Don't expect to get any sleep!! The rooms need sound proofing not. Because of noisy neighbours but the fact you can hear everything going on outside And on the last day of my stay check out was meant be 12:00 I was woken up by a cleaner trying to enter my room, while sleeping, then they tried again whilst I was in the shower and then 2 more times ( the hotels do not disturb sign was on the door and I'd also told the cleaner I would be leaving at 12:00 (my flight wasn't until the evening, and was not getting picked up until 18:00

We have just got back from our holiday here and absolutely loved it!
The staff are lovely especially Anita and the cleaning lady with the glasses, we didn’t get her name. Our room was regularly cleaned.
The hotel is full of character, Valentines day was wonderful, the rose for all the ladies was a lovely touch! the food was delicious! Plenty of options for everyone, our only criticism was it could have been warmer. For my children’s first time abroad we had a great time! Thank you so much

Rooms were ok, had two big beds, clean and spacious. Kettle in room but coffee was never replenish. No hairdryer (deposit 20 euros at reception and you can borrow it for 2 hours) no balcony and we looked on to the school. They play music calling the kids to school so no long sleeps for us. Traffic starts about 7am and it can be really noisy. We were also above the bar and two nights in a row it was noisy outside until about 4am. Restaurant was ok, could always find something to eat. Most of the staff were nice and friendly. All inclusive stops at 12 on the day of your departure even although we arrived after 11pm on our first night so not really getting 5 days we paid for. This hotel caters for a lot of elderly Spanish, they think they should be given priority for everything including all the tables in the entertainment room. We spent a lot of time out of the hotel.

Ive stayed here 3 times and its my go to hotel for benidorm as its in a fantastic location in-between the old and new towns and about 8 mins to levante beach.
The rooms have always been very clean and never had an issue with getting clean towels etc.
The lifts are the worst thing about the hotel waiting forever for them but if I was that bothered I could always use the stairs..
Food can be hit and miss at times but in 21 days there 3 meals a day only 3 or 4 times max have I not found something to eat or had reason to complain.. staff are always helpful always looking to assist with any issues or questions.
Its a bit outdated sure but you get what you pay for and I can't wait to return again in November

Myself husband and our 2x16 year old sons came to the hotel in November, the rooms we were given were very odd the 2 lads ended up in a bed each in the bedroom and us 2 adults had to make do with a dirty pull down sofa with heavily stained mattress and the floor would have been softer , the windows where covered in fag ash and burns on curtains, no balcony so our room looked out over other rooms straight opposite, aswell as into a dining area , the bathroom was ok apart from the shower was in a strange position as in the shower head was above the middle of the bath !!! we payed for ultra all inclusive which included excursions to places like the theme park , other sister hotels water parks, go carting ect ( obviously to entertain 2 x 16year olds ) we were told none of this was available because they all closed (LAST WEEK ) for the end of season !! So were offered a FREE (considering we were ultra all inclusive) an all you can eat BRUNCH at a bar down near the beach ( dont even get me started on that bar !!!) Any way... the food was always cold the staff rude the lifts terrible , the tables out front of hotel were forever filled with highly intoxicated adults letting there kids run wild ( some of who had police called numerous times for fighting in the pool area where kids were , but were still able to stay .) On last day Our room was locked 2 hours early while we were out for a last walk luckily the lads stayed in room so we managed to get back in our all inclusive bands were also stopped at same time so we then had to pay even more money for extra food and drinks u til our coach came there were cockroaches in the dining room , our bath room toilets EVERYWHERE . And what that was they called entertainment ? was ridiculous, was like watching interviews for spains worst entertainer ,didn't start till 10 and was finished by 12 . The kids games room was always closed and the arcade machines when switched on always took your money with no game . they tried serving us cheap drinks when we had payed for top brands and when we explained we had payed for real drinks brands it was huffed at like we had done something wrong .... all this was explained at the time to the receptionist staff they told us there was nothing they could do and to take it up with our booking company .... SO since being home we have complained to our holiday company including pics of said cockroaches and and stained mattresses ect to which the hotel have said the mattress thing was a lie because ALL there beds have plastic mattress protectors (LIE) and there wouldn't have been many cockroaches because they always have pest control ect .. and because we hadnt filled out a complaint form at the time these things never happened ( we were NEVER offered a complaints form) . ANY WAY MOREL OF THIS REVIEW IS DO NOT USE THOS HOTEL it needs knocking down and starting again .

How do I put this? It's like walking into a outdated care home. Everything looks like it should belong in the 70s, including the people that are there. To put it simply. There are 4 lifts, 2 work, 1 sounds like it's on its last legs and the other is nowhere to be seen. 2 restaurants, 1 for all the Spanish people (looked nicer than the other but never dined in it) the other restaurant is questionable at best. Yeah you have table and chairs, but the food is a 3/5 at best. Some of it is edible some of it hasn't been cooked long enough or for to long, you can't really win. You can get tea and coffee for breakfast but can't get it for lunch or tea?

The bar which is located on the main floor is okay, drinks are okay. The entertainment was for a care home.

The rooms are not what you see online. Booked a room for 4, we were missing a bed (which they did give us one after back and fourth communication) they gave us 2 cups, 2 glasses and not enough towels for 4 people. Out of 5 plugs in the room, only 2 worked. The plug where the kettle and TV were situated didn't work. We didn't watch TV so that wasn't a problem but we did want to use the kettle. Do you want to know the frustration of having to play switchies with the switches daily?

We had to search for housekeeping to change the towels daily. The room wasn't cleaned once while we were there (3 nights).

The reception staff were nice and did try to accommodate us the best they could. But it just wasn't good enough.

Overall. If you want a cheap hotel with a 20 min walk from the old town and don't mind plugs, lifts, lack of well everything then this is the place for you.

Had a lovely 4 nights here returning yesterday. We had a double junior room which was upgraded to a park view. It was comfortable and spacious and the beds had memory foam mattresses with plenty of pillows and a sofa in the room. There was no balcony but there was a big window that slid open. There was a kettle and coffee pods and a fridge. Every day the fridge was refilled with cans of Pepsi, lemon, orange and a beer. We were Ultra all inclusive. Being so this gave us access to the “fast pass” and very little waiting in queues. At one point a drunken woman accused me of pushing in so if others are not aware of this perk they will feel that people are pushing in. With the ultra we also had premium brand drinks. The food was lukewarm which was a shame but there are microwaves. There is plenty of choice … but i get that it may not be food that those who like a simple diet of burgers and pizza may not enjoy. Drinks in the restaurant area is self serve which I quite liked, serving beer, wines and hot and soft drinks. The desserts do have quite a synthetic taste The staff are all very friendly and deserve the odd euro tip for which they are appreciative. Our room was always clean to a really good standard with fresh towels every day even this we didn’t ask for them. If you’re looking for a budget and bargain go here, if you’re looking for luxury then pay more and go elsewhere. You get what you pay for! Oh and the lift situation…… there are lots of seniors here that need to use the lift so it does slow it down. If you’re fit and able to then use the stairs and let those who need the lift have more access ☺️ or just be patient

This my second review having stayed last year. Again I have had a lovely holiday throughly enjoyed the drinks and food. The location is amazing for access into the old town, to the beach and a great location to watch the parade. The staff were all excellent (yes check in is slow and processes could be improved for example not having to email across your reservation while at the desk?) Fernanda on reception was especially lovely to me and could not have done more to help despite the fact she was trying to deal with some very difficult guests at the same time - I am very grateful to her. I had emailed in advance to request a 1st floor room but not available on check in - this was resolved next day and I was given a very nice room. Muhammad (apologies for spelling if incorrect) in the restaurant welcomed me every day with a warm smile and handshake, remembered my name and had great conversation which as a solo diner was a very kind touch. The residents in this hotel are predominately Spanish of an older generation, if you are happy to immerse yourself in that then you will love it. If you have children I really recommend Magic Robin Hood, Magic Natura or the Magic Pirates hotel. My negative was the amount of abuse staff were receiving mainly at reception - absolutely appaling - this isn't a hotel for drunken stag do's it's a traditional Spanish hotel with a relaxed vibe with good coffee and late lunches - it's not for everyone so do your research especially if you dont like octopus and pork trotters. For what you pay I am very happy and can't wait to return next year.
