A pleasant stay, great location however sun beds any time of the day are a nightmare.

Booked for 5 days. Stayed in a studio apartment. Accommodation was clean. Bottle of water in fridge for arrival which was a nice touch. Close to eating areas and about 15 mins to beach. Our major issue was sunbeds at the pool. Too many apartments and no where near enough sunbeds or the space to put them. Asked lifeguard who kindly offered to get white plastic chairs for us. Asked lady at reception...

Really enjoyed this apartment hotel. Very nice staff! Help and friendly to make your stay comfortable. The local area is full nice Spanish restaurants if you look for them and the hotel restaurant is quite nice if you don’t want to go out. Walkable distance to los Cristianos beach. I will definitely rebook with my family this hotel.

It was an excellent holiday, beautiful view, room was cleaned daily, lovely shower, bed very comfortable Wide variety of food, every evening different types. Entertainment was very good round the pool and at night.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, lovely pool are, the only down side, was the buffet food was ofter cold. But that aside we would definitely return.

We stayed at the hotel for half-term break with our children. The hotel is beautifully decorated with fish theme and is very clean and modern. Great rooms with plenty of space and good facilities including kitchenette and balcony. Food was very good and staff very friendly as was evening entertainment the only disappointment was the pool temperature which with 2 children under 6 was too cold to stay in for long and nearest beach being 10min drive (Cala Bassa).

Me, my partner and my baby went to Majorca in October and stayed at HSM Calas Park. We were a little worried from some of the reviews, however had the best time! Amazing time here at calas park. The staff are exceptional! Polite and friendly remember your drinks. The rooms are spotless and to a high standard. We’ve just returned from a 5 day break to HSM Calas Park. We’ve loved every minute of our trip. The hotel is clean and in a good location! The staff work tirelessly to cater for guests. Hotel a nice hotel, just the amount of steps down to pool/ bar area ok for younger people but not for us older ones. Rooms where lovely and spotless clean with fresh towels every day. After feeling a bit apprehensive, I emailed the hotel with a few requests, which they did their best to accommodate. I was given apartment 214, upstairs as requested. Loved this place. Food was excellent, so many restaurants and snack bars to choose from. Great quiet location and such a good selection of pools of all sizes. The kids entertainment was also a massive hit for our wee ones. We didn't need any help due to the place being run so well! All the waiting staff were so polite and made our stay very memorable.

Staff polite,patient, friendly and helpful particularly housekeeping, front reception desk and nearly all bar and restaurant staff.Very good housekeeping service , almost daily cleaning which improved the initial noticeable aroma in the room. Every effort made by staff to accommodate our needs around some initial issues around room view which ******* also assisted with.

The room was perfect and very comfortable any member of staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. The only complaint I have is that there would be a discount if you rebook the hotel.

The only thing was they have the heating on and it’s 20 something degrees outside. And sprinklers where I was at 3am. So I left two days early. However the fittings and property size is great, it’s one of the best apartment hotels I’ve saw. And recommended if you can handle the heating.

We visited in October and many things are closed for the offseason. However you would not expect the hotel to close the biggest pool without notice and have some smaller not heated pools open. The apartment is ok, but has some issues with moldy smell and missing ameneties like a water boiler and a spatula! The beds are hard and noicy when you move. They should have a top mattres. A beautiful beach front location, quiet beach and beautiful views. Plenty to do and plenty of bar’s & restaurants to choose to eat and drink from. Offers different types of catering, only downside is that the bracelets you have to wear are a little uncomfortable. We will definitely be returning as we all love it here.

it was a very nice place, we had a pleasant time and can fully recommend it with swimming pool just in front of the appartment and a quick way to the beach. a little far away from Peñiscola city, but there were buses.

Zaragoza is a beautiful and quiet city. The hotel is well located and has parking for 20 euros. The room rate I booked was higher than the room I booked, and the hotel automatically upgraded me to a second suite, which was very nice. The price is reasonable and the room is very spacious. We stayed in room C, which has two bedrooms and a living room, kitchen, and bathroom facilities. This was the second year running we have stayed at Ciutat de Palol - which really says it all. The apartments are well-equipped, clean and comfortable and the amenities are excellent. The daily housekeeping service is a real luxury. Underground car parking with direct lift access to the apartment blocks is extremely convenient. Room is large. Have small bar and have a long arm sofa. Bathroom size is not small. It has a separate bath tub and shower room. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is good, especially in Spain. The breakfasts varied and tasty. The pool area is again spotlessly clean, with slides for the kids. Great accommodation with nice staff but how you get informed by the receptionist differs a lot. When we arrived, we received a brief introduction, while when our friends arrived, they received a very detailed introduction from a different receptionist, including a map and all sorts of recommendations. Comfortable appartments and friendly reception. Good place for a summer holiday although a bit away from the beach. We stayed in the Aparthotel on our way to the south in winterseason. Not many restaurants were open and the cafeteria in the building itself closed too early for dinner. One can do self catering as there is a supermarket closeby.

I went with a group for a pre- arranged lunch. The service was pleasant, the meal was OK. Since we were limited to choices, I can't really say what their normal menu is like. It's a good place for meetings & lunch afterwards
