Staff very nice and so helpful. I have bad arthritis and they put a mattress topper on bed to make it more comfortable for me. Excellent service.
Room was getting a little shabby with some scuffs etc. but it was clean and comfortable.
No shower so not suitable for people with disabilities

I had stayed here a few years previously and had a great time with a wonderful apartment so when I had the chance to book again, I did so with no hesitation. I wish I hadn't. I had contacted the hotel asking if it was possible to have an apartment with a sea view. I received a reply saying this would incur a cost of $35 payable in cash at the hotel on my arrival. I have never been asked to pay additional costs for a sea view. When I got to the apartment I was appalled to see how dirty it was. The chair was heavily stained, the floors had clumps of hair and dust in all the corners, the outside table had stains on it and the surfaces were covered in dust. The sofa bed was failing apart and the beds in the bedroom would have been far more comfortable if they had been a slab of concrete with a sheet on them. We visited reception during our visit regarding this but nothing was every done. As we were only there for 3 nights we gave up trying to rectify these issues and vowed never to book this hotel again. I emailed the hotel and 4 days later, I have heard nothing back from them.

Things started to go wrong when, having selected a set menu, the waiter came back to say they had run out of duck. In a Chinese restaurant?!?!
Our soup arrived but I had to send mine back as it was not the one I ordered. However the Hot and Sour was good when it arrived.
I was also not impressed with the sweet and sour chicken, just about edible.
All in all it was a let down and for the price we could have had a better Chinese meal near where we live in London.
