1935 Hotel Boutique & Apartments - Adults Only in Roses

1935 Hotel / Apartments are absolutely stunning, clean, modern and very spacious! The terrace, pool and Sauna just made the experience so wonderful. The staff (Aina, Inna, Brais, Saida, Neus, Remi, Veronica, and Nataly) were all down-to-earth, kind, always smiling, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The food was also very delicious and fresh. The heated swimming pool, tearrace, and Sauna are lovely and enclosed by gorgeous plants! I will DEFINITELY recommend 1935 Hotel & Apartments to all my friends and family! Also, the beach and restraunts/shops are all withing an easy walk from the hotel: the beach is roughly a 3 minute walk and the shops and restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk. My partner had chosen this to avoid the large hotel experience and we were not disappointed. From being offered a glass of cava on arrival to seeing our room for the next 6 nights it was a great start. Our room which was a standard room was spacious and with a large balcony ideal to watch the world go buy. The location is close to the beach and a multitude of restaurants, shops and bars. The breakfasts were imaginative, wonderfully cooked and presented with so much choice. There were eggs cooked a number of ways , cold meats, cereals , amazing bread and cake baked by Sadia (Captain of the breakfast ship) freshly squeezed orange yummy coffees, pastries , cereal and cheese . All so good but without doubt it was the staff that made it . What a team . Carma helping us with bookings and having a chat with ( her English so good) Sadia offering support and sympathy when my partner had a bad reaction to insect bites . Offering practical solutions. I felt we were staying with family. The housekeeper was brilliant too . Thankyou. I felt sorry to leave .

We booked a room (10) in this hotel for our last night and what a hidden gem this place is ! The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! It’s a couple of roads back from the sea front promenade but walking distance to the main areas of Roses. We found a group of restaurants a few roads away along with a well stocked supermarket. The room was extremely comfortable, the bed was super soft and the walk in shower was finished off to perfection by toiletries by Ritual. We took breakfast in the garden, drinks of choice were served at your table and the chef cooked eggs freshly cooked. I would totally recommend this small boutique hotel.

Home, room everything is really perfect for a great stay. The cleanliness of the place is really incredible, the breakfast served by Saida is delicious. If you go to Rosas don't hesitate it's really great.

Also g location. Close to beach. Not at to stroll and enjoy a sundowner and excellent food. Beautifully clean, excellent staff. Breakfast amazing. The room and facilities at the boutique hotel best I have experienced

Short stay as a couple from 14/05 to 16/05 at the 1935 bu terraza boutique hotel. Very welcoming arrival, friendly, smiling, professional staff. Small hotel with 10 rooms, very clean, very functional, very bright. Hearty and delicious breakfast. Room number 10 very clean, very beautiful, bright, well appointed with a superb terrace. Beach at 200m. We will come back with pleasure and recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Roses. Thanks again to the whole team.
