We recently returned from summer vacation at the Novo Resort, and it was really amazing. I can't say enough good things! The whole team made our summer holidays special, but I have to give a shout-out to Jesus from the service team and David from the kitchen. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment (novoresort). Extremely spacious. Modern & clean. Kitchen well equipped but missing oven gloves, tin opener and mugs. No kettle or toaster which would be nice to have. We stayed for 4 nights at the end of July. Hotel and apartment gardens are beautiful and the nearby beach is stunning. There are 5 pools so the place never feels crowded. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was modern and clean with all the necessary mod cons. The apartments did not have a kettle or an iron which is is unusual for self catering. We were greeted by a professional well mannered staff. The apartment is spacious and clean. The housekeeping done every two days. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. Amazing veiw of the Atlantic ocean and with an access to a beautiful beach. The pools are very good too. There is a parking spot under the apartment building. The price is on the higher side.

The location is great! , Quiet location and yet not far from the beach and the action. We had a junior suite in October and loved it. Very clean, very friendly staff, good service! The buffet is rich in the mornings and evenings and there is something for every taste. We will definitely come back next year, and we hope that we will then be able to experience a nice, relaxing holiday again.

Apartment hotel is quite aged , simple design and basic facilities that can accommodate the needs of a family, has little kitchen with fridge and to! We were a little confused on arrival as we’d been informed that the hotel was located on the beach, but hey ho it wasn’t far too walk. We had 2 suites with 3 adults in each. A pleasant stay, great location however sun beds any time of the day are a nightmare.

Booked for 5 days. Stayed in a studio apartment. Accommodation was clean. Bottle of water in fridge for arrival which was a nice touch. Close to eating areas and about 15 mins to beach. Our major issue was sunbeds at the pool. Too many apartments and no where near enough sunbeds or the space to put them. Asked lifeguard who kindly offered to get white plastic chairs for us. Really enjoyed this apartment hotel. Very nice staff! Help and friendly to make your stay comfortable. The local area is full nice Spanish restaurants if you look for them and the hotel restaurant is quite nice if you don’t want to go out. Walkable distance to los Cristianos beach. Lets start with saying its a 3 star hotel so i know what to expect. Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Food ok but could be more choice. Location great for pubs and eating out although a bit of a hill up to the hotel. Nice pool area with pool bar serving snacks. Getting a spot for sun lounger could be a bit of a challange. I have stayed in PDC many of times so location was key for me and this apt is slap bang right in the middle, small walk down hill to main *****, not a difficult hill but could be if you struggled with mobility. My stay was okay overall, but I wasn’t very impressed. The layout with three floors was inconvenient, and the café never seemed to be open the whole time I was there. The location also isn’t great — It was fine for a night, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at Migjorn. Our room was comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance from Plaja d’en Bossa and the clubs. Great food options nearby and staff was very pleasant as well. The hotel pool is lovely - we spent an entire day there just soaking up the sun. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the hotel for half-term break with our children. The hotel is beautifully decorated with fish theme and is very clean and modern. Loved this place. Food was excellent, so many restaurants and snack bars to choose from. Great quiet location and such a good selection of pools of all sizes. The kids entertainment was also a massive hit for our wee ones. We didn't need any help due to the place being run so well! All the waiting staff were so polite and made our stay very memorable.

Staff polite,patient, friendly and helpful particularly housekeeping, front reception desk and nearly all bar and restaurant staff.Very good housekeeping service , almost daily cleaning which improved the initial noticeable aroma in the room. Every effort made by staff to accommodate our needs around some initial issues around room view which ******* also assisted with.

The room was perfect and very comfortable any member of staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. The only complaint I have is that there would be a discount if you rebook the hotel.

The only thing was they have the heating on and it’s 20 something degrees outside. And sprinklers where I was at 3am. So I left two days early. However the fittings and property size is great, it’s one of the best apartment hotels I’ve saw. And recommended if you can handle the heating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one day stay. Notable staff members: Alberto (Reception) and Roberto (Animation). Lots of choice on the food, with a beautiful range of dishes. Friendly staff, always on hand. Great atmosphere. The upper floor hotel rooms facing the playa are particularly comfy. Peñíscola's sandy beaches have something for all ages.

Zaragoza is a beautiful and quiet city. The hotel is well located and has parking for 20 euros. The room rate I booked was higher than the room I booked, and the hotel automatically upgraded me to a second suite, which was very nice. The price is reasonable and the room is very spacious. We stayed in room C, which has two bedrooms and a living room, kitchen, and bathroom facilities. The hotel's breakfast room is on the top floor and very comfortable. There is also a small spa for a reasonable price. The hotel is decorated with Van Gogh's paintings, which I like very much. 😏

We had a great family holiday here. The rooms were a little dated but were spacious and had everything we needed and were cleaned well daily. Rooms were good apart from if you want a bath (they don't have any rooms/apartments with baths). Pool, gym etc close at 7pm which is very limiting. Pilates in morning was really the only activity for us and rep was really good but the place provides no mats or anything so leaves us with a certain impression. Staff is very nice. Location is ok, perfect for the price (120€/night). You can find parking spot on the street every time of the day. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. You can walk to the Port de Alcudia. Also to the Alcudia if you don't mind walking.

We did a lot of research amongst Mallorca hotels where to go to and have chosen this one, didn't regret it. Is in a very good place, lots and lots of shops in 1 to 10 mins walk. I stayed here for a week and i was worried by the reviews. I had no need to worry. Basic, clean, comfortable and cheap. Cleaning was offered daily and staff were all lovely. Shops 1 min away and a nice walk down to the beach approx 10mins away. If your mobility isnt great then i would suggest a taxi back, 5 euros. There was general noice but nothing to complain about. Actually very good. Cheap and pretty close to the centre, probably 10 min of walking. The shower is a bit unsteady but who cares. Didn't see many cockroaches, but it seems to be an issue in puerto cruz in general. It's a simple hotel for a simple price.

Very nice place located in the park, 3 minutes from the beautiful beaches and short walk to bars and restaurants, fantastic swimming pool and overall ambiance. The only comment from our side - rooms are not as per 4* expectations. Cheap decoration and furniture. Everything else is great!

Superb resort for large family. Close to the beach, short walk to the town (we had young kids and easy for them) and the pools are perfect size. Also walking distance to the waterpark which is also recommended. Service and food also very good. Thoroughly recommended

This was the second year running we have stayed at Ciutat de Palol - which really says it all. The apartments are well-equipped, clean and comfortable and the amenities are excellent. The daily housekeeping service is a real luxury. Underground car parking with direct lift access to the apartment blocks is extremely convenient.
