I cannot believe what some people want !!! Yes it’s a 4 star which I would only give it a 3 star, but theses stars are given for facilities not standards..
Could not fault the food it’s was excellent every meal time.
The rooms could be better, our toilet was dirty and I had to buy some bleach to get it clean. !! Cleaners come every day except Sundays , they did not replenish our toilet roils .
I would come back again but select a different room.
There’s only a set of 2 elevators for a 10 floor building, most people end up taking the stairs.
We were moved to another room in a lower floor (not because of the status of the initial one, but because we booked a triple room and we got a double) that was better taken care of, and I acknowledge the team for dealing positively with this change.
The rooms have a phone but the line is deactivated so there is no chance to contact reception, despite the fact of including that possibility in their handed information. Verbally they told us they removed it for every room. So we had to walk down 9 floors to talk to reception.
The restaurant buffet is more like a gas service station venue, the food quality is low.
We only stayed one night and moved to another 4 star rating hotel that had nothing to do with this place. Their rating is a fraud and should be reviewed by the Catalan authorities.

Best location
We had to leave the hotel at 10 (check out), and at 9 a cleaning girl entered the room while we were still in bed. A lack of respect, if they are going to come in to clean it should be after 10, right? Which is when we vacate the room.
