Good quality hotel with good infrastructure. Decent rooms and good service. Recommended for youth and families with children. Has a communal area with hotel Luna Club.

Location: 80 km from Barcelona airport, 35 km from Girona airport, 800 m from the center of Barcelona.

Included in the group of hotels in BONDIA HOTELS.

Consists of one 7-storey building.

The hotel has 147 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach in 400 m from hotel (2nd coastline, Platja de Malgrat). Between the hotel and the beach is a road and the promenade railway. On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge (mattresses fee). Pool towels: free. The beach is 4.5 km away.

We always book the room superior in the top of the hotel. The room was always cleaned up every day. The personal is very kind and want to do everything to make you comfortable. The food was good and from good quality. We enjoyed our staying very much!!!!

Nice hotel staff at bar very nice food was ok rooms very bad in terms of balcony door would not lock on first night but was fixed next day was ok rooms was not like on photos beds where very uncomfortable holes in the wall very outdated no fridge which was not great however air conditioning very good was music at night a dj on to nights pool area was nice

Stayed in the 4 star part which I don’t believe is any different from the 3 star area as both share facilities Arrived at 2 am after being dropped off by transport provider 10 minutes walk away from hotel area around the hotel is a little run down and we did not feel safe at this time or at other times at night. Empty fridge in room when we went back to reception to ask for water we were told to go down the road and get some from a vending machine we refused and were grudgingly given 2 small bottles of water This was not 4 star provision Certain staff quite rude got told off for not bringing key card down for breakfast on first morning Breakfast rushed and evening meal served in canteen type environment in the basement which is a shame as hotel does have some nice seating areas on the ground floor Not allowed to bring coffee or drink up to the room Free yoga activities with good teacher but area cramped and small Massage good for 90 euros Spa not worth the extra 20 euros pp/pd extra Don’t rent bikes at 25 euros p/d and 50 euro deposit you can rent down the road for nearly half the price Swimming pools very nice Overall a mixed experience with some staff very nice but others rude and unhelpful Room cleaned well on a daily basis However definitely not a 4 star experience

The hotel faculties are old and especially the room, the floor, the doors and even the beds (extra ones)
The biggest problem is the air conditioning and the balcony door is broken (got fixed later after we reporting)
Overall comment is not comfortable

Definitiven no 4 Stars. The AC blows straight to your Face and I got Sick. The Bath and the room arent really clean. The Overall Quality of the hotel is pretty Medium.
Signs on the door were ignored or overseen, they came in anyways

The accommodation is shown on booking websites as a renewed hotel, but that was not the case. Rooms were very small and old, the quality and the entourage of the hotel rooms were bad. No fridge, cleanliness was poor, floors were dirty and yellow of mold and the beds were not good quality and too small (I am 1.78). The hotel staff in the bar and some girls from the reception were very nice and helpful, they made our stay a lot better!

Great hotel and staff 10days into our 14 day stay ,relaxed and clean .Great welcome from reception team on arrival .Brilliant friendly bar team too many names to mention but outstanding are Paul ,Alex and Hamza .Real credit to room attendants who come in daily .Superb will recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel: the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the pool was amazing. Besides that, the food was excellent. Only one remark: the walls are very thin, so it was very noisy in the hallways every night, and you could hear people's footsteps upstairs loudly. Lastly, the cleaning staff did a great job at cleaning. However, they made a lot of noise doing so. We woke up because they were moving things in nearby rooms but they were not paying attention to doing this in a quiet manner. It woke us up almost daily. Finally, the overall experience was amazing, the only thing less pleasant was the noise at the room. I would recommend this hotel.

I have rated this hotel a 3* as from my love holiday booking and the photos I thought the room I had booked was spacious, tea/coffee facilities, and some other extras. This was not the case. I had actually booked to stay in the Luna Park side of hotel not the Luna Club. I'm not sure what the price difference would have been but there are two sides to this resort, the left Luna park and right luma club. Everyone uses all the same facilities around resort so literally the room is the only difference. We stayed 3 nights in the Luna park side, room was ok a bit tired but fine for what we needed. Breakfast is good, evening meal hit and miss, but lots of places to eat out at end of road. We eat at Maui and had ice cream from kings, both delicious! Very clean, quiet hotel even though it's a family hotel. Staff are friendly, not much English spoken. Lovely few days of quiet and recharge, would come again but only book bed and breakfast as so many places to eat outside hotel.

The good points - nice hotel. Clean and well presented. Rooms clean beds and pillows comfy. Lovely fluffy white towels. Pool and area clean and well stocked with sun beds. Water freezing!! Short walk to cafes/restaurants and bars. Lovely beach with water sports. The bad ‘ish’ points. Restaurant clean and staff lovely. Food somewhat boring. However nicely presented. I’d sway to 3* rather than 4* not a lot of variety of fruit. Only ever saw melon, pineapple, orange, grapefruit. Desert counter disappointingly minimal. However the cooking stations were nice especially the sausages and burgers. Was difficult to work out what some of the foods were as the tickets did not have English and some foods had no tickets!!! There is NO eating alfresco. Very disappointing… It would have been nice to eat breakfast outside. The restaurant is in the lower part of the hotel so quite stuffy.. there is a bar and bar area which is nice. Also a bar outside by the pool. However no snacks are provided. Apart from crisps. Would have been nice to have been able to buy a toasted sandwich at least. Especially for b&b or half board residents. I saw entertainment one evening. 2 elderly gentlemen playing and signing 60’s songs to a handful of guests..not great!! No pool Entertainment offered! They offer yoga and meditation but nowhere is there an itinerary so had no idea when or where these are taking place so unfortunately did not get to participate. If you want quiet and boring this is your hotel. If you want more of a fun vibe go elsewhere!
