nice location and clear hotel! recommended
Excellent hotel, stayed there for business purposes and it was worth the extra price. Very spacious rooms, super comfortable bed and a chill bar in the ground floor. I wish I had had more time to go to the swimming pool.
I stayed at this hotel for three weeks. These situations best describe the hotel: Every other day, 50 guests from Asia would arrive for breakfast, eating in a very impolite manner. You really don’t want to experience that! A part of my shaver fell under the marble panel in the shower! When I lifted the panel, there was a whole new colony of life underneath (mold)! The spring mattress was awful! I was...
For me not a 5 star hotel, but a good 4. The gym and spa are outdated. The rooms are nice and the parking very good. The reception did some mistakes with our reservation, that was really a mess. Overall it's nice and a good location
Check-in is still acceptable, but the service needs to be improved. The sanitation is also good. The environment is also very good and it is convenient to go anywhere. Next time guests have needs, they can make another reservation.
It is a very good hotel. My experience has been good. Zaragoza is a good place to visit. This hotel is a nice one.

1st class hotel all staff were very polite and helpful very impressed with the rooms we stayed on the top floor which was very clean rooms were cleaned on a daily basis with clean towels on each day of our stay. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh fabulous selection from cooked to continental, omelettes cookies and fresh fruit was available. would highly recommend this hotel.
My sister and friends' 50th bday celebration was a massive success at this beautiful property. The staff was magnificent especially Ayman, Luwa, other front desk staff and staff in general. 10 out of 10!
Just returned from a fabulous 5 days in Mongibello. The hotel has a really good vibe and unique decor. We stayed in a suite with sea view and it was perfect. Again beautifully designed , very spacious and the views of the sea and the hillside were stunning. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is beautifully maintained . I loved the little cove beach. Breakfast was great. We will be back next year...
Wow, what an incredible holiday and hotel! Mongibello Ibiza truly ticks every box. Not only is it beautifully designed and stylish, but the attention to comfort is exceptional. From the luxuriously soft pillows and spacious beds to the perfectly cushioned sun loungers and fun inflatables in the pool, every little detail has been thoughtfully considered. So often, hotels don’t quite live up to the photos...
The hotel, staff and service is awesome, the morning breakfast variety was vast, the chef for fried eggs, omelette or eggs benedict was amazing, all fresh, hotel is kept very clean, staff are amazing and helpful, restaurant at night is way overpriced, food is clearly left on hotplate, never had such dry ravioli, avoid restaurant
The hotel has a funky design. It's perfect for a fun getaway. The service is average, so don't compare it to luxury hotels or resorts. The food in the hotel restaurant is average. The rooms are comfortable, and the sea view rooms offer a view of the sun.

Not bad. It meets five-star standards. It's not luxurious, but the value for money and comfort are both good.
Great room with good service and well located. My son had a wonderful time with his girl friend and he will be back!
This is honestly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of everything. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff are incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help. It was a very friendly and cozy hotel. It was even better because all the staff were kind.
ME Barcelona – Highly Recommended We had an excellent stay at ME Barcelona and were genuinely impressed on every level. This is my second time at Me, and it's undoubtedly the best hotel in Barcelona. The location is fantastic, the cleanliness is impeccable, the rooftop terrace is lovely, and above all, the staff at reception are absolutely delightful especially SIM. We're never disappointed. We had a fantastic time at The Westin. The golf course was stunning, and the dinner was absolutely delicious. Kiara was incredibly helpful and professional in organizing everything for our group, and all the participant had a great time !! We can’t wait to come back in a few months! A huge, thank you as well to the Events team, as well as the golf staff and the F&B staff
We hade a great holiday at this hotel in March 2026, playing golf and the bedrooms were great, great breakfast and good service. The golf courses were excellent and a little bit difficult. We were lucky with the weather for golf, although the sun was not so much. Over all a great hotel and location. We also took a taxi to Marbella and had a great time there for dinners.
If you love golf, this would be the perfect place to stay It’s located far from the beach, so not the ideal location if you want accommodation near your typical holiday amenities like restaurants, bars and sand The decor is modern and clean Staff are all helpful and friendly and check in and check out is efficient Rooms are huuuuge, tons of space and all the amenities you need WiFi worked well...
The hotel and its ambience were wonderful! The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff and management were incredibly polite and friendly. We had an amazing and truly enjoyable experience. Sending my warmest regards and sincere thanks to everyone at the hotel! 💫
We stayed in October when the hotel was relatively quiet. The evening menu/restaurant was very nice. Daytime menu a bit limited. Did not try the breakfast. Hotel is nice and welcoming. I think it’s a good 4star rather than 5 star. It’s quite grand but a little old fashioned inside. Pool and pool bar area was great for the time of year but I’d imagine would be too small at peak time.
It's a shame that so many groups of golfers are staying at the hotel and don't respect the other guests! There's a lot of noise and beer at the pool, and also noise in the hallways when they come back at 2 a.m.! They should be grouped together in a separate wing of the hotel so as not to disturb the peace and quiet of the other residents.

The environment is fantastic, right on the main shopping street, making it super convenient to get around. You can easily walk to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, and there are tons of great food options nearby. Oh, and the hotel breakfast is amazing – easily one of the best in all of Madrid!
Great hotel. Superb location right on Gran Via. The proximity to the shopping and Centro district is great. The breakfast spread is excellent with several items available for a la carte ordering. Hotel rooms are new and well appointed. Room has a nespresso machine, wooden floors and comfortable beds. Highly recommend!
The central location cannot be beat. The hotel feels recently renovated or at least in very good condition. Staff friendly and check in was smooth.  There is a good sized, well equipped gym in the basement and a must visit rooftop bar to begin the evening. * Very good location close to the old town with most touristic attractions * Friendly hotel staff * Breakfast was excellent with a broad choice of food * Room was big and had a great bathroom * Overall a pleasant stay!
I made my booking without even looking into the location of the hotel. Surprisingly, I’ve found everything next to me with walking distance. Great staff, good location and excellent service.
Location and facilities were excellent. Pool is large and very clean. We had relaxing massages with Luis and Eva and they were tops. Easy walk to old town restaurants and mosque/cathedral and the Roman bridge. Great stay.
It is a five star hotel. Room equipment is ok with this level of hotel. However the service can be better. The hotel location is great. We just spend about 15mins from Cordoba Train Station on foot. Also the tourist attraction, old town and Cordoba Cathdral is not far away. We just walked about 10mins from the hotel.

Great place, just three complains. The slow and un-syncronized elevators can really become annoying, The 17th floor is a missed opportunity for a nice place for drinks and music, instead it is like a cafeteria that has alcoholic drinks. The AC maintains the rooms very cold even in winter, that can be uncofortable for some people like me.
The lady who checked us in was really lovely and helpful, shes on an in internship from Poland. Our room wasnt ready on time and so because we had to wait, we were given a complementary coffee and cake for two in the restaurant on 17th floor. It was then when we went to use it that we realised they obviously had a lack of staff. We had to wait for over 20 mins to get in and then when we were shown...
Very nice hotel. Staff really friendly. Stayed for two days used relaxing spa and had a very energising deep tissue massage. We loved the suite the comfortable beds and the rich breakfast. The nice view into the atlantic as well as the professionally made cocktails in the evening. Only flaw is the stuttering tv reception hence 4* on room. Wont stopping us from staying here again.
Good location for both the airport and wandering around Arrecife. On the plus side we found upon arrival the receptionists were lovely, the Pool bar staff & Alarz team were also attentive & the Spa team great with a special mention to Alina who managed to straighten out my dodgy back following a particular hectic game of Paddle! Thankyou! Other positives no problem parking as the hotel has an underground...

GOOD LOCATION, GOOD SERVICE, FREE UPGRADE, CLEAN AND CLOSE TO THE MAIN STREET
The location is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was also conveniently close to the bus stop. I was surprised to see the ruins right inside the hotel's main entrance.
They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. The hotel is generally fine, with good facilities and a good breakfast. It's a bit far from the center of Madrid, Nice, and the port. The hotel is boring to stay there all day. Parking is charged separately, which I think is a bad idea, as there's no other parking option today. The rooftop pool is only chargeable, and the beach is neither comfortable nor good.
The hotel is incredibly beautiful and luxurious. The rooftop is a dream; for an additional charge, we could spend the whole day there. Breakfast wasn't exactly my cup of tea, but that's because I'm used to our giant Turkish buffet :)) Service was unfortunately not good; it always took a long time for us to be noticed.

Very nice staff (a special shout out to Cristina). Only thing missing for me was a bar. Apparently there's one up top but closed when we went. The cosy library would be perfect spot for one. Parking in basement tight but great to have...
Welcomed with a fresh glass of Cava and Ivan was very helpful with an amazing sense of humour. Room and facilities were amazing. Can't wait to stay again.
The hotel was stylish. The staff was really attentive. The first day the shower faucet broke, but they fixed it quickly. The breakfast was good and varied enough. Of course we would have liked a little less fat yogurt and the coffee could have been better.

Amazing breakfasts, stylish interior, and polite staff 🤩
We stayed at The Madrid Edition while celebrating my friend’s 40th birthday in Spain, and it was the perfect choice for the trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special and well thought out. The hotel kindly surprised us with complimentary cava and a birthday cake, which was such a lovely touch and made the celebration even more memorable. We had also requested a flower arrangement...
Best bathroom of a hotel I've stayed un Europe. Beds are big and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and the hotel in general is a high standard 5 star hotel. The location is in the heart of Madrid, close to every single attraction. Nothing can go wrong with this hotel (except the price tag of course).
This hotel features a stylish design and an excellent location, right in the heart of the old town. It's conveniently close to many attractions, making it very easy to explore the city. While the rooms are on the smaller side, it's still regarded as one of the better hotel options in the area.
Excellent location, with most attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel boasts a great design, and room service was incredibly prompt. Highly satisfied.
This is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Others western tourists got served the water immediately. The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters! I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed...
