Beautiful hotel, lovely room's and an amazing view. The only downside to this hotel were the ignorant restaurant staff and some of the bar staff. Don't go all inclusive as you are treated as second class, if you have a cocktail you get a plastic cup no umbrella or decorations, if you are paying you get everything. At the time when we went there were a lot of French coach trip guests, to say they were rude is an understatement we were pushed and shoved in the restaurant and in the lifts, it was a free for all. All entertainment was centered around them 😔😡☹️

Lovely hotel, room was a good size & clean. Complementary shampoo conditioner, shower gel. Fridge as standard. Was sometimes sewagy smell in the bathrooms. Food was lovely, lots of choice & always something that you liked. All inclusive cocktails made from scratch & very generous with the alcohol. Snack bar great. Burgers, hotdogs, chips freshly cooked. Rooms cleaned every day & beds made. A couple of members of bar staff a bit moody but overall really helpful, friendly staff including the kids club hosts. A lot of the entertainment was geared towards other foreign guests but did bingo & disco. Lovely beach just over the road but lots of steps or walk back up hill. Had pool facing rooms with views to mountains, Portaventura & Ferrari Land in the distance. If you are stayng in rooms this side you want floor 6 & above so you get a nice view. Just a short walk to the strip with lots of shops & restaurants. The main Salou beach was max. 10 minutes walk. Police presence was good along the seafront & strip so no looky, looky men harassing you. Very close the Winnie the Pooh weed cafe. The area was clean & we will definitely go back to this hotel, but not during peak holiday season as not enough lifts for rooms & i can imagine the pool area & restaurant would be extremely packed.

We have just had 10 days at this hotel, when I read some of the reviews I was a bit sceptical as some of the reviews were not good!!
I cannot believe what some people want !!! Yes it’s a 4 star which I would only give it a 3 star, but theses stars are given for facilities not standards..
Could not fault the food it’s was excellent every meal time.
The rooms could be better, our toilet was dirty and I had to buy some bleach to get it clean. !! Cleaners come every day except Sundays , they did not replenish our toilet roils .
I would come back again but select a different room.

This hotel is a two star (being generous), that has somehow managed to keep its four star rating. The room we were first assigned to (check video) in the 9th floor had not been occupied in a while and smelled of sewage, with a quite dirty bathroom. The whole 9th floor was old and in need of a renovation.
There’s only a set of 2 elevators for a 10 floor building, most people end up taking the stairs.
We were moved to another room in a lower floor (not because of the status of the initial one, but because we booked a triple room and we got a double) that was better taken care of, and I acknowledge the team for dealing positively with this change.
The rooms have a phone but the line is deactivated so there is no chance to contact reception, despite the fact of including that possibility in their handed information. Verbally they told us they removed it for every room. So we had to walk down 9 floors to talk to reception.
The restaurant buffet is more like a gas service station venue, the food quality is low.
We only stayed one night and moved to another 4 star rating hotel that had nothing to do with this place. Their rating is a fraud and should be reviewed by the Catalan authorities.

Great location of the hotel, close to everything. Air conditioning in the rooms worked fine. Food menu varied and have great range of all inclusive drinks. What I can't praise though are the snacks, where the burger was just a dry bun and meat and cheese, no sauce or veggies. The pool area needs reconstruction. Otherwise though I was very happy with everything.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, took ages to check in there was only 1 person on the reception desk and it took soo long. The hotel was absolutely full of groups of kids, shouting from balcony to balcony late at night, running up and down the corridors. This didn’t bother me too much but understandably would bother some. Some of the staff are friendly, whole time I was here I only dealt with 2 friendly staff who were willing to help. Overall I would recommend for a quick break away not somewhere i would stay for 1 week plus.

What a truly dissapointing shocking hotel. Both this hotel and park resort 2 back on to each other and in April, they are both full of unruly students. They gather on the balcony of both hotels from late in the evening until Midnight plus and roar and shout across at each other. They run around corridors and constantly bang doors. If you're unfortunate too to be on the 1st floor, the games room is also unruly with these roaring kids. As for the breakfast, this is like feeding at the zoo, tons of kids flocking to the restaurant and generally running amok. The teachers or staff don't even try to get them under control. What a terrible hotel. Its a disgrace that people are not warned in advance about this, instead of having to endure a holiday from hell. Avoid at all costs.

Overall great, food was amazing, everything in the hotel worked. But one bad thing, the hotel room that I was staying in had a really bad smell of sewage from it, even after showering, flushing the toilet and using the sink.
