Found all areas clean. Staff very welcoming however on leaving we were advised a courtesy room would be available as we were not leaving until 1630 hours. We had a wonderful few days at this hotel. A special shoutout to Mario, who works at the poolside bar – his service was exceptional from start to finish. We have just come back from here, cannot recommend highly enough!! Absolutely spotless and kept lovely by the very respectful staff, no fighting for sunbeds as nobody rushes down with towels first thing. It’s all in the detail, but the staff here couldn’t do enough to ensure I had a good trip, from reception, to the room maids, to the restaurant. We reserved the two bedroom suite. Room was well kept and clean. Only issue I had was, it lacked WiFi service in one room.

It's a great hotel for the price - facilities are good, staff are all lovely. The food is well cooked but there's not a huge choice compared to other hotels we've been to. Joey's restaurant is nice and you can book there as many times as you like. For a 5-star hotel, the service isn't as top-notch as I expected. The night shift staff are even quite irresponsible. However, considering the price, it is good for a 5-star hotel and convenient to stay at. The breakfast is also nice because there is a wide variety to choose from. The gym is small, but it is good that it is open 24 hours.

The facilities and location are good. However, the manual explanations are lacking. It would be helpful if they at least provided written guidance on simple matters.

The room facilities are very comprehensive and the balcony is very comfortable. The service of the hotel staff is very meticulous and attentive. The hotel is very close to the beach, basically a four-minute walk away.

Booked the junior suite for our anniversary and it was so nice and spacious! Love the in-room speaker and balcony overlooking the sunset 😍 there is sauna and indoor swimming pool and the breakfast selection was good. Only downside was that there’s only one small elevator.

Stayed here in April, decent and clean but a massive flaw is the sunbed situation, not enough of them and we were forced to go the beach most days as we had nowhere to relax. Plenty space for more but unfortunately there was none unless you reserve some at 7am. Elderly people will struggle on arrival taking luggage to rooms as there's no lifts either and stairs are steep if you're on the upper floors...

We were allocated room 336 which was one of the more up to date rooms and was lovely to say the least i had asked for a pool view and got exactly what i wanted i would highly recommend these apartments as they are always very clean

The stay so far does not feel up to the standard of a five-star hotel. I am staying from November 11–19, and every single night I have had issues with the shower temperature. Despite reporting it each time, the problem has never been resolved. I keep being told that a technician will check it, either that night or the next morning, but nothing has changed. Lovely apartments, everyone that works there is very friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms are lovely, beds are too hard for me, would be nice to have a king size bed with one side hard one side soft or the options to ask for a memory foam topper. We had the best stay back in August the staff were so warm and friendly. Big shout out to Marivi who had the biggest smile and made our stay extra special and Dina who went over and beyond throughout our stay.
