Its a great hotel that offers everything to adults with children. A complete entertainment with all inclusive packages plus games for children of all ages and for adults. We visited in October and many things are closed for the offseason. However you would not expect the hotel to close the biggest pool without notice and have some smaller not heated pools open. A beautiful beach front location, quiet beach and beautiful views. Plenty to do and plenty of bar’s & restaurants to choose to eat and drink from. Offers different types of catering, only downside is that the bracelets you have to wear are a little uncomfortable. We will definitely be returning as we all love it here.

it was a very nice place, we had a pleasant time and can fully recommend it with swimming pool just in front of the appartment and a quick way to the beach. a little far away from Peñiscola city, but there were buses.

I booked a twin room, but they gave me a double bed. After waiting two days, I was given a suite, but the price was the same, so the room type is very random. The room was fairly clean and quite spacious. They provided various water options, but the prices weren't listed. Overall, I would still recommend it.

Clean and comfort, very very big! It even has a living room which is separate from the bedroom. There is a fresh rose in the room. Only one bothering thing is that our room is near the street, so it’s a bit noisy at night cause there is a restaurant nearby.

Staff are really helpful, we were staying at floor with stairs to access, staff helped us to carry up and down heavy luggages and pushchair, they all are very polite and nice. Hotel itself looks like a museum, if you are staying in this hotel, they will give to a free pass to visit this hotel group museum, just sadly we don’t have time to visit.

With this hotel you are getting what you pay for. It is located in a quiet part of the Bay which we liked and is close to a bus stop and water taxi. February 2026 Stayed for a week at the beginning of February. Ideally located to everything restaurants Yumbo etc. Staff from reception to departure were really friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here, I’ve stayed in many hotels in this area over the last 20 years and this is now by far my favorite. Bit late i was here 2nd oct to 30th oct then 7 nights at my friends house...when in gc I always stay here so clean and lovely staff Not one thing bad about it right next door to the yumbo got everything you could need...i am over in March but its full and the first time in over 10yrs am staying somewhere were different up the road but I will be back July and oct again keep up the good work

The apartments and public areas are spotless and all fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Maid service daily to a very high standard. Reception and pool bar staff are amazing. Apartment is clean and comfortable. On-site parking space is extremely good. Staff is friendly. But we have a hard time to drive to the place as it is situated inside the old town and all access have warning signs to deter non-authorized vehicles. We called the hotel and found out that the hotel would send our license number to the authority. Would be nice if there is such information given in advance

We had 5 nights end October in the penthouse with outdoor terrace. The weather was great so the outdoor space was a real bonus. Note that there were steep internal steps up to the terrace, which some may find tricky if they have limited mobility or small kids. The apartment is modern and has all the appliances you may need. Overall a very nice property in a great location. But because there are no carpets or rugs in the units, you can hear every single sound in the unit above you. Spent 2 nights and got very little sleep.

About a 15-20min walk to the old town. We were going to stay in the old town, but booked here instead - thank goodness as there was a festival of the patron saint in old town. We would have never been able to drive in or park let alone get a peaceful night sleep. Lots of free street parking available outside this hotel. Spacious room. Grocery store just behind the hotel. I'd stay here again.

For one person, it's fine because of the bed, small studio, approved, you have the bus right outside the building, it takes you to the city center, parking is easy, although it's paid parking and they don't monitor it.

Ok Good for the price and location

Nice Apartment in Good Location Nice apartment in a quiet area with parking outside. 15 minutes walk to the cathedral. Big supermarket nearby. Kitchen had adequate equipment but you had to pay €5 a night to use it. There was no plug for the sink and we had to buy a sponge/scourer and tea towel. We had a 3 night stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We had the "junior suite" with sea view. Unfortunately, the room seemed a bit rocked down. I was not convinced by the hygiene standards of the bedding and bathroom. Actually, the room would be very easy to clean, as it is very minimalistic and functionally furnished. The sea-view is really great. The music and the daybeds at the pool also!

We had a lovely Monday to Friday visit to Ibiza and Santos was a great place to stay. It's only 10 minutes in a taxi to the airport which costs about 15€ give or take. The taxis are regulated and fares are standardised so no need to worry about being ripped off. We also hired a car for a few days to explore the island and there is free, secure parking available at the sister hotel Tropicana, a 2 minute...

Our reservation got changed to Santos as Tropicana was not opened yet. The hotel staff was friendly, the pool was nice and a good breakfast. The room was really outdated, smelled very humid, bathroom door would get jammed and wifi did not work on 3rd floor. The beach access is convenient and the hotel location is great. The rooms just need improvement.

Very well located, main services at less than 100 meters. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Common areas so clean. Personnel very professional and gentle.

Great accommodation with nice staff but how you get informed by the receptionist differs a lot. When we arrived, we received a brief introduction, while when our friends arrived, they received a very detailed introduction from a different receptionist, including a map and all sorts of recommendations. Comfortable appartments and friendly reception. Good place for a summer holiday although a bit away from the beach. We stayed in the Aparthotel on our way to the south in winterseason. Not many restaurants were open and the cafeteria in the building itself closed too early for dinner. One can do self catering as there is a supermarket closeby.

I went with a group for a pre- arranged lunch. The service was pleasant, the meal was OK. Since we were limited to choices, I can't really say what their normal menu is like. It's a good place for meetings & lunch afterwards
