Aqua Hotel Nostre Mar Apartments in Pineda de Mar

Just back after a weeklong visit. This is an excellent value apartment offering. Had a one bedroom apartment on the second floor overlooking the street outside. The apartments do not front onto the seaside promenade but are on the street immediately behind - the beach is just a couple of minutes walk across the promenade and railway line - several subway crossings and a level crossing by the station itself. Can’t fault cleaning/maintenance etc of apartment or the complex itself. No pool on site but you can access the pool etc. at the sister hotel on the promenade - reception will give you a pass card but we weren’t ask to produce it. There’s a small bar on site and you can also but large bottles of water - save you lugging them from elsewhere. Reception is 24 hour. Area is quiet - Pineda de Mer is a quieter place anyway so enjoy. WiFi is available for free - ask for access codes - generally ok but can be a little slow - possibly because everyone is booting up at the same time. Easy 5 minute walk will bring you to lots of places to eat/drink but do check opening times. We arrived on a Monday and found a few places closed and many places will close for the afternoon. Lovely spot “Vora Mar c100m from the entrance for a beer/cocktail/ice cream.

This property was walking distance from the train stop & right passed a cute little town plaza with a couple of dining, coffee and shopping spots where locals and people seem to gather. There’s a huge farmer’s market near the train stop on Fridays. Lots of stuff for sale, not just food!
As for the property itself, we stayed on the 1st floor suite 105. It is located right outside the elevator. Super convenient when traveling with a lot of luggage. The apartment is cozy, but big enough equipped with two stove burners, a compact fridge & microwave, plenty of dishes for those who like to cook their own meals. I love their balcony where you have view to the action on the plaza, and you can access it from living room or bedroom! It has an area where you can hang clothes for drying, is big enough to store a couple of bikes, and it comes with a patio table & a couple of chairs if you just want to hang out & people watch.
The staff was always friendly and available, and there’s a small cafe on the main floor. I didn’t try anything there, but I noticed it. Also, there’s a small grocery store a few blocks away, maybe two? Along with lots of local shops and a delicious bakery (across the local town plaza).
On the other side of the train tracks is the beach with another little restaurant-shack where they serve coffee & drinks, and food after 11am.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent deal. We will definitely return!

It was close to the beach. I loved it!

Stayed here for 2 weeks for a family vacation, rooms were fine and were cleaned often. Kitchen did not have a toaster or coffee machine... parking is possible most of time in the street were the appartements are located, during our stay in september. Very friendly staff

Nice Event Bar , Entertainment , low Price Drinks

This is one of the best family apartment hotel where I ever been. Close to the beach and the city center. I hardly recommend to everyone.

Full equipped appartment. It is placed near to the beach in a quiet zone in Pineda de Mar. Our room was big and with a lot of natural light, also has a big terrace. It has swimming pool but it is shared with another hotel in the same street.

Very good. Stayed here 12 years ago and decided to come back. It's away from all the hustle and bustle of the bigger hotels,. Staff are great. Would recommend. You also get to use the facilities of the aqua hotel opposite and the staff at both hotels are great. Carlos looked after us very well and could not do enough for us during our stay. Free WiFi was available but it was a tad slow. The aqua hotel WiFi was faster and also free.
