Great location near train station. Few mins walk to village centre and variety of restaurants and shops. Amazing beach view, hotel provides towel to bring to the beach or pool. Clean room and nice staff. Breakfast amazing.

My partner and I booked the hotels most basic room and on arrival were greeted by an incredibly helpful and equally nice lady. We were told that we had been upgraded for free to a sea view room, which was of course very welcomed by us. The room was clean and modern with the necessary amenities and a nice balcony overlooking the beach.
The best part of the hotel is definitely the staff. The service both before we had even arrived (as we had emailed a lot!), and during our stay was superb. Almost every day we’d have something else to ask the staff and each time they’d be equally helpful. From giving us a voucher for kayaking, to recommendations on places to go and things to do, and even helping us book our bus return to the airport (Thanks Ari!). These are possibly the friendliest and most helpful people they could have.
The spa located in the basement was also one of the highlights of our stay, with a range of amenities like various pools, hot tubs, saunas etc. These were overshadowed by our treatment at the spa by two very talented massage therapists (Marianna and Eva). We felt very comfortable the whole time and the service was amazing.

We stayed here for 2 nights, but were mostly disappointed. I wouldn’t call this a 4-star hotel as it lacks many features.
First of all, different employees come up with their own rules and policies. The only person at the reception who cares about providing a great customer experience is Ari. She treats everyone with respect and listens to their requests and complaints patiently and resolves the problems. Other than her, others don’t care at all.
The rooms are very basic; they don’t even have body lotion; for a hotel that has a pool and is very close to the beach, having a body lotion is a must.
Our room was sea view which we liked, but didn’t even gave a kettle or coffee machine, which we asked for and were provided with a kettle.
The swimming pool is clean, but is only open 8am-8pm, which is inconvenient. Even the gym is open only 8am-8pm; so, you couldn’t even workout earlier or later than that.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The room we had was exceptionally clean and the housekeepers refreshed our room every morning. Our balcony had the most beautiful view looking out into the ocean/sea. The beds were super comfy and the design of the rooms was beautiful! We had breakfast included and there was a large selection to choose from and it was delicious. The pool was always clean and it was always relaxing to be around the pool aswell. Although we didn't visit the gym or indoor spa we have no doubt it was also exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very well located, being near beach, train station, street with shops. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms kept very clean. Comfy beds. Pool was lovely. Pool in shade in morning, so water a bit chilly, but warmed up quite a bit when in the sun in afternoon. Poolside drinks service a bonus. Food is superb. Food choices are vast both morning and evening and different options each day and all was very tasty. Nice wines and cocktails too. Dofi Jet Boat also stops nearby and takes you to Tossa de Mar. Never got to try out the spa facilities though, but they looked nice. Really enjoyed our stay and felt is was good value when compared to the quality of the service, facilities and food. Thank you to all at Aqua Hotel Promenade & Spa.

From arriving to end of holiday all staff were great. Lots of variety of food to choose from. Very clean hotel. Our room was fairly basic but with a great sea view. Staff work very hard to ensure you have what you need. Used the spa facilities and had a couple of treatments. Marrianna was fantastic. She did a great wrap and facial and would definitely recommend all try. Hotel in a great location, in the middle of everything. Shops, restaurants, and transport links are so close by. Would definitely recommend it. Thank you, Aqua for a lovely week.

Beautiful hotel. Location is great with access to shops and the rail, which will get you to many places without much incident. Right off of the beach and the workshops and activities were great. Adela and Xenia are great. The hospitality employees are very helpful and great as well. I will definitely stay again

Great location if your looking for a nice hotel outside Barcelona on the beach with a pool, spa and dining options. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Transportation via train is hit and miss and Uber and Taxis are expensive to airport and Barcelona Euro100-125
