What a fabulous and amazing hotel. I walked into paradise. Tastefully decorated for Christmas an instant sparkle as I walked through the door. I stayed at ME Ibiza in September, originally for 5 nights but I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay which I’ve not done before. The staff were all kind, friendly and I’m especially grateful to the ME service team in reception and Nicol the Hotel manager who couldn’t do enough to make my stay so wonderful. Just back from a wonderful week at Melia Ibiza! From start to finish everything was perfect. The warm welcome, the gorgeous breakfast and stunning views- could not of asked for anything else. Just a short walk to the marina for restaurants and short walks to beaches/coves this is an idyllic getaway.

We booked the Levels and upgraded our room to the supreme sea view and were not disappointed. A splendid hotel in a splendid location. The gardens in which the pools sit are excellent and very well maintained. The food is uniformly good and the staff are happy and helpful. While difficult to pick out anyone special, mention of Laura in the sunset bar is a must, cheerful ,informative and efficient. I had an excellent experience during my very long stay . The staff is excellent! I will be back in January. Best hotel in Valencia. I was a little bit disappointed as its supposed to be a 5 star hotel. What wonders me the most there's no toilet brush in the room and it's really disturbing. I have never expected that you need to pay for a drinking water and coffee in the room. It's usually given for free even in a 3 star hotels. The front desk of the hotel is divided into separate people. The ones I met in the morning were very polite and enthusiastic, but the ones I met in the afternoon were obviously much worse. Excellent Marriott hotel set on a golf course. I wasn't there for the golf but the hotel is within a short drive a multiple towns. The hotel has plenty of room both in your room and the public areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are great quality.

Our room was very spacious (a bit larger than the standard rooms in the hotel), which we really appreciated as it gave us plenty of space for all our luggage. Excellent old world hotel that continues to earn its five stars. It's a beautiful place and well maintained it's got all the amenities and service that you'd expect from a five star hotel. Unfortunately at check out, the staff was unable to manage the billing on my invoice to make submitting of my business expense easy. True story: I was travelling in a group and all our bags had been put inside a van. On the way -- and that too 2 hours later -- I realised that my backpack was still in the hotel lobby. The tourist guide on the bus said there was little chance of getting it back. We took a chance and found that the hotel staff had kept the bag in a safe spot. Thanks for that. This was a great place to stay! In the heart of the museum triangle and walking distance to the Literary District and Plaza Mayor. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly (you can even borrow a plug converter when you forget yours). Will be staying there again the next time we visit Madrid.

Great Hotel in a very good location close to good stuff. Great restaurants, museums, walking areas, downtown, embassies, etc. staff is attentive & welcoming. The Sweet corner was a big hit for my daughter. She absolutely loved the pillows in the room & bed was comfortable. Will be back if visiting Madrid.

In 50 plus years of traveling. Our stay was the finest experience ever. This is due in great part to the amazing staff who continuously go above and beyond to address the needs of guests. The family room was quite nice except for the steps, not recommended for those with mobility issues. Derby hotels has a clear winner with villa real. It's a little bit pricey, but hey it's puerto Banús and it's sooo expensive there so in consideration to that it is actually not that expensive. But I have no problem staying a little bit outside of puerto Banús for half the money and be there in an Uber in 4 minutes.
