Dwo Sirius - Adults Only in Santa Susanna

Myself and my friend have just finished our holiday there and im booking again for next year. First of all the hotel is spotless and rooms are a decent size and again cleaned every day. The staff from reception to bar staff to the dining staff all amazing and friendly and welcoming big shout out for Sylvia she is amazing. 2 bars the pool bar and the evening bar only let down by the drinks menu for all inclusive there needs to be more variety. Again staff were all fantastic on the bars. For me though the evening entertainment needs looking at. The pool decent size but again only thing with that was it was freezing heating it up wouldn't hurt . We also got chance to use the spa now compared to the rest of the hotel this could do with a freshen up and the gym. Food was good just felt there could be a bit more variety again always seemed to be fish or pork but was still amazing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back.

The hotel was not bad, but it needs renovation. The greatest thing was breakfast, it was really good. Swimming pool area is also very nice, but it’s always very crowded with people and it’s hard to get a sun bed, people put towels on them and leave even though it’s not permitted.

Just back from a lovely 5 days at DWO Sirius. I went away for a girly holiday with my mum and we absolutely loved it. There was a wide range of food and drinks available on the Club Select package, in my opinion there was as something for every taste. Our room was absolutely beautiful and the whole hotel was really well maintained and clean. We mostly spent out time at the pool, although other reviews have complained that it’s hard to get a bed we didn’t struggle. The bar staff were also very friendly, as were staff on Reception. We also made use of the spa which was also a lovely experience. I will definitely be back next year!

Just spent 4 nights here only complaint we didn't stay longer the nicest food and Hottest we have had in spain and have stayed in a lot of them lovely calm dining experience, no pushing and shoving to get food, room was clean and comfortable only negative was dodgy shower head everywhere was clean and smelt flesh always got a sunbed by 9.30 after that people did struggle maybe cld fit another 10 sun beds there,but pool area and pool bar was lovely like I said before we have stayed in 6 hotels now in santasusanna and this has been our favourite we will definitely be returning thanks staff at sirius

Not perfect but bottom line is we'd go back. In summary a good hotel. friendly staff, spotlessly clean, well located and food offering ok. We went DB&B which was good value. Please read on if interested in more detail of our experience. Staff friendly enough although I'm not a fan of "use this QR Code to learn about the hotel" and we did come to feel a little like 2nd class citizens as we weren't Club Select. No big deal really as not what we expected and not detrimental to holiday. We booked very late and had done minimal research on area or hotel. Pleasantly surprised by both. The hotel is adult only and offers b&b, db&b or AI. We started at b&b but the db&b option at £7.50 / person per day extra seemed too good to refuse so went with that. On arrival we asked about trading up to AI (not offered by TUI) but were quoted €116 a day. Whilst this included lunch, drinks and free beach sunbeds / umbrellas and use of the Illusions beach bar (opposite Thahiti) we declined their 'kind' offer! NB: Most 'European' guests were AI (Club Select). The rooms are fine and really only lack one thing. Adequate storage. The furniture is very basic and there are no drawers. There is limited hanging space and a couple of shelves so living out of your suitcase is likely. Wardrobes in adjacent rooms are sort of back to back and noise transmission on opening / closing the sliding doors can be a little irritating. TV noise is also transmitted through wall. There are other noise issues that I'll cover later. Rooms include Air Con, TV with a few International channels, a fridge and a coffee machine. Twin beds pushed together to make a double if requested. Sheets ok but undersized (fitted sheet too small for bed so kept 'falling off'). Beds and pillows not to my liking, but recognise each to their own and adequate for a week. Bathroom fine with hairdryer,  magnifying mirror, shower (good pressure), bath, wc, bidet, etc. Towels good quality and changed daily when left in Bath. Branded (Dove) toiletries. We weren't offered the option of a safe but there was one in the room - without a lock fitted. I assume you can get one if wanted?? WiFi generally good across hotel. Occasional issues with signal / bandwidth when on balcony. No USB ports in room so take an adapter and if British a converter as well. Balcony large enough to sit on with reasonable quality table and chairs. Views are very dependant on which side you are and how high. Pool area very nice with cabanas and good sunbeds with umbrellas but a tad small for the size of hotel. Space for around 60 people I guess. Pool opens at 09.00 and there was always a queue to get in and nab the best beds. That said most people didn't bed block, although there are always a few! Shame that the hotel doesn't step in to address those that do. More of an issue (for me) is no action taken when glasses or bottles are taken into the pool / pool area. That's a no no for me, seen serious issues resulting from this in the past

Well what can I say apart from outstanding! This resort was clean, staff were so friendly, the location was amazing & this has definitely given me the holiday buzz! Since returning I have never felt so sad! I loved every part of this holiday & even the way staff managed a little sun bed issue just made me have full trust in the team & hotel. Will 100% be returning & hopefully very soon! Thank you for a lovely stay ＜3

Lovely staff and great food and drink. The staff were incredible and could have not have done more to make our stay any better. We want to come back again and are considering it for next year. The local area is also lovely and lively we came here 18months ago and it’s as beautiful as ever.

Just arrived back from a week on the club select package and had a lovely time. The rooms were perfect, very spacious. Coffee machine and complimentary minibar were a massive plus!

Had no trouble getting a spot round the pool at the bar or the sun beds.

Having a pass for the spa and access to the beach club with sun beds was also an amazing plus!

Two gentleman running the beach club were absolutely lovely, only downside was the main barman on the pool bar most days wasn’t the friendliest. However all the other staff were absolutely lovely and this staff member was working really hard on his own a lot of the time, so can’t fault his work ethic one bit.

Our bus home was also before breakfast on our final day, so the staff kindly packed us each a picnic lunch with a sandwich and some fruit and bottle of water. We thought this was such a nice gesture.

Would definitely come back in a heartbeat! Have already priced up our next trip!😊🏖️
