Hotel Poseidon Playa in Benidorm

We had our second Christmas staying here. It's a great value hotel in a great location. Every room has a superb sea view! Rooms are clean and comfortable with housekeeping daily. There is a fridge. We take a kettle but I think you can get one from reception. The staff are lovely, from reception to bar and cleaning to dining staff. There is plenty of choice food wise to cover all tastes. For those who complain the food is not as warm as you'd like, use the microwaves in the dining area. The Christmas gala dinner was really good. Lot's more choice from chicken Supreme, beef goulash, fish, freshly cooked pan fried chicken, the list just goes on. And the drinks prices are really good. A large bottle of (posh) water and carafe of red wine just €5.10! Bargain. There was entertainment at night if you wanted to stay in the bar area, and during the day they would be doing activities if you wanted to join in. All in all another very enjoyable stay, thank you

Great quiet Spanish location. Excellent service and food. All rooms have a sea view. But no kettle 😢. Aircon not brilliant. Others stayed twice and definitely stay again.

Just back after 8 days here. Very good hotel with fantastic views over Poniente beach and Trossal de la calla. Breakfast selection was great and dinner was good too. Service from some of the staff was excellent,especially Angel,Wilma,Gabriel and Anamaria.leisurely walk to old town along the waves promenade. Highly recommend staying here at least once.

It’s 3 star hotel and been here along time . We went at the end of October and was pleased with what we saw . The rooms have a fridge but not a kettle which would have been ideal . The air con , so called worked but would need to be much better in summer months . We only stopped B&B but food was fine and a good variety. The staff are friendly and polite. Lots of Spanish stop here which is a good sign . The location is fantastic on the sea front . Not to close to the hustle and bustle. Enough for you to walk into the old town approximately 20 minutes walk . We stayed on the 16 th floor which was great . Views were amazing. 4 lifts available.Cleaning done daily . Safe deposit box , TV and hairdryer in room . The hotel provided soap and shampoo in the room . The swimming pool was freezing. Plenty of sun-beds . Bus stop just outside hotel . Taxis available by reception. Daily entertainment for all . You can hirer mobility scooters at this hotel . Shops , restaurants, supermarkets within a few minutes walk . I would definitely recommend this hotel for off peak holidays when weather cooler just because the air conditioning doesn’t work that good and take a kettle .

Incredible views, the best choice we made was to book at this hotel, I would always go back there.
