This hotel was a great option for our family, kids had their own room and the balcony was awesome! Location is superb, we could walk to town and to the beach. Parking option under the hotel was great too. We also loved how close it was to Roses.

It's an old building with an old building feel. Cleanliness is good with cleaners working 5/7 days pw. Towels and bedding changed every 3 or 4 days. Room facilities are excellent with everything you need to cook basic meals. Shampoo and soap provided.

As first-time visitors to Benidorm, this was the perfect choice for our mini break. This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. Me my 7 yr old daughter and cousin booked here August 24 for a little girly trip. I liked the fact we was across the road from the beach so everything we wanted was in walking distance. I only briefly read the reviews. I decided to read more reviews closer to when we went and I was horrified! I thought what on earth are we going to! We had a great 4 day break at this hotel and loved the elevated views overlooking the bay. The pool was beautifully warm for February and the amenities were great, the hotel was small enough that we didn’t have to worry about our 8 year old going off and making friends etc. It had a very relaxed feel, there were enough sun loungers and the solarium area was great for extra sunbathing space too. Great location. Great hotel. Rooms need improvement as do management polices with pools & sunbeds. AI needs complete overall with drinks & serving cups. Unacceptable restrictions

Stayed here many times, the rooms are in need of a little sprucing up, but are more like mini apartments, most with mini kitchens and outside lounge area. Just a short walk from the Europa Centre, and a 40 minute transfer from the airport. All in all reasonably good for the price.

My fourth visit here. It's relatively good value, and just a couple of minutes from the Europa Centre. However, the rooms do need a bit of attention, and they do not honour any ******* upgrades or VIP 'freebies'.

Could do better The second time we have stayed at Riosol and the room this time was not as good as the first time there was a strong smell of fresh paint in the room along with stains on the bed frame also they do not provide tea or coffee but there is a kettle and coffee machine in the room

The otel breakfast amazing. Staff was friendly. As a smoker they had smoking area which is I like the most. Rooftop was so nice view

I would feel quite indifferent about recommending Las Arenas. It is quite unlikely I would stay at this hotel again for a number of reasons though the main one being the Restaurant Manager who completely ruined the start of our holiday, a holiday that we have work hard to afford and for what we had waited a long time to share with family for a very special occasion. This is my third or fourth time staying here and it's just fab for a relaxing weekend! Walkable to both Palma and the airport (or can get a bus), the rooftop area is lovely, the breakfast is great and the bottom pool is nice in the late afternoon when the sun's shining on it. Would highly recommend!

Really good medium size hotel right next to the beach and marina. This place is beautifully designed and decorated, especially the cocktail bar downstairs is a superb place to chill. Kind and helpful staff, good restaurant with plenty of vegetarian options. Sea view room with balcony wasn't maybe the biggest, but the view was worth every penny.
