This hotel was even better than we expected. Everywhere is beautifully clean and well presented. We were treated so well from arrival to departure. We’ve had an incredible week stay. The facilities are great with lots of things to do. The big pool and gym were particular hits. Nice break with good service Clean and comfortable. The Royal Level separate areas were really nice and had great service with a really good choice of drinks on all inclusive. We completed the online check-in and even uploaded photos of our passports, yet upon arrival we still had to hand over our passports so they could take another copy. That felt unnecessary and inconsistent. Our swim-up room was beautiful, spacious and fully equipped. No complaints about the room itself. However, the housekeeping really let the hotel down. The highlight of my stay at the hotel was having night drinks at the hotel bar, where I was served by Carlos. I tremendously enjoyed our conversations and the drinks he prepared. When I asked about the origin of some of the gin, he immediately brought out a beautiful book on the subject, showed it to me, and answered my questions as I flipped through it. This hotel is very nice. It has a big swimming pool which is indoors and outdoors ,and since we were travelling with kids it was a favourite for them. The buffet is worth it because of the great food and chef making food like eggs right in front of you. It is really humongous and their service is really kind even when we tried to speak our broken Spanish to them. One thing that I want them to improve...

Great comfy rooms with large king bed. Plus one for amenities generally. Minus point for shower button which was broken and service staff which we found to be not too hospitable when we inquired about why the rooms were 19 degrees C and were freezing. Little far from centre but there’s a nearby bus stop for convenience.

We had an all inclusive week in January to dodge the miserable uk winter. It was a wonderful break in glorious sunshine made even better by this fabulous hotel. My stay at the Miele was good overall. The room was comfortable and offered convenient access to the Level pool. Breakfast was consistently high quality. We have just returned home from a 4 night All inclusive stay at Melia Jardines Del Teide. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until we departed. The room floor was filthy. We had it reclined while we were out and though the stickiness had gone, one hour with white socks and they were black on the bottom. The nighttime bar music on an outside terrace was crap and destroyed the peaceful atmosphere. The food at the the buffet and the bar was very mediocre. We had the worst Quiche Lorraine ever. Expected more to honest. Limited eating options around the main pool. Towels in the bedroom not changed for 3 days, we had to ask for this at reception. Feel the hotel should be more communicative about rooms that over look a car park.. it’s not the most expensive hotel in Costa Adeje so I probably have to reconsider this. have to also consider this.
