We had the best experience in the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday meal really special. Paula decorated the table so beautifully. The service here is 10/10 and the food was also 10/10. This place is a must if you are in the area!

Well in the center of Barcelona. Close to tube station. Avoid room 501 which is in the back of the elevators engine room, except if you a large room with kitchen. They were kind enough to move us to another one. Had 2 good night sleep. Did not tried the breakfast or bar.

The room has a microwave and an induction cooker, so you can heat up your own food. The room itself is quite spacious. The service staff at the restaurant downstairs were not very good. You can store your luggage at the hotel; there's a dedicated room for it.

Super nice hotel and it smells really nice when you enter it. The staff is really nice and almost every one of them speaks English. For the price you pay is the room totally worth it and you can even book a room with a nice kitchen. The rooms are big, clean and have a nice little terrace. Average to good stay but aggressive front doorman It was an average experience. The place is nice, not the most well equipped, new or clean but everything worked. The front desk staff was aggressive to any visitors. It was extreme and really put me off the entire stay. No ice available.

Fabulous hotel which exceeds it's 4* rating. Rooms are large and spacious and cleaning comes every day. Staff are extremely helpful, nothing is any trouble. This is our second stay here in 6 months and have booked to come back again in another 5 months.

Great experience for one night. Had fun in Halloween 🎃. Wish there were more activities to entertain the guests. The view from the balcony is awesome. Kitchen is well equipped. However the check-in process takes a long time and make sure to bring cash and hard copy of your passport or residence card. Showing from mobile is discouraged.

Hotel rooms clean with a good kitchen and working air con. Arrived as restaurant closing but we were welcomed and made to feel comfortable with fresh food cooked for us (buffet service). Cannot fault the service. Very friendly . Everything we needed . Our stay was in the winter so pool closed but looked like it would be good in the summer months.

We enjoyed our stay only the parking was quite challenging in a 4 x 4 no issues otherwise.

Are you sure this is a 4 star? Didn't see any obvious amenities to justify the rating. No business lounge, not even a quiet room to work in. Outlets v. sparse in public areas and even in the rooms (none by the bed). Rooms were huge but showing their age. Fridge didn't work (leaked in fact). Some of the public areas seem quite unkempt/scruffy e.g lounge furniture. Didn't eat or drink there...

The cleaners are lovely. We met them because when we arrived for check in at 3.30, got our key and went up to our room, it wasn't cleaned yet. The place is quite run down. The room facilities are new and clean, and fully equipped. There is a hairdryer. There is a supermarket nearby, and the hotel has a microwave, induction cooker, tableware, etc., so you can cook simple meals. I highly recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel on the spur of the moment when we were transferring from Barcelona to Italy. The location is very convenient. It is very convenient to take a taxi from the airport and go to downtown. The room is quite large and the mineral water is self-service, which is more user-friendly than many European hotels.

We stayed at the Apartamentos Vibra Panoramic in Ibiza and loved everything about it! The place was spotlessly clean, the rooms were spacious and the breakfasts were amazing every morning. We were there for 4 nights with our 1 year old daughter. Quiet apartment, with air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. The metro station is 10 minutes away to get to Madrid. Private parking, Lidl and another supermarket right next door for those evenings when we're lazy (not to mention Burger King too). Really great and the reception staff are always very friendly.

Very good. Far from the centre of Madrid, but with the Metro just a 5-minute walk away. If you have a car, it is ideal, as you can park. In addition, you have the M40 just a few minutes away, which will allow you to leave very quickly. They are very spacious apartments, with a full kitchen and a very comfortable bathroom. I loved the place, everything was very clean and everything was great, it is next to a Lidl and a burger, the metro is 9 minutes away on foot although I made a mistake and got off at the Vicálvaro stop and it is in Plaza de Arganda and I had to walk 26 minutes the first time.

Not far from the main shopping centre beach or local transport, hotel pool bar area quite cheap for drinks and food, down side towels changed once, no change of bedding but it was cleaned each day it wouldn't stop me staying again

My pillows stank of sweat I had to use a T-shirt as a case. Couldn’t get the safe to work, couldn’t get the phone to work. The pool was very cold, could have been heated. Comfortable and nicely designed room. Cleaning service has been satisfactory so far and was opt out on Sunday. There’s occasional noise from upstairs due to a young child running around, but it hasn’t been disruptive as we’re usually out most of the day and the child settles down early in the evening.
