Riviera Hotel in Santa Susanna

Positive:
The hotel is just across the road from a nice beach.
The room was in a good condition with recent renovation.
The staff at the reception was friendly.
There are daily activities for those who are interested to join and mini club for kids
The food in the restaurant is good.
Negative:
The hotel is not a 4 star but more of a 3. The rooms are extremely small (we had half a meter space around the bed and that is it: room for 2 adults and a child)
Hotel next door has an outdoor disco until midnight and if you travel with a child and got a room facing , even with a closed window it feels that you are outside. Or if you are a person who would like to sleep before midnight in general.
On the other side it is facing another hotel very close: no noise, but no view or any chance to enjoy the terrace.
The restaurant of the hotel is on the underground floor without real windows and you just want to eat fast and go, despite the food being good. And the most staff is not very welcoming being over stressed probably as the hotel was full during our stay and there was a long line to enter for dinner after 20.00.
The hotel has a very limited area with the available space just for a swimming pool.

In general, the hotel is not bad, good location, and comfortable rooms. But unfortunately, the staff working at night spoiled the impression, we wanted to play billiards in the hall, later than 00:00, we did not notice what was written on the ad. Our fault. But how the night shift worker reacted shocked me. He shouted at us, with a question: "What are you doing, look at what is written here - until 00:00!!!", and he did it too aggressively, which shocked me, I felt like I was not a hotel guest, but some ordinary person who illegally entered the hotel. Unfortunately, at that moment I had a very bad impression of this institution. But thanks to all other advantages, including - delicious dinners, I leave three stars. Unfortunately, one person can cancel two stars. It is necessary to control the behavior of the staff.

Also wanted to mention the wonderful Bartender named Sati, she is very friendly and funny, it was a pleasure to talk to her!

The rooms are very small. You barely have enough space for your luggages. Also, there are two small elevators; during busy times you have to wait a lot. The breakfast buffet is good, but not much the lunch. Also, you have to pay for drinks separately if you don't get your lunch buffet through all inclusive

For the second day in a row we live without bath towels in the room. At the reception we were said 6 times that they would bring them in five minutes. But still haven’t done it.
After the cleaning there was a dirty toilet and sink. Like the cleaning wasn’t finished.
For the positive, I can say that the food in the restaurant and the rooms are nice. But those drawbacks are very annoying.
Because the first day we met a very friendly receptionist, he explained us all the details very politely and positively. But now it seems like they don’t care what I say.
