Lovely hotel. Great staff too.

Lovely setting and a quick 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Access to the beach and great walks both ways along the coast. Food is tasty and there is lots of variety. Some nice restaurants in the area as well so you don't need to just rely on hotel cuisine.

A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. We visited in late October, just before the hotel closed for the season. The rates were significantly reduced, allowing us to experience a spectacular hotel for a more affordable budget. Great location, only a 7-8 minute walk to the Alhambra. The restaurant also has beautiful views and the hotel has an Arabian feel to it. I’ve never see such diligent room service. Every time we leave the room for more than an hour, we come back with a freshly made room - multiple times a day. Incredible service! The lounge room was very convenient and so was the courtesy room. Needless to see the sea / beach is incredible too. 10/10 experience.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly and attentive to the guests' needs.

This is a wonderful hotel with amazing bedrooms and the staff a great. However, for a 5* hotel, the breakfast was barely warm and in some cases cold, this was everyday we stayed there. On our last day I purposely went down for breakfast as soon as it opened but still the cooked breakfast wasn't warm enough to eat. That is a disappointment for a 5*hotel.

The only down part was the dinner. Way to greasy and not yummy at all.
