This hotel was a great option for our family, kids had their own room and the balcony was awesome! Location is superb, we could walk to town and to the beach. Parking option under the hotel was great too. We also loved how close it was to Roses.

Honestly, it’s what you want. I booked this because it’s simply a room with a bed/shower and a balcony. I was there for a long weekend, and it was exactly what we needed. It's an old building with an old building feel. Cleanliness is good with cleaners working 5/7 days pw. Towels and bedding changed every 3 or 4 days. Room facilities are excellent with everything you need to cook basic meals. Shampoo and soap provided.

Did not particularly like the resort of Arenal but the hotel was clean , staff friendly and efficient . Unfortunately the sun did not come onto the pool until 11.30am and was gone by 4.30pm but it was only a few minutes to the beach . OK ok stay Beds fairly average the Internet doesn't work properly which they charge extra for . The Hotel is old but very clean. If the management made the beds more comfortable and installed wifi the stay would be more comfortable they charge plenty for the rooms so there no excuse.

It was clean. It’s not located in the best part of the city but still fine (metro access). Breakfast wasn’t so diverse. It’s across from some sort of kindergarten so if you open the windows, you hear some noise (Of course that it’s a lovely noise but at some point a bit annoying). In total, it is worth the money.

Very close to the subway station, and the room was clean and tidy. The bed was also very large. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the front desk service was fantastic; they gave us a map, told us about routes, and reminded us of important things to note.

Visited previously and stayed all inclusive. Rooms were great size and well equipped. Loved the sun loungers on the balcony. Food was great and always different things to chose from. my family and i have been here around 10 times and have never been disappointed with these great family apartments.the rooms are in my opinion well serviced ,the balconies are big with beautiful views of the atlantic. the pools are cleaned every day and there are plenty of sunbeds.the food is as good as i have had in a 3 star establishment. the only thing missing now especially for regular customers...
