazing! I went there with my football team, for a week of activities, sports and fun, but also for leisure and relaxation.. Rest assured, Monte Feliz made that plan so much easier to accomplish!
I shared a room with 3 others, and the living space was more than enough. The living space, included a kitchen area, a living room (with a TV, couch and dining table)...
Very happy with our stay at Monte Feliz. We stayed for 10 days and everything was perfect for our active holiday.
We arrived on a Monday and stayed for 10 days and I must say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, keeping in mind this is a sports hotel and one should utilize the wide array of exercise offerings.

Very good food with a lot a choice. This, for the breakfast and diner. The crew is pleasant and professional.

Bungalow and patio very spacious and close to pool. Kitchen area well equipped.
Rooms were tired decor wise, but they were large and had everything we needed. Even had sunlounges outside your villa
Pool area was lovely, access to bar and reception staff very helpful
Good staff, clean rooms. Good all round resort
excellent service in the reception. Quiet area, very good restaurant connected to the hotel- both food ande service: Kobe. A bit worn down room- could use with som upgrade/modernisation. No dishwatersoap or sponge in the zink, tiny antz inside the apartment, cochroaches observed in the bathroom
Friendly staff, rooms clean BUT the pool area lets it down. Not enough sunbeds, broken steps.
Great holiday.

Great location but a lot of noise at night due the bins being emptied. I was very disappointed after advising two different reception staff that my shower had flooded the bathroom and water made its way to outside my room still nothing was done. I had to use towels to soak up the water and had neighbours knocking on my door. Shower was not fixed so was unable to use the following day 😢
You couldn’t purchase a cup of tea the pool area was closed so no outside space to sit . Very central no fresh fruit for breakfast over priced
Excellent location in the center of town. Easy access. We will stay again.
Fine for short stays
It’s a fine short stay option at a good location.
This hotel is underrated in many ways. The rooms are completely renovated, and I actually love how they preserve the "classic" style of a hotel in many ways when it comes to cleaning (not like those that pretend to be ecological just to save a buck).
The pictures on this listing should be updated as it's much better than depicted here. Also, as the reviews so say, the staff in the hotel is great.
The air conditioner never cooled to make the room comfortable.

The staff were great and the room was absolutely spotless. The pool was also very good and the whole place was very clean. The food at the the pool bar was very good and I would recommend the Spanish omelette but be warned, bring your appetite for this one! Will stay there again.
Spotless rooms
Friendly helpful staff
Cushions on sunbeds
Good that the hotel enforces their no reserving of sunbeds policy
Strong shower
Great hair dryer
Lots of nearby restaurants
Good bus connections
Internet was very bad and some small issues with the toilet. Everything else was very nice. Everyone was very nice to us, the pool, bar, reception was cool.
Good cooking utensils but no salt, pepper or oil etc was given which is unnecessary to buy yourself. Coffe machine, toaster, water cooker were good to have.
Room was old but well kept. 5 min to the beach
Close to a lovely beach. Restaurants, shops and transport links all within a few minutes walk.
Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
Comfortable room with balcony with sea view.
Good location near the beach, sunlight on the balcony and a little park. Breakfast adequate, if not inspired. Annoying that the room safe had an extra daily charge. Nice touch that we got a take-with-you breakfast for a 5 am departure.

Nice room with comfy bed and good shower and towels. TV had very poor reception so couldn’t really use it.
Mostly quiet at night but at times there was quite a lot of noise from other room and corridors.

No space, no shelves, no wardrobe, no shower enclosure, the entire bathroom floor stays wet.
Location is not good if you want to be near any attractions. The small room is modern decor and has all you need, and the hotel provides a ticket for a welcome drink at the bar.(small prosecco). Check in took 15 minutes, and we were only ones there. Be sure to ask for a room on the backside as it is on a major street and it is noisy.
Just arrived and loving it already! The hotel looks fantastic, and the reception team made a great first impression, super helpful, welcoming, and all smiles. A perfect start to my stay. I’ll update this review with more details after my 7-day experience. Update: Amazing breakfast.
This was an opportunity to have a few days holiday in Valencia and we would certainly have no hesitation in both recommending and returning to the Hotel Malcolm and Barrret. Location at the start was a bit rubbish but as our holiday went on it got better the location wasn’t too bad beach close by. Food wasn’t great, all the same and not much variety. All inclusive we paid for. We weren’t told cocktails were not included so first night we find out we have to pay for them.. bit of poor communication there. Rooms were okay, beds were fine sheets were very small and thin....

Very centrally located, the beds are very comfortable and the facilities are good, as expected for the hotel's category. In my room, there was no street noise, even though it was right in the city center, but you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms.
Excellent value for money, I would stay again.
The location is good, but the facilities and cleanliness are very poor. It's okay if you're just using it as a place to sleep after being outside all day.
The hotel has a great location in the city center, about a ten-minute walk from the cathedral and royal chapel. It's very clean every day and quiet at night. There's a common area on the first floor with a kettle and microwave. There's a coffee shop on the sixth floor offering à la carte breakfast, but I didn't try it.
This was OK but not great. Room (108) was very dark and we found it quite noisy. We were disappointed not to have the facility to make a hot drink in our room.
However, it was OK for a couple of nights.

I stayed at Hotel Gran Via during a girls’ trip to Madrid with my friend, and the location truly could not be better. The hotel sits right on the bustling Gran Via street, which is one of the liveliest areas in the city. As soon as you step outside, there are countless restaurants, cafés, and shops all around you. It felt vibrant, energetic, and very safe to walk around even in the evenings.

This was our first hotel on our Europe trip and it was lovely!
The rooms were very clean, modern, and everything worked. We could see beautiful architecture from our window. The rainfall shower was lovely - and tall friendly!
The lobby is always staffed and feels very secure.
The location was the best part. It felt like we were a 15-20 walk in any direction from everything we wanted to see in Madrid...
The location is ideally situated near a variety of sites, shopping districts, and vibrant activities. Though the street is bustling with heavy traffic, it pulses with the unmistakable energy of Madrid. The hotel itself is well-organized and spotlessly clean. Everything was great. A ten out of ten.
The location is quite average, it’s in a newly developed area, so you’ll need to walk around 1.5–2 km to reach the nearest tourist spots or restaurants. On the bright side, there’s a small café by the reception that offers food and drinks at affordable prices. Amenities are very basic (only soap provided), with no slippers, shower cap, or drinking water.
It's just a bit outside the centre but bus Ci3 was great (even if it's a 45 minute circular route). It's a 25 minute walk otherwise.
Spacious room. Parking was underground and very easy. Staff really helpful.
While the hotel is not as close to the Old Town as we would have liked, the room and bed is the most spacious in the hotels that we’ve stayed at in Spain so far. They have a full breakfast downstairs along with a cafe. They also have complimentary extras (e.g. razor, lotion, hair conditioner). As part of our welcome, they gave us a bottle of water and gummy candies. There is a Lidl around the corner...

It was close to the school trip that I had and was perfect for its price and value.
Located near metro station to make travel around easy. Same as most of the Europe hotel, toothbrush, shaver kit, water and etc are not provided.
Stayed here for a couple of days and had a great experience. The location is perfect, the service was excellent, and it offered great value for money.
The highlight was definitely the bar and restaurant. Dinner was outstanding, with high-quality food and a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, plenty of options to suit everyone, and all members of my family really enjoyed it
Pros:
- Good location. On the roadside. Just stay at night and go kind of hotel
Cons :
- Front desk Staffs lacks hospitality. Interacted with 3 of them . All same. They behave like they work in some administrative office. Suggestion : always keep a welcoming gesture. Have a pleasant face expression. Calm and composure . Management can focus on training them.
- Hotel is small and narrow. May be it...

We arrived very late but reception is staffed 24/7 so there was no problem and friendly staff welcomed us & explained everything. Breakfast by the pool was plentiful & tasty with loads of options. Especially reception lady Mary who checked me in and given me all information I need. Very professional and friendly customer service. Dinner staff especially lady with short black hair was also a super nice! Will definitely be back!
The hotel room was clean and tidy, a great position close to beach and restaurants not far from old town as well. We were there when the power cut happened. I cannot praise the staff enough for the way we were treated not only that day but everyday we were there. 100% would recommend and return again. Mike & Sue Miles.
