Great hotel and facilities for a budget holiday. My grown up son and I spent 5 nights at this resort for a quick break. Apartment was clean. Indoor pool and gym were superb. Was a bit cold for outdoor swimming. Staff were exceptional from start to finish. Travel agent messed up our booking, which is not hotels fault. 100% for hotel.

We had an amazing experience with the all inclusive package. It was stress free and the food selection for breakfast and dinner was delicious. Lovely hotel - great location. Friendly staff and excellent facilities. Very clean everywhere and well maintained complex. Rooms modern and bright with nice balcony. Property is in a prime location, staff is very kind and polite. Loved every interaction with the staff. However the food is mediocre and most the amenity such as the hot tub was not Properly working our whole trip and the sauna was not available during our stay. There was construction in progess so it shows there are going to be improvements to the property.

Nice place that is pet friendly. Nothing fancy but clean and affordable (especially for long term stays) with decent facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Though, as with many places in Spain, the water isn't good for drinking for people or pets so buy bottled water.

Not far from the main shopping centre beach or local transport, hotel pool bar area quite cheap for drinks and food, down side towels changed once, no change of bedding but it was cleaned each day it wouldn't stop me staying again

My pillows stank of sweat I had to use a T-shirt as a case. Couldn’t get the safe to work, couldn’t get the phone to work. The pool was very cold, could have been heated. High season family vecation We had a floor apartmant. This was fanstastic. The only issue i find is the pricing. Twice as expencive as the other hotels and apartments we stayed at this vecation in mallorca. This price tag buys you luxury other places with all inclusive, but we prioritized staying close to the airport. The hotel also charges for everything, like towels for pool use etc.

This property was perfect for myself and my two children. Very close to the beach 5 minute walk. There are so many restaurants and shops to go to. Nice apartment with a little kitchen - so perfect for low budget travellers that aim to cook at home. It’s a bit of a walk but totally fine (15 min).  All in all really recommendable.

Stayed here in August with my mum and little girl (3). From arrival to departure all the staff we met were excellent, on occasion going above and beyond for our needs. Ideal location close enough to everything while being slightly out of the way. Rooms were basic but suited our needs and had no issue with the cleanliness. Last minute booking for one night took 5 minutes to book. Hotel lovely and clean modern furniture choice of room/balcony sizes. Gym spa indoor and outdoor pool did not get to use but look fab. The stay was great and the staff, the cleanliness and the amenities where very good. Only thing was that the room we booked was a double bed also as shown in the photo while booking but the room we got was a twin beds combined to make a double bed. Two twin beds joined does not make a double bed it still has a gap in between which is discomforting specially for couples. Rest all was very good.

Same with the pool area was amazing. We always managed to find sunbeds (in the height of summer holidays). Food was superb. Different cuisine each night and always delicious. The only issues we had was being half board...

Great stay at a friendly hotel. Pandemic precautions pretty terrific. Breakfast & dinner buffets are amazing.
