Surprised to see the negative reviews here as this was not our experience at all. Very comfortable rooms with a good breakfast buffet and excellent central location. Wonderful and beautiful hotel. I had the pleasure of staying during Asta Naguisa. The service was excellent and even helped us get a last minute booking at a sister hotel. The location and the metro station beside the hotel allowed freedom to move around without an issue. I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting the beautiful city of Bilbao again.

Two day stay, it’s not cheap but it’s just five star from arrival to departure the service, food, surroundings and choice are outstanding and the rooms are next level serene and peaceful with every possible comfort. We decided a last minute trip to Barcelona for my birthday. We after a couple hours of searching around, we found Hotel Claris to be the best in the area, a lot of places are close by and a very safe area. We checked in on my birthday and the process was easy and fast. They even had a gift for me, they made me feel special for my trip. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel lives up to the promise it makes in its advertising. But what sets it even higher are the staff. We spent one night here, and it like the equivalent of a week’s rest. It’s worth the money if you can do it. Highly recommended.

Went here for a couple of days and was absolutely amazing even compared to other universal hotels! Everything was super professional. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the location but a nice path around the shore for those who enjoy a morning run. We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Excellent Marriott hotel set on a golf course. I wasn't there for the golf but the hotel is within a short drive a multiple towns. The hotel has plenty of room both in your room and the public areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are great quality.

We visited in late October, just before the hotel closed for the season. The rates were significantly reduced, allowing us to experience a spectacular hotel for a more affordable budget. A/c is not working so you have to open the window. And outside the noise from the construction is insane!! So you have to choose if you want to sleep or the air to breathe. I stayed in a nice large room on the second floor and had zero sleep because of the noise. Just perfect! Could really not ask for more! Im happy they changed my room as i had reserved a double superior room and they first wanted to give me a room which barely had views and was on the first floor near the Taxi stop. This is not a five star property. The room interiors give the five star atmosphere. Plenty of wardrobe space and clever arrangement of coffee/tea facilities. But the rest of the hotel is four maybe three stars. At breakfast which you can choose the menu alongside buffet. Expect random things like no avocado.
