Nice hotel,in the old town of salou, quiet, served well by the bus service. The pool isn't very big and the sunbed area . The sunbed area is cleared by 19-30 20-00 hrs for tables and chairs for the evening entertainment. Which by the way ain't very good. The bar service not too bad but it closes at 23-00 . Great location of the hotel, close to everything. Air conditioning in the rooms worked fine. Food menu varied and have great range of all inclusive drinks. What I can't praise though are the snacks, where the burger was just a dry bun and meat and cheese, no sauce or veggies. The pool area needs reconstruction. Hello! We stayed at this hotel from July 25th to August 5th, 2025! The hotel is very conveniently located, both to the beach and to the Bus Plana bus stop! Great hotel, catered well for my gluten free diet. The Maitre is as fantastic and each meal time showed me the food that was available for my needs. Each evening I could choose from a list of foods although a lot of the buffet food was also gluten free. He had a great understanding of allergies and what was in the food.

The room's air conditioning is underperforming, the accommodations are outdated, and the in-room safe is non-functional due to a missing lock. Not pet friendly This was part of a longer journey through Spain and France. The hotel states it is pet friendly but it clearly is not as you are expected to leave your pet in your room if you wish to dine as they do not offer food service on the terrace or offer room service. Great location, great pool for kids & astro pitch for them to have a kick around. Extremely friendly staff. Wide variety of food, I had breakfast & dinner included. Food was a little lukewarm at times but 3 microwaves if you wanted to heat it up. All staff really made us all feel welcome all the way through.
