No Internet and I have raised this problem.Noninternet for 3 days.You agree on this

Our first day and already an awful experience... I already want to leave. The hotel is not as it is advertised. It is tiny with nothing to do. You can walk the whole place in 2 minutes flat. Food is basic, no variety and lacks options. The room is so so small it's hard to believe. We couldn't even find a place to put our cases. We can't pass each other in the room without pushing each other over. The wardrobe can barely cope for one person, never mind that's it's supposed to cater to a family of 3. The bathroom hasn't even got a place to hang a towel. So drying towels cannot happen. The shower tray is constantly just overflowing and leaking on to the floor outside. The room is filthy on arrival, floors full of sand & dirt and old sweet wrappers left behind the sink. The socket inlets are so dirty that they look to have green mould inside. It has a very old air conditioning unit that is pumping dust and is yellow and about to fall off the wall. No hairdryer, no safe, no beach towel, no iron. Unless, you pay to rent or deposit. We can can hear every person pass by the room and hear everything they do in their rooms. The lights barely came on at first. Everything is bad, everything!!! Please save yourself, as we wish we did sooner. Not to mention, there is nothing to do in this area. Nothing!

Not what I was expecting and bitterly disappointed in all honesty. Contacted hotel prior to arrival asking if we could hire a fridge. Assured this would happen. Arrived, no fridge until the next day. No excuse for that really. Contacted hotel prior to arrival asking for a late check out. We're told to ask on arrival. Asked on arrival, told to ask mid stay. Asked mid stay and were told to ask night before departure. Asked night before departure and guess what. No you can't have a late check out. Again poor. Air conditioning worked well then stopped. We reported this and were told that someone would look at it. Went back and were told that the whole system was turned up. Then went back and were told it was the law and to sleep with no sheets. Again this is poor customer service. As for hotel, it was OK. Breakfast was OK. Very busy thou and all squashed in together. Food average at best. Pool. Freezing cold. No law about that one though. There is a night club next door. Only open on Saturdays but music bangs out until 5am Location? Probably the best thing about the hotel. Close to beach, shops, bars and restaurants as well as old town and train station. My recommendations would be not to book but each to their own. Certainly don't speak to the manager. He was rude. He will no doubt come back and counter what I said. But I have given facts and my opinion. Do what you want with it

I arrived the room was smelling like urine and the justification that was provided to me was that the cleaning ladies were no longer available as a solution they put a cover on the shower hole and perfume. They also said that that was the last room available therefore changing room was not an option. One day upon going on an elevator I was approached in a rude manner stating that the elevator was for “lavandaria” after I had gone on it with my other guests several times. The fact is legit the communication could’ve been better. Under our bed was dusty and I suffered from allergy problems the whole time! We heard our neighbors coughing the whole night and on a Friday night you can hear the music from bars. As if all of this was not enough, when going to dinner you see many young girls who do not speak well languages and I felt like they were being exploited. At the reception you have Stella who barely speaks and has a “rude” poster. When trying to take a banana to my room (because my daughter might be hungry in the middle of the night) in front of a whole que I was embarrassed by the way she told me that it was not permitted and yanked the food out of my hand. Horrible! The only positive thing I have to say is that the animation crew is awesome with children! The pool & entertainment is very nice.
