Superb hotel with great staff! Spent 7 days here and was very impressed. Pool is cold in October as thought. But great splash park! Well worth it. Kids club is amazing, all day long, with numerous activities. All in all a fantastic hotel.

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay, originally just booked bed and breakfast but upgraded to half board when we got there for really reasonable prices. Excellent facilities, friendly staff and decent buffet food with plenty of options. I travel whit my husband and kids rooms is old and we are have problem whit air-conditioning one of my child is autism and no respect on hotel disability persons this make me sick

Ok but not 4 star. Noisy but expected I guess. Not enough loungers. No tea and coffee facilities in rooms. Glasses which are not great with hard floors and children. Fridge not very cold. Handwash not replaced in soap when we checked in. Had to pay 13 euros per day for parking!

Hotel Augustus 4* 4 night stay for leisure. Staff lovely, entertainment team really work hard. If I had to put a negative on anything it would be at breakfast I would have like more fruit like grapes, strawberries and mixed fruit cut up ready to eat. My husband was delighted with the hot food. We absolutely LOVE the Augustus Hotel - this is the 2nd time we've been (and my Mum and Dad stayed over 30 years ago). it's perfect! I can't say anything wrong with it. The location is wonderful - RIGHT on the beach! The staff are great - the rooms.. the breakfast... everything is first class! We'll be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Playamar Hotel & Apartamentos in S’Illot, Mallorca! The hotel is cozy, clean, and perfectly located near the sea. Special thanks to Juanito, who treated us with great kindness and always with a smile. He’s such a lovely and very professional person! Had a great stay at the BJ Playamar. The facilities were good and all the staff was excellent. But especially Encarni and Elyass who both made my vacation better with kindness, efficiency and their professional behaviour.

Hotel is in quiet place, near to beaches. Room was not modern, but it was clean and cleaning service was qreat. Breakfasts and dinners were always full of great food and meals. Receptionists were aleays helpful and we made pur favorit Elyass. Thank sou for your help!

Great for families! We had an amazing stay. Apartment had no AC but we were able to rent a portable one at the reception. The kids enjoyed the splash pool and the shows in the evenings. Entertainment crew did a great job, i really enjoyed zumba in the pool. It was also impressing to see how passionate the lady lifeguard is in her job. We had a great stay in Mogán. The rooms were specious and we can recommend the breakfast and dinner. Even though therr were many families in the hotel, we still had a relaxing time at the quiet pool. Mogán itself is quite small, so for us 3 days were enough.

I have stayed here multiple times and will always try to stay here. Location is excellent and the service from the staff is great especially Manuell. All inclusive drinks are all your local spirits. You get what you pay for. If you want a good atmosphere round the pool then this is the place for you.

It’s all in the detail, but the staff here couldn’t do enough to ensure I had a good trip, from reception, to the room maids, to the restaurant. There are no other restaurants in the vicinity so you are somewhat obliged to eat in the hotel cafeteria. The hotel cafeteria is crowded and has bad noisy acoustics. When you can eat outside on the patio it is lovely but when you must eat inside (because they have decided to close it off), it's hell. I don't understand why they would close patio seating when the weather is beautiful and indoor seating...

Great location and nice common areas, but the rooms were in very bad conditions, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, as of Easter Monday, the breakfast buffet was significantly reduced. Items like Spanish ham, guacamole and different kinds of bread were completely removed, even if the breakfast price per person remained the same regardless of the day. This was very disappointing.

The guests at our wedding virtually took over one block and their review was very favourable. I stayed for two nights before the celebrations kicked off and I thought the furniture and kitchen utensils were a little dated however the restaurant and bar was very good and there was a very good selection in the buffet. Final conclusion is this venue represent excellent value for money.

Excellent hotel, with friendly staff and great food options. Would definitely recommend the Select service, it is definitely worth it. Only issue was people saving sun loungers very early in the morning with their towels and not using them for hours. The hotel states that this is not permitted yet do not seem enforce this rule.

Rooms are large and spotless. All staff are friendly. Breakfast is your typical buffet and set us up for the day omelette station was great. We ate lunch a few times and all enjoyed it. My only gripe is the sunbeds they are so uncomfortable we all struggled to spend the day on them. You need a mat if I was to go again I’d take a camping self inflating mattress. Eurostars Madrid Mirasierra presents itself as a five-star hotel. It does not meet that standard. The building is large, which is a positive. However, the property appears not to have been renovated in at least 20 years, possibly longer. The rooms feel dated and poorly maintained. Everything was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect spot if you wanted to take a good rest at the midst of your trip with 5 star service and facilities. The rooms were absolutely enormous, truly living up to its name as a suite hotel. It's a bit of a distance from the city center, but there's a fantastic large supermarket nearby that has everything you could possibly need. Breakfast is €20 per person. Parking is complimentary, and you use your room key card for entry and exit.

The best hotel in Mallorca in my opinion. The food is simply a 10. Freshly prepared every day in the morning, fresh eggs or pancakes—you name it, they have it here. Three swimming pools with slightly saltwater, so no eye irritation. They also have a spa with a sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, and a spacious pool with water jets above, plus two luxurious showers. And the view of the sea is incredibly beautiful...

Wonderful hotel - 5 nights with my partner on our first holiday together. 3 pools and a glorious breakfast buffet. Incredibly quiet and peaceful hotel, this is definitely a spot for solo travellers or couples. Really clean showers, spa area and gym. 2 minute walk to the snorkelling lagoon and 10 minutes to the nearest sandy beach. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place for relaxing break/holiday. 5min walk to beach. Shops and restaurants 1minute walk, plenty of options. Very clean everywhere, would definitely go back.
