We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the view was spectacular and the rooms and property are extremely clean and well managed. It is close to restaurants, shopping and we enjoyed roaming the backstreets as well as taking in the processions during Samana Santa. One of the best holidays we've had and we highly recommend.

An amazing hotel where the staff are extremely friendly and hardworking. The hotel is incredibly clean and has a lovely pool. Great location - 5 minutes to the beach and a well-stocked supermarket around the corner.

We have only just landed back in the UK today and already want to go back. Apartments are super clean. Pool area is amazing, lots of su beds and clean refreshing pool. All staff were super helpful.and friendly. It's in a great location with everything literally on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend a stay here and can't wait to book.another break.

Stayed here for 11 nights end of October 2025, I had a one bedroom apartment on the 1st floor with the pool view. The apartment was very clean, and well stocked with all the necessary equipment for self catering. Had a lovey week away for the October half term - weather was great with the exception of a few rainy afternoons - to be expected this time of year. Great location. Right beside a shopping centre with a load of shops and a local tesco. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Great places to eat locally, but the restaurant only does 'snacks' which are really basic. The rooms are quite basic too but are fully equipped and clean

Stayed here for 5 nights, apartment was clean and in good order. Very good size for a family of 3, with 2 bathrooms, large sofa (sofa bed if needed), balcony the full width of the apartment with access from both bedrooms and the living room. I went with my family for a week in a double room. Arriving at the apartment, the sink faucet in the kitchen was splashing everywhere, the handle of one of the doors was loose and one of the doors leading to the terrace was blocked. We have stayed in La Pineda location, this hotel was clean, had nice rooms and plenty facilities for family. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Baby pool is too deep for a baby and not heated. Food is OK but some days it's terrible. Room is nice and clean. Charged extra for baby bed on arrival. Close to beach and busses available into town.

Great experience for one night. Had fun in Halloween 🎃. Wish there were more activities to entertain the guests. The view from the balcony is awesome. Kitchen is well equipped. However the check-in process takes a long time and make sure to bring cash and hard copy of your passport or residence card. Showing from mobile is discouraged.

Hotel rooms clean with a good kitchen and working air con. Arrived as restaurant closing but we were welcomed and made to feel comfortable with fresh food cooked for us (buffet service). Lovely quiet hotel. It was fully booked when we stayed, however, you would not have thought it! No issues with sunbeds etc. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms were very clean and modern. Pool was great! Location wise it is a bit out of the main areas, but we knew that when booking - hire a car , grab a taxi, or go for a nice slow walk! Amazing stay at One Ibiza. Super-friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Great apartments with blue tooth speakers, efficient air con and coffee machine. Such an amazing stay at their suites. The views from their rooftop infinity pool was breathtaking. I would stay here again if I ever come back. The area is also safe and less rowdy compared to Playa Den Bossa or San Antoni.

To get the negatives out the way first: the immediate location is just off the main road, all roundabouts and intersections, and you need to cross over and walk a few hundred metres down to get to the pleasant bit around the port/beach. We had a room on the entrance side of the hotel. We could see the ocean but would have liked a room so we could get the sun on the balcony in the evening. Next time I will request it. The hotel is a bit old, but the service staff is quite enthusiastic. They told us not to park at the hotel because it would charge a fee, and asked us to park directly next to the hotel. The hotel is in a good location and is easy to find by driving. However, there is no free parking space at the hotel. There is a public parking lot nearby where you can park at night. The hotel is quite large, with many rooms and good hygiene. I will stay here again next time.

We had a really lovely holiday at the Cye Holiday Centre! There were 7 of us, we were at the back of the hotel which was perfectly fine! Very quiet and very comfortable beds! JARDIN DURADO complex is a well run small arrangement of bungalows. I cannot find anything negative to say. I am a frequent traveller and I have never had such a relaxing time. Had a brilliant stay at Paloma Beach. We had a lovely apartment which had everything needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only minor negative was the hot tub was not working. Will definitely be returning.

The air conditioning was only in one room - the bedroom and very noisy. The beds were awful, very hard and I woke up with a bad neck everyday. We stayed for 4 nights at the end of July. Hotel and apartment gardens are beautiful and the nearby beach is stunning. There are 5 pools so the place never feels crowded. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was modern and clean with all the necessary mod cons. The apartments did not have a kettle or an iron which is is unusual for self catering. The buffet is rich in the mornings and evenings and there is something for every taste. We will definitely come back next year, and we hope that we will then be able to experience a nice, relaxing holiday again.

Apartment hotel is quite aged , simple design and basic facilities that can accommodate the needs of a family, has little kitchen with fridge and to! Room just bed and small wardrobe, not luggage racks or other furniture. Bathroom was big enough and very simple ! We were a little confused on arrival as we’d been informed that the hotel was located on the beach, but hey ho it wasn’t far too walk. We had 2 suites with 3 adults in each. The guy on reception was lovely , one of the best I’ve encountered,and I’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide. I wish I’d taken his name to give him a special mention but we never saw him again. This was our third time staying at this hotel and once again, couldn't fault it at all! A great place in a holiday type area. We were passing by and we’re able to do a late booking. Friendly staff and good room. Just beware of music in the entire area until 11pm/midnight. Great area for restaurants. Supermarkets and entertainment. Everything available just down the road
