Hotels with pool in Benidorm

Pools are lovely, drinks are great, having the zoo and water park right there was fabulous! We also used the gaming room, the trip to pirate island, the free lunch down at the beach and the evening at the medieval night

We stayed in the Bali lodges which I would definitely recommend as the resort is very hilly. As this was near the bottom and a great location to the kids pool for us

All Inclusive ultra canteen is amazing, less crowded and better coffee in the morning. Rooms are showing their age a bit, but we didn't spend much time in them any way, too much to do and see around the park

Everything felt clean and well cared for, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the all-inclusive option gave very good value considering the food, facilities and park access included

We've stayed here as a family three times now, we love it there. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do, the zoo and waterpark are particularly good. Food at the canteen is great, loads of variety

It was especially great this time as we had a day pass to the new park 'Pirates Island' next door to magic natura and it was a brilliant day. We have and would recommend the parks to everyone

I would say its one of the best I have stayed in the food and the food area is so good if you are A fussy eater well they have lots of variety for you to choose from and the food was plentiful And was great quality

Great location, plenty of food choice for everyone. Dining staff and bar staff not overly welcoming, not horrible but as I say not welcoming. Amanda on reception was excellent and is an asset to the hotel.

They have a surf shack vibe and the bathroom and balcony were brilliant the pool area is great not too busy and getting beds for the day was no problem at all in the evening they have entertainment in two areas first is by the pool on the stage where they have multiple acts on throughout the evening

100% returning !! Close to everything, also very quiet when the doors are closed. Perfect location . Only downside. Tables in dining area are far too close together and evening meal would be better if it started at 6pm

Just got back from a week stay at this hotel. The staff on the reception were brilliant. Explained everything that we needed to know. The rooms were very modern and look like they’ve just been renovated

The location is perfect right on the strip and if you’re worried about that don’t Be? The rooms are very well insulated from Sound. I have been to Benidorm numerous amounts of time

A mini apartment with a balconh and a large lovely supermarket up the road. Very clean, they change bedding daily, clean towels regularly. Staff are lovely, breakfast has something for everyone

Did not eat anything else at hotel so can't comment. Weather wasn't good enough to sit outside but pool was clean and checked every day

2nd time staying at the Primavera Park, this time for a month so we opted for B&B in one of their comfort rooms. We have a small kitchen with hob, microwave/grill, kettle coffee maker, toaster and fridge

The location is fab, the hotel itself is lovely, the rooftop pool is amazing (with great staff up there), the buffet was great (great selection and i liked everything i tried for breakfast and dinner)

We had an amazing stay here! Very clean and spacious rooms. Had everything we needed. So good we booked again! Close to the Old Town and New. Can't recommend enough! Great!

Spotlessly clean rooms and facilities. Wonderful rooftop pool and bar. Probably one of the best breakfasts i've had from a hotel! Easy walk to the Old Town, New Town and the beach

Typical hotel buffet food catering for Spanish and English guests. Don't expect English bacon, this is Spain. Ideal location close to the old town and the strip. Would definitely stay here again

Breakfast was okey ,I personally just missed more fresh vegetables like (tomatoes -which was there but not best quality. And cucumbers which never was there (again not a big deal) Bare in mind is closing at 10:30 4

Booked the all inclusive package, well worth the money. Reception was efficient and quick, polite. Room was clean and bright, good terrace with a sea view. Plenty of channels on the TV including many UK channels

The hotel is in an ideal spot right at the end of Levante beach with easy access to bars and restaurants either on the strip or beach front

Pool view gets sun all day, breakfast is great we had evening meal which was really nice , bar staff big smile on face when saw us , room really comfy, booked again for next year but hope to go back again later this year , there’s a Spanish family who have been going for years and remembers us and spoke which was really nice

Stayed with a group of friends early April. We had a pool view which was good those staying on the back did experience a bit of noise early morning due to people coming home from the bars. Hotel was clean, staff friendly

Spent 11 nights half board . Great outside swimming pool , solarium breakfast, great food , extremely clean great staff . Rooms are basic but functional. My regards to Juan my namesake in the restaurant

There is a heated outdoor pool which was well used during our stay. We are already booked for next year!!!

We love Servigroup hotels and stayed in Nereo twice now as well as the Rialto and we stayed in the Calypso!!! We have stayed in the Don Pancho a couple of times aswell but its definitely better value for money with Servigroup

My only requests would be fresh orange juice at breakfast , with spain having excellent fruit, its a shame as the drink out of the machines is awful, Also maybe in the winter months the indoor pool could open earlier

Amazing stat The hotel was stunning. I loved the pools and it was not over busy either. The staff were spot on and ready to help. I loved the snack bar also. The bed was so big and comfy. Gym was not too bad 👌❤️

We have missed out on the roof pool, always closed when we have stayed, hopefully on our next visit we will be able to use it

I eventually found them next to the porridge. Every other hotel has them where the cooked breakfast bar is. Lastly, some tiles are missing in the indoor pools. Thanks a lovely stay and be back again

Lovely pool. Cooked breakfast was quite cold , hot plates not doing job of keeping food warm , therefore omelettes were the best choice

Great location for the main strip. Neptune bar only 20 yards down the rd. Pleased with the room and service. Just the bacon was very fatty. But all the food is on the strip. You'd definitely not starve or be thirsty lol

The location is perfect, we went all-inclusive and plenty to choose from, the staff are brilliant especially Sandra and Stella behind the bar.

We stayed for a week the hotel is clean and staff were helpful Only downside to this holiday was the beds were so HARD to sleep on they gave all four of us bad backs to come home with

Stayed at this hotel recently and it does exactly what you need for a lively Benidorm break. Great central location close to the beach and nightlife, clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff

Entertainment was great lots getting involved with day time games, such a laugh and night time lots of games and acts to get everyone involved and enjoying themselves

A little out 10min walk to beach but peaceful area. Great atmosphere with good entertainment. Rooms clean and comfortable. Great value. Hotel is always very clean.

It was cleaned daily, the beds were made, and we were given fresh towels each day—even when we didn’t really need them

We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, as my son is a bit of a fussy eater and I thought it would be easier to eat out in the evenings. Breakfast was great, with plenty of variety—there really was something for everyone

The staff throughout the hotel were absolutely outstanding, from dinner plate collectors to waiters to cleaners, bar and reception staff, absolutely amazing and great with children! My 4 year old absolutely loved playing in the games room in the evenings and between the children's water pool and park during the day

I did try the main pool twice—it was very cold at first, but fine once you were in! Pool hours were roughly 11:00–17:00

My sister and I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hotel Mercure Benidorm. The hotel is stylish and comfortable - and all the staff were lovely - without exception; they were friendly, professional and helpful

The design is stylish and modern, and the inner courtyard is absolutely lovely, with beautiful greenery and a cozy garden atmosphere. The room was comfortable and well-designed, everything felt thought through

Decor is modern, rooms are clean and everything worked fine. My partner had a massage and that he would definitely recommend. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach front

The only small funny minus 😅 — they didn’t leave the NUXE shower gel, it feels like they are protecting this cosmetic treasure because it’s always at the very bottom in hotels, haha

Great, secure car park for a small charge. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with fresh hot and cold food being brought out continually and an omelette station serving omelettes of your choice

The pool areas are clean and well maintained. Great Padel court bookable for a small charge and a well equipped gym

We had complimentary spa access, the spa is beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly, in fact every staff member we dealt with throughout the hotel was helpful and friendly

The hotel is located in a quieter area just outside Benidorm but just a short 15 minute walk to the seafront. We stayed in the new building in a studio apartment

Our serviced apartment was clean, luxurious and well equipped, great selection of teas and coffees, modern and quiet

Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled

I arrived on Friday evening for a four-night stay and from the moment I walked through the doors I knew this was going to be a special experience

The property itself is impressive, beautifully maintained, and has a wonderful atmosphere, but what truly elevates this hotel is the team behind it. My room, A401, was absolutely excellent

It was spacious, spotless, extremely comfortable and clearly very well looked after. Everything was exactly as it should be and throughout my stay I genuinely could not find a single thing to fault

Their professionalism and friendly attitude set the tone for the entire stay and made every interaction a pleasure. The bar team also deserve huge recognition for the atmosphere and service they create each evening

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay in Benidorm and couldn’t be happier with the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful — nothing was too much trouble

The hotel had no problems and the staff was outstanding. Small details like suprise complimentary birthday champagne along with much more. The resturants was amazing, very delicious drinks and educated staff

Everything is delicious and the variety exceeds expectations. During the day, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, along with both indoor and outdoor pools

Pretty good hotel room breakfast nice dinner nice only downside is room doesn’t have a kettle or a fridge but still is a pretty good room bathroom spacious balconies spacious overlooks the pool which is nice flatscreen TV about 40 to 45 inches so not too shabby overall it’s pretty good, but I’ve got to give some marks off because it doesn’t have a fridge or kettle

Breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and there were plenty of activities in the lounge, plus a gym and an indoor kids’ playground. The beach is about a 10-minute relaxed walk, although very busy

The Old Town is also about 15 minutes away, so you can easily get everywhere on foot. The staff are incredibly friendly, just like so many people in Spain. And the food… absolutely amazing

It's a 3* hotel so was actually above our expectations. Very attentive staff, excellent breakfast choice and easy walk into the old town. Happy to recommend 👌

The place was nice, but crowded, especially with children. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the place. Everything else was great.

Stayed at hotel start of april, 2 adults 2 kids,family had a nice weeks holiday in hotel. room was a decent size with 4 single beds in room ,bathroom was ok for the family and room also had a balcony

breakfasts had plenty of selection ,cooked ,cereal ,yoghurts,fruit coffee etc Lunchtimes had a few different selections for fussy eaters, Dinners had a good variety of various things ,was only 1 time we didnt fancy anything so we went out Pool ,,pool was very cold but plenty of room for the amount of people in hotel ,only downside was kids werent allowed floaties (rubber rings)🤷in pool Entertainment...

There was one person who works at the hotel called Tery she was so lovely, funny and very kind every time we went to the bar to get more drinks we would always have a laugh and she even offered to make a tery special which was amazing

There was a wide variety of food available, with the menu changing daily, which kept each meal enjoyable and fresh

The hotel didn't use wristbands and we had to use our room key cards to get a drink and we could only get one drink per card so we couldn't get more than one drink

James Taylor When we first got to the hotel we got our room straight away but put us on the 9th floor when we had 2 young children witch was unideal but manageable but then when we got to the pool there was no signage of were the deep end of the pool was so my youngest Nearly drowns and then was told to buy floats for her as we did and then they have a no floats in the pool policy witch is prothetic...

Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides

The food was plentiful, lots of options for us all! We hired towels and cups which was very handy. The icecream, waffles and drinks were great

The kids never got bored of this! Daytime entertainment around the pool was good, but on an evening was very repetitive. The surrounding area was very quiet, with a small beach only a 5min walk away

This brings me to the pool area which was absolutely fantastic… splash area for the little ones, medium slides for kids, jacuzzi, large pool area, and the big flumes for the big kids

Glasses are not permitted around the pool area, so they ask for a 1€ deposit per cup which you get back once they are returned

Rooms a bit claustrophobic for four women 2 double beds, clean but wasn't keen on the design of the room, bathroom was small and had a frosted door which had at least an inch gap all around it, not much privacy! pool was fine, plenty of sun loungers

In the annexe, the rooms either overlook the Calypso pool, or the flash pool. A302 overlooks the Flash pool and for those who enjoy sitting on the balcony, it has plenty of sun

I must give a shout out to Merche & Jose. Their welcoming smile, sense of humour and attentive service was outstanding. In fact every member of staff that we encountered couldn’t have done anymore for us

The breakfast is among the best I’ve experienced with the welcomed bonus of fried bread & black pudding etc. For those who maybe don’t want the full english then there was plenty of continental options

My room was in the Annexe building, I had requested a room overlooking the Morgans Tavern area but the hotel was clearly busy and this could not he honoured. However, the annexe was absolutely fine

In this hotel, as a half-board guest, you can swap your evening meal for lunch purely by just turning up at the restaurant. This was great especially when heading off for afternoon/evening drinks

Luxury rooms serviced everyday. Amazing roof top infinity pool and jacuzzi. lovely guy called Diego behind the bar and staff at breakfast Marilin y Lales were very pleasant. My daughter and i had an brilliant time x

We're currently staying at this stunning hotel, right in the heart of Benidorm. The room is beautiful, it has just about everything you need and all kept spotlessly clean but the cleaning staff

One of the best hotel if not the best in Benidorm. I was just having my best life in this place and the way they treats you from the first day till last day is unbelievable and amazing

Special mention to Mido who works in the sky bar and the Arches lounge, he is fantastic, a real credit to the hotel, nothing is too much for him and it's always service with a smile

Made use of the roof top bar & pool. The shower was great and powerful with an extremely comfy bed with a balcony & coffee pod machine

When myself abd my husband arrived We were made to feel very welcome, a nice touch for my husbands birthday the hotel had a bottle of bubbles awaiting on our arrival with a little bowl of sweets , the room was always cleaned to high standards, the only downside was paper cups for coffee in our room

Stunning hotel, i had beach front room,the views was amazing and listening to waves when i went to sleep was relaxing, staff was lovely, pool was cold but do have a juccuzi, 10 min if that walk to strip,had welcome sweets on arival, room, always spare sun loungers and breakfast was good too

Outstanding room with fabulous views onto that private deck with loungers and heated pool. Full bathroom with a double sink. It's all about the outside space😊. The restaurant is well lit and appointed

I have been a few times this week for a drink at the poolside. Today because it was a little windy they wouldn't serve me outside which I found ridiculous. Not going again

We stayed at the Olympus Hotel for a week to celebrate Christmas and a special big birthday on the 29th December. The rooms were extremely clean with fresh towels every day

It was such a special touch, thank you! The pool area on the roof was nice and we even managed to sit out when the sun was out

We had a lovely surprise when a lady on Reception (sorry didn't get her name) who was celebrating her same special big birthday the next day, arranged for a bottle of fizzy to be sent to our room to celebrate

We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and found the food and drinks offer was good. Staff at the Olympus were all very professional and friendly. There was entertainment in the evenings which was lively

There is a kettle but no teabags to make tea! The bed was comfortable. The cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing. Everything was just luke warm. Plenty of choice with pastries which were nice

There were really limited options and the pasta was cold and sloppy (as this was one of the only options for me to eat this was really disappointing)

The reception staff were always pleasant from the moment we checked in to checking out. The rooms were spacious (we stayed Superior) and spotlessly clean with a big bathroom and balcony

My sister in law came to have a look as she was staying local in a different hotel and we are booked for her 60th next year at Don Pancho and she couldn’t believe how wonderful it is

Pool was very busy every day so didn’t use it but sat there in the afternoon and had a couple of cocktails which were fabulous and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend

First time staying at Don Pancho and it won’t be the last, lovely welcome from the lady on the reception desk very knowledgeable, all the rooms face the sea we stayed on the 14 th floor and booked a superior room which was great

Wonderful hotel, nothing at all to criticise. Great rooms, all with sea view, helpful staff, excellent food. The Christmas decorations were stunning. Buses very close. Short walk to promenade. We will be back.
