Our first time at the ME marbella. perfect situation for shops restaurants, hotel is beautiful very well presented and the rooms are excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful and i would certainly go back any time, Good job Melia
First time visiting ME Marbella. FOOD Breakfast was really great - plenty of options to choose from from pastries, fruits, yoghurt, eggs etc.. SERVICE The team are super friendly and welcoming, really could not fault it… every one is helpful and polite and make you feel at home. ROOM Room is well furnished and super smart after their renovation. Really comfortable beds and all amenities are there...
Absolutely outstanding stay from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, with high-end decor that really gives it a luxurious feel the moment you walk in. Everything is thoughtfully designed and maintained to perfection. The staff were absolutely brilliant—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. A special thank you to Alba, who went out of her way to assist us with...
We did the Cocktail course with Jon & Lisa and had such an amazing experience! They really put in the effort to make the experience unforgettable ❤️
Rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel has been renovated last year and they have mede it exellent.
What a fabulous and amazing hotel. I walked into paradise. Tastefully decorated for Christmas an instant sparkle as I walked through the door. The staff could not have been more friendly from arrival to departure, willing to help, courteous and attentive. The room was spacious, with a balcony everything you required. Phenominal!

I stayed at ME Ibiza in September, originally for 5 nights but I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay which I’ve not done before. The staff were all kind, friendly and I’m especially grateful to the ME service team in reception and Nicol the Hotel manager who couldn’t do enough to make my stay so wonderful. I’m currently looking to book again for next year. Beautiful hotel, wonderful settings
Just back from a wonderful week at Melia Ibiza! From start to finish everything was perfect. The warm welcome, the gorgeous breakfast and stunning views- could not of asked for anything else. Just a short walk to the marina for restaurants and short walks to beaches/coves this is an idyllic getaway.
Beautiful hotel, caring staff and lovely food. If you come over I recommend the restaurant Origen or the rooftopbar. Also a walk by the water or a swim in one of the pools is nice.
We booked the Levels and upgraded our room to the supreme sea view and were not disappointed. The reviews do not do this hotel any justice and if you’re considering booking this hotel, make sure you book The Levels. The levels area of the hotel provides a fantastic breakfast, complimentary drinks and snacks ‘happy hour’ and not to mention a private roof top pool. Everything succeeded our expectations...
Location was good not far from Santa Eululia Town the marina and restaurants. The Hotel was clean and fresh with hotel reception very inviting. The Room ( which was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed) We booked the as advertised and paid for as sea view. Unfortunately the sea view was obscured by a tree that completely spoilt us seeing any sea view ( they should not be advertising as...

As a group of 12 golfers we visited for 4 nights, 4 rounds of golf (2 x north & 2 x south), arranged, escorted and coached by our UK pro. The hotel has a lovely boutique feel, very personal and great surroundings. At breakfast everyone found something to eat. Dinner buffet was ok.(be careful of the paella). Semi all inclusive has silly “rules” like you must have an empty glass before ordering another...
Don’t stay in the club apartments unless you’re really trying to save money and don’t mind a less busy/quiet holiday. The hotel is another level in terms of friendliness of staff, rooms, and quality of food. Golf was amazing no complaints. Extremely quiet location so would only recommend if you plan to stay on the resort. The club apartments were extremely quiet at this time of year but the hotel was...
Excellent time service and friendly staff, the golf courses were in great condition with very tricky greens, I would recommend without hesitation and will more than likely return as it’s excellent value. Couldn’t fault the food choices and overall staff attention. All 9 in our group thought the same.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this adorable hotel, and we left feeling completely rested. The sound of crashing waves lulled us to sleep each night, and the staff's warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic holiday. Having spent the last week staying at this beautiful hotel amongst amazing grounds , the review is really about Laradana who is the Guest Experience advisor . Her recommendations for restaurants , sherry tours in Jerez and horse riding on the beautiful beach was so helpful . It made our time in Sancti Petri very special . A bery comfortable hotel .
A splendid hotel in a splendid location. The gardens in which the pools sit are excellent and very well maintained. The food is uniformly good and the staff are happy and helpful. While difficult to pick out anyone special, mention of Laura in the sunset bar is a must, cheerful ,informative and efficient. We would certainly recommend this hotel for a really relaxing experience
Friendly staff , great accomodation, the gardens are really unique, the adults only swimming pool is a great asset
Great overall stay with great Hydro Therapy facility. Rooms are A+ but view description on there website is miss leading. Hotel lacks a vibrant atmosphere and limited restaurant options. Hotel has no reserve area on the ocean but magnificent beaches. Good for a few nights stay!

I initially made a mistake with the dates of my reservation and simply asked the hotel to change them – a request other hotels have easily handled for me before. Instead, the hotel refused to help, blamed the booking agency. Because of this, I lost my money. Totally unacceptable customer service.
This is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. The hotel is nice. Theis towels policy is weird ( pay deposit for beach towel) but we had a great time
Overall the hotel was okay. The room had spectacular views and a nice balcony. The downside was a severe sewer smell in our room. Nice bed. Very good service. Origen restaurant was pretty nice. And shows were correct and fun. To improve clearly the gym and interior pool that nobody use.
Nice hotel but definitely not a true 5 star hotel, let down by poor gastronomy in its restaurant and 3 star breakfast. Coffee is terrible. Food service overall is not up to standard with both poor quality and poor options available. Staff lacked basic English speaking skills and for a 5 star hotel this is just not good enough. I was a little bit disappointed as its supposed to be a 5 star hotel. What wonders me the most there's no toilet brush in the room and it's really disturbing. I have never expected that you need to pay for a drinking water and coffee in the room. It's usually given for free even in a 3 star hotels. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us many useful tips.
Clean room. Breakfast good selection. Service in the restaurants was not always the same standard.
A stay at the Grand Hyatt begins with a delightful check-in experience, where a reception team member welcomes guests with prosecco and towelettes, provides an overview of the property, and ensures a warm, home-like atmosphere. Our group occupied three different rooms, ranging from standard twin rooms to suites, all featuring sofa beds, luxurious bathrooms, spacious balconies, and high-quality furnishings...
In general I have to say it's a brilliant place to relax and everything. So only one complain what I have to mention is that you have to pay for the coffee cups in the room, each 5 €. Usually in any other Hyatt where I have been it was for free use and refilled every day. Also no information that you need to pay in the room. Service brilliant, rooms brilliant and the location was brilliant.
Beautiful resort. Rooms were amazing - clean, well furnished, excellent amenities. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, a former monastery, and its location is fantastic, right in the heart of Granada. The service was excellent. As a Marriott Platinum member, I received a complimentary breakfast and was upgraded to a Junior Suite. The breakfast was à la carte, delicious, and the service was great too!
Hotel was ok. Room seriously noisy with random bumping and clicking from what I assume is HVAC? Then at 9pm loud music starts when I’m trying to get my jet lagged self to sleep. It would be fine if I had not asked at least 5x to get a quiet room away from noise. Well, it appears I’m adjacent to a live band. No sleep anytime soon. The hotel feels understaffed and under resourced. Would not return. This...
Stayed here in 2018 (not sure how it is after the pandemic), and my friend and I absolutely loved it. Good walking area (about a 25-minute walk to Alhambra- but we enjoy walking), close to bars and restaurants. Beautiful room with an old Spanish aesthetic. Can't speak to other folks' experiences, but we loved it.
We were upgraded to Suite 513, which was fantastic - two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, separated by a comfortable living area that made the space feel both luxurious and practical. The staff were consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel grounds are absolutely gorgeous, blending historic charm with a serene, elegant atmosphere. The front desk of the hotel is divided into separate people. The ones I met in the morning were very polite and enthusiastic, but the ones I met in the afternoon were obviously much worse. The hotel room is very small even if the larger room with 1.8m bed is booked. You can just visit the monastery and have a meal. I feel that the 3200 yuan for a night is not worth it.
Gorgeous hotel. I wished we stayed longer here. The decorations, the courtyard, and our room are very beautiful. Only small problems with the awkward bathtub door and squeaky bed. The staff was very nice to check us in at 11pm. They did hold our luggage after we checked out to explore a bit more, which was very helpful for us. Excellent old world hotel that continues to earn its five stars. It's a beautiful place and well maintained it's got all the amenities and service that you'd expect from a five star hotel. Unfortunately at check out, the staff was unable to manage the billing on my invoice to make submitting of my business expense easy. Good hotel. Good views of the city. Rooms were alright, beds good, furniture aged. Some of the hotel staff is very helpful, others don’t seem to care or put forth effort to make your stay excellent. Great location. Walking distance to a great deal of shops, restaurants, and activities. Breakfast is great, bar is good. M29 is alright.
Nice friendly hotel with a classic feel. Nice public areas. Restaurant and spa but I didn't try them. Rooms quite brown and authentic wood finish. Interesting painting to cheer the room up. Room safe is tiny and lack of power sockets. Room I had overlooked the rear garden and was very quiet. Fairly central but still a 25 minute walk and metro into the real old town.

The hotel is nice, with great facilities. It's located in the center of the old town, but it's best not to drive there; turning and passing other vehicles is difficult. Please be careful.
The hotel is located in the old town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and finding restaurants. However, the hotel view isn't very sunny, the rooms are rather dark, the carpet isn't very clean, the towels are old, and the hot water in the bathroom is inconsistent (sometimes hot, sometimes cold). Aside from these issues, everything else is excellent.

Beautiful hotel with super welcoming staff. They have gone above and beyond to meet our needs, moving my parents into less noisy room due to nearby construction and upgrading them with no cost. They also welcomed us with beautiful chocolates and water out of a a glass bottle in our rooms, which I really appreciated because of the dangerous from microplastics in plastic bottles. The bathtubs are amazing...
This was a great place to stay! In the heart of the museum triangle and walking distance to the Literary District and Plaza Mayor. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly (you can even borrow a plug converter when you forget yours). Will be staying there again the next time we visit Madrid.
Great Hotel in a very good location close to good stuff. Great restaurants, museums, walking areas, downtown, embassies, etc. staff is attentive & welcoming. The Sweet corner was a big hit for my daughter. She absolutely loved the pillows in the room & bed was comfortable. Will be back if visiting Madrid.
In 50 plus years of traveling. Our stay was the finest experience ever. This is due in great part to the amazing staff who continuously go above and beyond to address the needs of guests. The family room was quite nice except for the steps, not recommended for those with mobility issues. Derby hotels has a clear winner with villa real. It made our Madrid experience all the more special. Thank you
We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a little overpriced, but that is to be expected. The location was excellent. It took about 5 minutes to get from the train station by taxi. Everything was easy walking distance, especially the Prado and the Royal Palace. Don't miss the hotel museum, it's right behind the front desk. Great...

The staff was very nice and polite. I arrived early morning and there was a room ready for checking in earlier, so I was very happy. There is a delicious breakfast and a good restaurant there.

It's a little bit pricey, but hey it's puerto Banús and it's sooo expensive there so in consideration to that it is actually not that expensive. But I have no problem staying a little bit outside of puerto Banús for half the money and be there in an Uber in 4 minutes. But hey if you want the puerto Banús experience you need to try staying there at least one time. It's an amazing place that I love and...
Great location and super friendly staff! They went above and beyond to help me set up a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday — the room decoration was absolutely beautiful and made the day feel really special. Breakfast is nice with plenty of choice, and the restaurant’s dinner is delicious. We truly appreciated all the effort from the team. Highly recommend Guadalpin Banús — we had an amazing stay
I've been coming to this hotel for several years and stayed there about a month ago. As usual, I found the team fantastic. Everyone is top-notch in serving the guests, from housekeeping to reception and the restaurant. I especially want to thank Vélica at reception for her professionalism and kindness, as well as José in the restaurant, always smiling and always ready to make us laugh. Thank you to...
I love how well everything is organized. It makes a vacation really stress-free when there's someone who immediately parks your car for you, or when you don't have to worry that they might not clean your room for 3-4 days in a row because you've missed the narrow window during which this is done. In this hotel, no matter when we left the room, the cleaning was done that day, every time. One can take...
