This is the hotel with the best service I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, every staff member made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism made my time in Madrid even more special.

The location of the hotel is OK, but the room is very average, not very big, more than 9,000 a night, not even including breakfast, not worth it. Next time I come to Madrid, I will choose the JW Marriott opposite, just across the street.

It's within a 10-minute walk from many of San Sebastian's most fun bars! It's also a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal to the airport! The rooms were clean, and I'd definitely stay here again if I visit San Sebastian again.

Stayed for 1 week in September. The hotel is located at the side of a busy road which isn’t really an issue as all the rooms are located at the rear. The area in general wouldn’t be the cleanest and seems like it’s a place that tried to be a bit of a resort in the early 00s but failed. Beware of the 5* claim. It is definitely not. 3.5* at best. The hotel itself is a old-fashioned gem. We stayed in junior suite facing the front of the Hotel. Very quiet, airconditioning was a bit off and the air in the room kind of dusty. One of the best parts were the 3 swimming pools. And the breakfast, one the best ever!

The hotel room is spacious and warm, the bedding is comfortable, the faucet in the bathroom has plenty of water, and the bathroom is large with four faucets, which can accommodate two people to take a bath at the same time! Pretty good! It's conveniently located and the accommodation itself is quite nice. The room size was also perfect for our needs. Overall, a very good stay! 👌👌

Great location for all things Barcelona. Rooms are good sized, clean and neat. Service is top level. Start your day with a great breakfast at the hotel, and grab a nightcap at the rooftop bar/restaurant.

Our stayed was outstanding! The rooms were beautiful, with blackout curtains and a shower that you wanted to stay under for an hour. Service was incredible and the drinks were fantastic! SPECIAL MENTION TO RUBEN! when we checked out of the hotel there was a race going on and many streets were blocked, Ruben called us a taxi and he was kind enough to walk with us several blocks to meet the driver. Incredible...

We decided a last minute trip to Barcelona for my birthday. We after a couple hours of searching around, we found Hotel Claris to be the best in the area, a lot of places are close by and a very safe area. We checked in on my birthday and the process was easy and fast. They even had a gift for me, they made me feel special for my trip. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel lives up to the promise it makes in its advertising. But what sets it even higher are the staff. We spent one night here, and it like the equivalent of a week’s rest. It’s worth the money if you can do it. Highly recommended.
