A decent option in its category. Spacious and cozy rooms. The territory is small, compact. To get to the beach you have to walk through the underpass. Situated near the train station. The hotel additionally offers accommodation Half Board and Full Board Silver Silver drinks included (wines of national production, beer, soft drinks and water) for lunch and/or dinner. Also operates a system of All Inclusive Gold, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks expensive brands. Can recommend for families.

This hotel in my opinion is not a four star. Food always cold and very repetitive. Rooms basic and need updating. Some staff are rude entertainment virtually none existent. Reported issues not resolved. We would not return and certainly would not recommend.

The hotel was just ok that’s all I can say. It was definitely NOT 4 star ⭐ it does feel a little dated. One of the reasons we booked it as it said adults only but it was clearly not as kids where there, Nothing like a screaming child in the background when eating your meal. We opted for the all-inclusive package and honestly, the food was ok and you could find something to eat. The room was basic, which is what we expected for the price we paid, but we did encounter some issues. No kettle in our room even though we brought our own tea bags we definitely missed having a cup of tea on our balcony. On the final day, we were left without any towels, which forced us to improvise with beach towels and T-shirts on the floor Definitely not the safest situation! Now let's talk about the staff. At the front desk they were polite and welcoming on our arrival. The bar staff, were rude they could definitely use some customer service training. They didn’t seem to understand that a smile goes a long way. It made getting a drink feel uncomfortable, and we ended up opting to go out more than we would have liked. In summary, we enjoyed our trip, because we went out every day on walks and trips to Barcelona, and we went out most nights, it was a good job we brought money us. I hope the hotel considers improving their staff's customer service or getting a new team in It's such an easy fix! We will definitely not be returning to this hotel again.

Definitely not a 4*, more like a 2, will never return here, very outdated and old, rude staff, food just average, cannot access anything to drink before 10am, apart from at breakfast, nothing offered when leaving on an early flight, (6am) cannot even make your own as no kettles, Entertainment rubbish, says adult only hotel but during our visit had 2 school trips staying so teens running around, Not enjoyed one bit and couldn’t wait to get home, massive disappointment!

Clean hotel.rooms a bit dated. Sunbeds around pool are very worn and uncomfortable, badly need replacement. Poor selection of drinks for AI guests.

I stayed in this hotel for one week in early October 2025. The hotel appears to have two buildings, an old and a new one which was built in front of the old one. If you stay in the “cheaper” rooms, you’ll have to deal with a balcony view on a concrete wall. This will be the case in all rooms ending with -01 and -03, e.g. 301. I requested another room, which I got after staying one night in the concrete wall. The rooms in general are okay. They’re not modern but there’s a general cleanliness which is alright. However, the rooms are incredibly thin-walled, which means you hear every cough or sneeze from your neighbors. I booked full-board, the prices for drinks are quite low, e.g. non-alcoholic beer - 2.70€, cortado 1.70€. The hotel offers to upgrade to a higher level upon arrival. The restaurant is okay. They offer everything you need and everyone should find something. However, the special dishes are prepared on small plates instead of large containers, which means the food gets cold quite fast. In general most foods very not the hottest ones aside of the paella or rice dishes, which were offered for lunch as well as dinner. A big con for me personally was, that you didn’t have the chance to enjoy your meal outside. The hotel offers seating spaces, but they’re only part of the bar and not the restaurant. In general, the area around the hotel offers several restaurants and bars, however Pineda de Mar appears to not be the most touristic place, even though there are lots of hotels. Train station is ~5min walk, Touristic Train station is directly in front of the hotel and the beach is accessible via a short walk through a tunnel ~2min. To conclude, I would not stay in this hotel again. Fair to say, the staff, especially Samba and Juan from the Restaurant and Bar, as well as Raquel from the Reception were friendly all the time.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. The food was delicious and varied every day, the staff was always attentive, friendly, and ready to help, and overall my experience exceeded expectations. I highly recommend booking at least 4 to 5 days to truly enjoy everything the hotel has to offer, and choosing the all-inclusive package is definitely worth it. I would gladly return without hesitation.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The photos advertised are not an accurate representation of the hotel and with no fault of the hotel didn’t we particularly enjoy the area either.

All inclusive stops at 11pm meaning all drinks ordered after that you have to pay for and some drinks aren’t even included in the all inclusive regardless of the time.

The pool area is very shallow so you aren’t even really able to swim and there aren’t enough sun-beds for everyone. They advertise the hotel as a ‘adult recommended’ but there were just as many kids as there were adults, meaning the pool was near impossible to go into as they had kids splashing about in it, with it only being a tiny pool.

Most of the staff, weren’t helpful at all and sometimes it was near impossible to communicate as they didn’t understand much English. You are made to feel extremely unwelcome and as though you are annoying them by just being there. Not too sure why they would choose to work in a hotel if that’s how they feel. On check out day when we didn’t have a room to stay in until pick up at 6pm, we relaxed on the sofa and a member of bar staff, an older guy, kept coming over and telling us off and telling us to sit up and trying to push the chairs in around us.

Our particular room wasn’t cleaned by the cleaners the entire time and for 2 of the days, the towels weren’t even changed. The day of check out (which is 10am) we had a knock on the door at 9:20 am from the cleaners gesturing with their hands for us to hurry up as they wanted to clean the room. From 12pm on check out day , ‘all inclusive’ stops and everything becomes chargeable.

Overall, it was probably the worse hotel I have ever stayed in and by the end of the 4 days I couldn’t wait to leave and go home. I’d suggest saving your money and finding a hotel elsewhere.

Perfect trip for my fiancées birthday. We checked in gone midnight and they took pasta salads, bread rolls, fruit and bottled water to the room without us asking which was much appreciated. Staff brought sweets and a voucher for Prosecco to our room for my partner on his birthday too.

The location is right by the beach and lots of food, bars and activities close by. Staff were friendly and bar staff make conversation. Most staff spoke good English.

We enjoyed the food, there was different variations of things each day. There was a lot of seafood options which I don’t personally eat myself however it is local cuisine so to be expected, and I ate plenty of everything else.

4★ Hotel (in reality, far below expectations)

We chose this hotel based on its promising presentation, but unfortunately, the reality was deeply disappointing.

First of all, the so-called “infinity pool” is actually a tiny pool that has nothing in common with the description on the website. It’s extremely small and lacks the visual appeal or relaxation experience that an infinity pool should offer.

Most of the staff—over 80%—were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Their sour attitude made our stay even more uncomfortable.

The room we booked was supposed to be a quadruple, but in reality, it was a double room cramped with four beds. There was barely any space left to move around, and comfort was out of the question.

The most serious issue, however, was the food—one of the meals served had visible mold, which is simply unacceptable for any hospitality establishment, let alone a four-star hotel.

As for the terrace, it was advertised as having 24/7 access, but in practice, it followed an unclear schedule that was not respected. We were turned away several times, even during hours it was supposed to be open.

In conclusion, our experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant vacation. The only “luxury” we experienced was the price—completely unjustified for the conditions offered.

Where should I start....maybe by "Do not book your holiday here". A 4 star Superior, more like a 3 at a push. The hotel definetely does not feel like a 4 star. The Elevators are noisy and shaky, when available, also trying to fit 4 people in one of those is a struggle. The room was nice but that is all, not what you expect from a 4 star. We paid extra for the front sea view with a balcony, do not make that mistake and save your money, because in the moment you seat down in the balcony you will not be able to enjoy the view, you will find your view blocked by the frosted glass, you have to stand up if you want to enjoy the train tracks view from your balcony. We had breakfast, however, you will be better with a coffee and toast from one of the bars around the corner. You get cordial juice from the machines, if you want proper juice that would be an extra 2.50 euros, if you want waffles that would be an extra 2.50 euros, if you want machine coffee that would also be2.50 euros extra, and so on... Also I don't think the cook has seen a real sausage in his/her life, breakfast sausage, the ones they serve for breakfast are party or cocktail sausage. Never greated with a smile by the restaurant Maitre, she had a face on all the time, shouting at people and staff, a little like Matilda's teacher. Crack a smile! it wont hurt. Our room was just below the hotel signs, too bright at night and during the day you could see the horrible state of the corroded metal, with the hotel wall on each side needed a bit of paint or just a good clean. Warning to people going to enjoy the beach: buy some rubber shoes! there are so many stones, the front is so deep that you would not be able to stand. After 11 at night everything is closed in Pineda, hardly anything to do.
